The thermal therapy air inlet 42 is provided with a temperature control mechanism 6 for controlling the temperature at the thermal therapy air outlet 41. Because the thermal therapy head 4 can be directly abutted against the body of the patient and the fumigation steam can be directly acted on the body of the patient, the temperature control mechanism 6 can effectively regulate and control the operating temperature of the thermal therapy head 4, is convenient for controlling the body temperature of the patient in the thermal therapy process within the safe and effective range of 40.0-42.0 ℃, and can also improve the thermal therapy effect to the maximum extent.
