Abstract

本发明公开了一种槽穴式PTC电热水器，适用于宾馆、家庭的热水或开水供应。目前广泛应用的电阻式电热水器存在安全性能较低、热效率不高及电热元件容易过热烧坏的问题。槽穴式PTC电热水器将具有自动限温性能的PTC电热元件嵌装于电热水容器外部的腔体与电热水容器壳体连体的铜制或铝制的槽形洞穴中，从而使槽穴式PTC电热水器具有安全性能优良、热效率较高及电热元件不易过热烧坏的性能。

槽穴式PTC电热水器
本发明涉及一种主要适用于宾馆、家庭的槽穴式PTC电热水器。
目前广泛应用的电阻式电热水器其电热元件浸入水中时存在不安全因素较多的问题，而电热元件置于电热水容器外部时又存在热效率不高的问题，特别是普遍应用的电阻式电热元件存在热传导较差时容易过热烧坏的问题。
本发明的任务是设计一种安全性能优良、热效率较高而且电热元件不易过热烧坏的电热水器。
本发明的解决方案是使金属制电热水容器的外部具有腔体与电热水容器壳体连体的铜制或铝等制的槽形洞穴，槽形洞穴中嵌装PTC电热元件，PTC电热元件与槽形洞穴之间填充导热性绝缘材料。
由于PTC电热元件嵌装于电热水容器外部的腔体与电热水容器壳体连体的铜制或铝制的槽形洞穴中，而且槽形洞穴与PTC电热元件之间填充有导热性绝缘材料，所以槽穴式PTC电热水器具有优良的安全性能和热效率较高的特点，而且该电热水器中的PTC电热元件较电阻式电热元件又具有无明火、寿命长及自动限温的优点。
下列附图描述了本发明的一个实施例。
附图为槽穴式PTC电热水器的结构示意图。
图中电热水容器(1)的壳体与槽形洞穴(2)相互连体，PTC电热元件(3)嵌装于槽形洞穴(2)中，且槽形洞穴(2)与PTC电热元件(3)之间填充有导热性绝缘材料(4)；PTC电热元件(3)两侧为导热电级(5)；打开给水阀(6)后冷水由进水管(7)进入，热水由出水管(8)供出。

  1. —种槽穴式PTC电热水器具有电热水容器及电热元件，本发明的特征是：电热水容器的外部具有腔体与电热水容器壳体连体的槽形洞穴，槽形洞穴中嵌装PTC电热元件，PTC电热元件与槽形洞穴之间具有导热性绝缘材料。
