Description

Ultraviolet-proof mask
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an ultraviolet-proof mask for blocking ultraviolet rays and haze which are strongly irradiated in a construction site, outdoor activities, or the like, and more particularly, to an ultraviolet-proof mask which is conveniently worn by forming wrinkles in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction in an overlapping manner and can effectively block ultraviolet rays and haze.
Background
Generally, in outdoor construction sites or outdoor activities, masks for covering the face have been developed in order to block haze and ultraviolet rays. As an example, korean patent application laid-open publication No. 10-2011-0015711 discloses an ultraviolet-blocking mask including a mask portion covering a face to block ultraviolet rays, an adhesive composition applied to an inner surface of the mask portion to attach the mask portion to the face, and a coating film formed of an ultraviolet-blocking material on an outer surface of the mask portion.
Further, Korean patent laid-open publication No. 10-1917413 discloses an Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) lithography mask including: a substrate comprising a Low Thermal Expansion Material (LTEM); a reflective structure disposed on the substrate; a covering layer (covering layer) disposed on the reflective structure; an absorption layer disposed on the cover layer; a frame holder disposed on the absorption layer and defining an opening by the frame holder; and a film disposed in the opening defined by the frame holder, the film contacting a sidewall of the frame holder, the absorption layer including a substance having a refractive index in a range of 0.95 to 1.01 and an optical absorption coefficient greater than 0.03.
However, the above prior art has disadvantages in that breathing is difficult or ultraviolet rays and haze are not sufficiently blocked.
Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an ultraviolet blocking mask which is easily worn and effectively blocks ultraviolet rays and haze by forming wrinkles in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction in an overlapping manner.
Means for solving the problems
In the ultraviolet-proof mask according to the present invention, the upper and lower portions of a cylindrical main body are opened to be worn on the face to block ultraviolet rays and haze, the main body is formed with horizontal wrinkles and vertical wrinkles and is stretchable in the horizontal, vertical, or diagonal directions, and the ultraviolet-proof mask is characterized in that the upper portion of the main body is positioned under the eyes and the lower portion is formed long to cover the neck to protect the neck from ultraviolet rays when worn, the horizontal wrinkles and the vertical wrinkles are folded into a triangular shape, respectively, the vertical wrinkles of the lower portion are formed to overlap inward below the vertical wrinkles of the upper portion in the vertical direction, and ultraviolet rays of solar radiation are irradiated downward from above, and the ultraviolet rays of the solar radiation pass through the two oblique sides of the triangle forming the vertical wrinkles of the upper portion and then pass through the oblique sides of the triangle overlapping with the vertical wrinkles of the upper portion of the lower portion, and thus, ultraviolet rays can be blocked more effectively, since the height of the sun is irradiated obliquely to the upper portion, the above-mentioned lateral creases are formed not to overlap each other, in the transverse pleats and the longitudinal pleats, the apex angle is formed to be an angle of 15 to 45 degrees with respect to the angle of the triangle, so that a portion of the upper longitudinal pleats and a portion of the lower longitudinal pleats can be doubled to block the ultraviolet rays of the sun, thereby performing double blocking on ultraviolet rays, folding the transverse folds and the longitudinal folds into a triangular shape, and the hypotenuse of one side of the triangle is formed into an inclined right-angled triangle longer than the hypotenuse of the other side, so that the ultraviolet rays are blocked more easily, the side of the shorter side is positioned at the lower part of the triangle, the transverse pleats and the longitudinal pleats weave and knit a plurality of fibers into a gauze shape so that air can enter and exit from between the pleats, with the apex of the triangular shape directed downward.
Effects of the invention
Therefore, the present invention has wrinkles formed to overlap in the lateral and longitudinal directions, thereby having a remarkable effect of being convenient to wear and being capable of effectively blocking ultraviolet rays and haze.

Detailed Description
The present invention relates to an ultraviolet-proof mask, which is characterized in that the upper part and the lower part of a cylindrical main body are opened, and the mask can be worn on the face to block ultraviolet rays and haze.
Further, the upper part of the main body is positioned below the eyes and the lower part is formed long so as to cover the neck when the glasses are worn.
Further, the main body is formed with transverse pleats and longitudinal pleats, and is capable of being expanded and contracted in a transverse direction, a longitudinal direction or a diagonal direction.
Further, the transverse pleats 10 and the longitudinal pleats 20 are folded in a triangular shape, respectively.
Further, the vertical pleats have a triangular shape, and the lower pleats are formed to overlap inward below the upper pleats, so that when ultraviolet rays of solar radiation are irradiated from above downward, the ultraviolet rays can be blocked more effectively because the ultraviolet rays need to pass through the overlapping portion of the lower pleats even though they pass through the upper pleats.
Further, the lateral gathers are formed so as not to overlap each other.
Further, it is characterized in that, in the above-described transverse pleats 10 and longitudinal pleats 20, the triangular corners can block ultraviolet rays.
Further, the transverse pleats 10 and the longitudinal pleats 20 are characterized in that a plurality of fibers are woven in a gauze shape so that air can enter and exit from between the pleats.
Further, the body may contain an ultraviolet blocking agent.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a photograph showing the ultraviolet-proof mask of the present invention, fig. 2 is a view for explaining the operation of the ultraviolet-proof mask of the present invention, fig. 3 is a structural view of the ultraviolet-proof mask of the present invention, fig. 4 is a detailed view of the wrinkled portion of the present invention, and fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of fig. 4.
In the ultraviolet-proof mask of the present invention, the upper and lower portions of the cylindrical main body are opened to be worn on the face to block ultraviolet rays and haze.
When wearing, the upper part of the main body is positioned below the eyes, and the lower part is formed to be long, so that the neck is covered, and the neck part is protected from ultraviolet ray.
The main body is formed with transverse pleats and longitudinal pleats and is capable of being stretched in a transverse, longitudinal or diagonal direction.
The transverse pleats 10 and the longitudinal pleats 20 are folded in a triangular shape, respectively, and the lower longitudinal pleats are formed to be overlapped inside the lower side of the upper longitudinal pleats in the longitudinal direction, so that when the ultraviolet rays of the solar radiation are irradiated from the top to the bottom, as shown in fig. 2, even if the ultraviolet rays pass through two oblique sides of the triangle forming the upper longitudinal pleats, the ultraviolet rays need to pass through the oblique side portions of the triangle overlapping the upper longitudinal pleats of the lower longitudinal pleats, and thus the ultraviolet rays can be blocked more effectively.
Further, the lateral gathers are formed so as not to overlap each other. This is because the height of the sun is obliquely irradiated to the upper portion.
In the transverse pleats 10 and the longitudinal pleats 20, a vertex angle is formed at an angle of 15 to 45 degrees, preferably at an angle of 30 degrees, with respect to an angle of a triangle, so that a part of the upper longitudinal pleats and a part of the lower longitudinal pleats can be overlapped doubly to block ultraviolet rays of the sun. If the angle is too small, the overlap is too dense, and air is not easily permeated and becomes stuffy, and if the angle is too large, the function and effect of double blocking ultraviolet rays are reduced.
The transverse pleats 10 and the longitudinal pleats 20 are folded in a triangular shape and are formed as an inclined right triangle in which one side oblique side of the triangle is formed longer than the other side oblique side as shown in the drawing, so that it is easier to block ultraviolet rays. As shown in fig. 2, the shorter side is positioned at the lower part of the triangle, and the apex of the triangle is directed downward. In the lower longitudinal wrinkles, the mesh is sparsely formed in the portion overlapping the upper longitudinal wrinkles, and the mesh is densely formed in the portion not overlapping but directly exposed to the ultraviolet rays.
In particular, ultraviolet rays from the side are blocked.
In addition, the transverse pleats 10 and the longitudinal pleats 20 need to be woven or knitted with a plurality of fibers into a gauze shape so that air can enter and exit from between the pleats. The fiber is mainly ultra-fine yarn, and cotton yarn or synthetic resin may be used.
The main body may contain a commonly used ultraviolet blocking agent, or may be used by plating an ultraviolet blocking agent.
Therefore, the present invention has wrinkles formed to overlap in the lateral and longitudinal directions, thereby having a remarkable effect of being convenient to wear and being capable of effectively blocking ultraviolet rays and haze.
