Background
The panoramic monitoring and recording device is widely applied to various fields as a monitoring device with large range and no blind spot, wherein the monitoring and recording device based on the wide-angle/fisheye camera is widely applied to the security field due to the characteristic of large visual angle and low cost. For example, the invention patent "vehicle-mounted monitoring device" with the publication number "CN 110001524A" includes three wide-angle cameras, and further includes a first controller and a display screen, where the three wide-angle cameras are supported on the top of the vehicle body through a support rod and are uniformly distributed in an angle range of 360 degrees, and the first controller receives signals of the three wide-angle cameras, synthesizes the signals into a complete image signal, and outputs the complete image signal to the display screen. Because the wide-angle cameras are arranged in a mode of uniform distribution within the range of 360 degrees, 360-degree camera monitoring without dead angles can be really realized.
However, the above design of the above design is complex in structure and high in cost, and on the other hand, the images of the 3 cameras need to be spliced to form a complete image, wherein a correction process is performed, the image distortion of the wide-angle camera is large, the brightness uniformity is poor, the spliced image has three barrel-shaped distortions with poor brightness uniformity, and a more complex correction process is performed on the barrel-shaped distortion.
Moreover, similar to the panoramic monitoring and recording device, due to the characteristics of the wide-angle/fisheye camera, the image distortion is large, the brightness uniformity is poor, especially in a large viewing angle area, the image distortion, the deterioration of the resolution and the brightness have poor resolution performance on an object, a certain limitation is imposed on the installation position, and in many applications requiring relatively good image quality and only requiring circular panoramic viewing in the viewing angle range, the panoramic monitoring and recording device cannot meet the requirements, and the requirements of the applications are continuously increased.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a novel panoramic view monitoring recorder and an application thereof to solve the above problems in the prior art.

In the process of restoring the panoramic image to the rectangular panoramic image, as shown in fig. 3, specifically, the point (u0, v0) is at the center of the annular region, r1, r2 are the inner ring radius and the outer ring radius of the annular region, the point (x0, y0) is the upper left corner pixel coordinate of the rectangular panoramic annular view, the x direction of the rectangular panoramic annular view is n pixels, the y direction is r2-r1 pixels, and the restoration mapping formula between the pixel point of the panoramic image displayed in the annular region and the pixel point of the rectangular panoramic image is:
P(x,y)=P(u,v)
u=u0+(r2-y)*Cos(a)
v=v0+(r2-y)*Sin(a)
a=360*x/n。
wherein (x, y) is the coordinate of the pixel point in the rectangular panoramic view, and (u, v) is the coordinate of the pixel point corresponding to the annular panoramic view, wherein a is the included angle between the connecting line of the pixel point and the center of the annular area and the connecting line of the focus of the collecting lens 21 and the center of the annular area.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the reflective surface 31 of the panoramic mirror 3 is a spherical surface, the size radius of the reflective surface is a, and is selected to be 15mm, the resolution of the camera assembly 2 is 800W pixels, and 3264 × 2448 resolution, the half viewing angle in the 2448 direction of the camera assembly 2 is selected to be 15 °, the design viewing angle of the panoramic view of the panoramic monitoring recorder is 45 °, wherein the horizontal upper viewing angle B is selected to be 15 °, the horizontal lower viewing angle C is selected to be 30 °, the image reflected by the panoramic mirror 3 is completely filled in the image of the collecting lens 21 of the camera assembly 2, and the image center of the panoramic mirror 3 coincides with the image center of the collecting lens 21 of the camera assembly 2.
According to the above parameters, the curvature radius of the reflecting surface 31 of the panoramic mirror 3 is calculated as:

wherein b is an angle between a straight line on which a radius of a rightmost end of the reflecting surface is located and a straight line on which a vertical direction is located, and wherein b is (15+90+15)/2 is 60 °.
And the distance between the camera focus of the collecting lens 21 and the spherical center of the reflecting surface of the panoramic reflector is as follows:
L=15*(Cot(15°)+Cot(60°))=64.64mm;
according to the parameters, the diameter D of the ring of the panoramic reflector corresponding to the horizontal lower view angle is calculated to be 15.23mm through a numerical algorithm, and then the diameter of the sensor of the acquisition lens 21 in pixel unit is converted into: 2448 × 15.23/30 ═ 1242; therefore, the annular panoramic area to be selected is an annular area with the center point of the capturing lens 21 as the origin, the outer ring radius of 1224 pixels, the inner ring radius of 621 pixels, and the vertical resolution of the panoramic view and the grid line of 1224-.
The vertical resolution of the rectangular panoramic view is 600 pixels, the outer ring radius of the annular panoramic area is adjusted to 1221 pixels, and the inner ring radius is unchanged.
Since the vertical viewing angle of the panoramic view is 15+30 ═ 45 °, and the horizontal resolution of the 360 ° panoramic view should be 600 × 360/45 ═ 4800 pixels, the mapping formula of the image restoration between the pixel points of the annular panoramic view acquired by the acquisition lens 21 and the pixel points of the rectangular panoramic view is:
P(x,y)=P(u,v)
u=2448/2+(1221-y)*Cos(a)
v=3264/2+(1221-y)*Sin(a)
a=360*x/4800
wherein (x, y) is the coordinate of the pixel point in the rectangular panoramic view, and (u, v) is the coordinate of the pixel in the annular panoramic view, wherein a is the included angle between the connecting line of the pixel point and the center of the annular area and the connecting line of the focus of the collecting lens 21 and the center of the annular area.
