The echo cancellation module comprises an audio connector, four resistors and two capacitors; the audio connector is provided with two grounding ends, two right channel audio signal pins and two left channel audio signal pins which are correspondingly arranged; wherein, two right channel audio signal feet connect one end of the first resistor, two left channel audio signal feet connect one end of the second resistor; one end of the first capacitor and one end of the third resistor are connected in parallel and grounded, and the other end of the first capacitor and the other end of the third resistor are connected in parallel and then serve as a right channel audio signal output end which is connected with an audio signal positive end input pin of the main control module; one end of the second capacitor and one end of the fourth resistor are connected in parallel and grounded, and the other end of the second capacitor and the other end of the second resistor are connected in parallel and then serve as a left channel audio signal output end which is connected with the other audio signal positive end input pin of the main control module; the input pins of the negative terminals of the two audio signals of the main control module are grounded through capacitors respectively.
In the specific implementation, USB protocol data is preset in the set top box equipment, an instruction is waited to be received, a voice AI chip is used in the external equipment, instruction information is processed, and a processing result is transmitted through a USB data line. The communication mode between the external device and the set top box is a USB mode, and the existing mature USB communication protocol is used. The invention provides external hardware equipment for intelligent upgrade of a set top box, and aims to provide the external hardware equipment for intelligent upgrade of the set top box.

The external device for voice control of the set top box is characterized in that the set top box is provided with a USB interface and an audio output port, the USB interface adopts a general type_A interface, and the interface is FEMALE ports.
As shown in fig. 1, the external device includes a main control module U1, a power management module U2, a microphone array 1 connected to the main control module, an echo cancellation module 2, and a USB terminal 3.
The USB terminal adopts a general type_A interface, and the interface is a MALE interface and is provided with a power supply end, a grounding end, a data transmission positive end DP and a data transmission negative end DM.
As shown in fig. 2, the positive power input end of the power management module U2 is connected to the power end of the USB terminal, and after the USB terminal is plugged into the USB interface, the power management module U2 obtains +5v power from the set top box. The negative end of the power input of the power management module U2 is grounded, and the positive end of the power input and the negative end of the power input are coupled through a capacitor. The power management module U2 adopts a DCDC module to respectively output +3.3V power supply and +2.5V power supply, and is a mature product.
As shown in fig. 3, the main control module U1 adopts a GX8008C voice chip, which is a signal processing and controlling unit of the device, and performs functions such as data processing and voice recognition. The power pin VDD of the main control module U1 is connected with the +3.3V power output pin of the power management module U2, and the ground pin GND of the main control module U1 is connected with the ground end of the USB terminal. The USB positive DATA pin DATA+ of the main control module U1 is connected with the DATA transmission positive end DP of the USB terminal, and the USB negative DATA pin DATA-of the main control module U1 is connected with the DATA transmission negative end DM of the USB terminal.
The microphone array comprises a plurality of microphones, each microphone is connected with the main control module U1, the connection modes are the same, and the embodiment provides a mode that two microphones form an array. As shown in fig. 4, the power pin vdd_mic of the microphone (shown by the dashed box) is connected to the +2.5v power output pin of the power management module U2, and is grounded through a decoupling capacitor. The positive signal output pin AIN_P and the negative signal output pin AIN_N of the microphone are respectively connected with the positive signal receiving pin ADC_P and the negative signal receiving pin ADC_N of the main control module U1 through coupling capacitors, and the positive signal output pin and the negative signal output pin of the microphone are coupled through the capacitors. The negative signal output pin of the microphone is connected with the grounding pin and then grounded.
The echo cancellation module performs partial pressure, filtering and other treatments on the audio signal and is connected with the main control module. Realizing the function of audio extraction. One end of the first capacitor C1 and one end of the third resistor R3 which are connected in parallel are grounded, the other end of the first capacitor C1 and the other end of the third resistor R1 which are connected in parallel are used as a right channel audio signal output end REF_RP, and one audio signal positive end input pin ADC1_P of the main control module U1 is connected. One end of the second capacitor C2 and one end of the fourth resistor R4 which are connected in parallel are grounded, the other end of the second capacitor C2 and the other end of the fourth resistor R2 which are connected in parallel are used as a left channel audio signal output end REF_LP, and the other audio signal positive end input pin ADC2_P of the main control module U1 is connected. The two audio signal negative terminal input pins ADC1_N and ADC2_N of the main control module U1 are respectively grounded through a capacitor.
