Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an application environment of an incoming call processing method in an embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the application environment includes a wearable device and a mobile terminal. The incoming call processing method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein, the mobile terminal 104 can communicate with the wearable device 102 through a network and bluetooth. Calling party 106 communicates with mobile terminal 104 and wearable device 102. The mobile terminal 104 may be, but is not limited to, various smart phones, tablet computers, and in-vehicle computers. Wearable device 102 may be a bracelet, a watch, a headset, and the like. Calling party 106 may be a mobile terminal or wearable device including, but not limited to, various smartphones, tablets, bracelets, watches, and headsets.
In this embodiment, mobile terminal 104 is connected to wearable device 102. When the distance between the mobile terminal 104 and the wearable device 102 is within the preset distance, the connection can be performed through bluetooth. When the distance between the mobile terminal 104 and the wearable device 102 exceeds a preset distance, the mobile terminal may be connected through a network, such as 3G/4G/5G traffic connection, or through Wifi (Wireless-Fidelity).
Wearable device 102 and mobile terminal 104 share a communication number. The wearable device 102 acquires the call records in the mobile terminal 104 at preset intervals, and combines the call records of the wearable device and the call records of the mobile terminal 104 to obtain historical call information. When caller 106 initiates an incoming call request, wearable device 102 receives the incoming call request initiated by caller 106. Wearable device 102 determines, according to the historical call information, an electronic device that responds to the incoming call request, where the electronic device is wearable device 102 or mobile terminal 104. And when the electronic equipment is the wearable equipment 102, performing incoming call reminding according to the incoming call request. When the electronic device is the mobile terminal 104, the wearable device 102 forwards the incoming call request to the mobile terminal 104, and the mobile terminal 104 performs incoming call reminding according to the incoming call request. Therefore, the electronic equipment which preferentially responds to the incoming call request is determined through the historical call information, and confusion caused by simultaneous response of the wearable equipment and the mobile terminal is avoided.
FIG. 2 is a flow diagram of a method for incoming call processing in one embodiment. The incoming call processing method in this embodiment is described by taking the wearable device in fig. 1 as an example. As shown in fig. 2, the incoming call processing method includes:
step 202, an incoming call request initiated by a calling party is received.
The caller refers to a party initiating an incoming call request, and the caller may be, but is not limited to, a wearable device, a mobile terminal, and the like.
Specifically, a calling party initiates an incoming call request to the mobile terminal or the wearable device through a communication number. The wearable device receives an incoming call request initiated by a calling party.
And step 204, determining the electronic equipment responding to the incoming call request according to the historical call information.
The historical call information refers to call information obtained by combining the call records of the mobile terminal and the wearable device. The history call information may include an incoming call record and an outgoing call record of the mobile terminal, and an incoming call record and an outgoing call record of the wearable device.
Specifically, after receiving an incoming call request initiated by a calling party, the wearable device acquires historical call information, and determines whether the electronic device which has last communicated with the calling party is a mobile terminal or a wearable device according to the historical call information.
Further, the wearable device may determine the last electronic device to talk with the caller from the time in the historical talk information.
And step 206, when the electronic device is the wearable device, performing incoming call reminding according to the incoming call request.
Specifically, when the electronic device which last communicates with the calling party in the history communication information is the wearable device, the calling reminding is performed on the wearable device according to the calling request. The incoming call reminding comprises but is not limited to ringing, incoming call display, voice broadcasting and the like, and the incoming call reminding mode is set according to the user requirement.
According to the incoming call processing method, the incoming call request initiated by the calling party is received, the electronic equipment responding to the incoming call request is determined according to the historical conversation information, when the electronic equipment is the wearable equipment, the incoming call is reminded according to the incoming call request, and confusion caused by simultaneous response of the mobile terminal and the wearable equipment can be avoided.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: and when the time for the wearable device to remind the incoming call exceeds the preset time length, forwarding the incoming call request to the mobile terminal, wherein the incoming call request is used for indicating the mobile terminal to remind the incoming call.
The preset duration refers to the preset duration of the incoming call reminder.
Specifically, when the incoming call reminding is performed on the wearable device, the duration of the incoming call reminding is detected, and when the duration exceeds the preset duration, the wearable device is not connected to the call. The wearable device automatically transfers the incoming call request to the mobile terminal and performs incoming call reminding on the mobile terminal. For example, if the watch rings for more than 30 seconds and is not answered yet, the watch forwards the incoming call request to the mobile phone, and rings on the mobile phone.
The incoming call reminding method and the mobile terminal can preferentially carry out incoming call reminding through the wearable device, and when the time for the wearable device to carry out incoming call reminding exceeds the preset time length, the incoming call request is forwarded to the mobile terminal, so that the condition that the call is missed due to the fact that the wearable device is not nearby is reduced as much as possible.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: and when the electronic equipment is a mobile terminal, forwarding the incoming call request to the mobile terminal, wherein the incoming call request is used for indicating the mobile terminal to carry out incoming call reminding.
Specifically, when the electronic device which last communicates with the calling party in the history communication information is the mobile terminal, the wearable device forwards the incoming call request to the mobile terminal. And after receiving the incoming call request, the mobile terminal carries out incoming call reminding according to the incoming call request. The incoming call reminding mode includes but is not limited to ringing, incoming call display, voice broadcast and the like, and is set according to the user requirement. And when the electronic equipment is a mobile terminal, forwarding the incoming call request to the mobile terminal, wherein the incoming call request is used for indicating the mobile terminal to carry out incoming call reminding. When the electronic equipment is a mobile terminal, the incoming call request is forwarded to the mobile terminal, and the incoming call request is used for indicating the mobile terminal to carry out incoming call reminding, so that only one electronic equipment responds to a call every time, and chaos caused by simultaneous responses is avoided.
In one embodiment, after the forwarding the incoming call request to the mobile terminal, the method further comprises: and switching the wearable device from the first mode to the second mode.
The wearable device and the mobile terminal have the same communication number, wherein the first mode is a call supporting mode, the second mode is a call non-supporting mode.
Specifically, two modes exist in the wearable device, and the first mode is a call supporting mode, namely, a call is allowed to be established with other electronic devices by using the wearable device. The second mode is a non-talk mode, i.e. the wearable device cannot establish a talk with other electronic devices. The wearable device and the mobile terminal use the same communication number, and one communication number can only carry out one call each time. When the wearable device forwards the incoming call request to the mobile terminal, the wearable device can not establish a call with other electronic devices, and then the wearable device switches the first mode to the second mode. And when the communication between the mobile terminal and the calling party is finished, the wearable device automatically restores to the first mode.
Further, after the mobile terminal reminds the user of the incoming call according to the incoming call request, the user may not answer the call, the call with the calling party cannot be established, and after the call is hung up, the wearable device automatically recovers from the second mode to the first mode.
In this embodiment, the wearable device is switched from a first mode to a second mode, where the first mode is a call support mode, the second mode is a call non-support mode, and the wearable device and the mobile terminal have the same communication number, so that only one of the wearable device and the mobile terminal can establish a call with another electronic device at a time.
In one embodiment, the switching the wearable device from the first mode to the second mode comprises: when the mobile terminal is detected to be in communication with the calling party, the wearable device is switched from the first mode to the second mode.
Specifically, after the wearable device forwards the incoming call request to the mobile terminal, the wearable device waits for the mobile terminal to establish a call with the calling party. When the mobile terminal establishes a call with the calling party, the wearable device can not establish a call with other electronic devices, and the wearable device switches the first mode to the second mode. And when the communication between the mobile terminal and the calling party is finished, the wearable device automatically restores to the first mode.
In this embodiment, when it is detected that the mobile terminal communicates with the calling party, the wearable device is switched from the first mode to the second mode, so that only one device of the wearable device and the mobile terminal can establish a communication with other electronic devices at a time.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: when the call is finished, the wearable device is switched from the second mode to the first mode.
Specifically, after the mobile terminal finishes the call, the end information can be sent to the wearable device. And the wearable device receives the ending information and judges that the communication between the mobile terminal and the calling party is ended, and then the wearable device restores the second mode to the first mode so as to ensure the smoothness of the next communication.
In one embodiment, the determining the electronic device responding to the incoming call request according to the historical call information includes: determining the electronic equipment which has communicated with the calling party at the latest time from the current time according to the historical communication information; and taking the electronic equipment which has communicated with the calling party the latest time from the current time as the electronic equipment for responding the incoming call request.
Specifically, when receiving an incoming call request of a calling party, the wearable device acquires historical call information, and all call records in the historical call information are sorted according to the sequence of time. The time includes incoming call time and outgoing call time, i.e. each call record is sorted according to incoming call time and outgoing call time. The historical call information also comprises information of communication numbers, communication number types, call starting time, call ending time, whole call time, call reminding time, call outgoing time, contact names, own electronic equipment and the like of the two parties. The electronic device of the self is referred to as a mobile terminal or a wearable device.
The wearable device determines a call record of the calling party at the latest time from the historical call information, and determines whether the electronic device which has recently communicated with the calling party is a mobile terminal or a wearable device from the call record. If the mobile terminal is the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal responds to the incoming call request, and if the wearable device is the wearable device, the wearable device responds to the incoming call request.
In one embodiment, when the electronic device is the wearable device, performing incoming call reminding according to the incoming call request includes: when the electronic equipment is the wearable equipment, acquiring a communication number for initiating the incoming call request; and when the type of the communication number initiating the incoming call request meets a preset type, carrying out incoming call reminding according to the incoming call request.
In one embodiment, when the electronic device is the wearable device, performing incoming call reminding according to the incoming call request includes: and when the type of the communication number corresponding to the incoming call request does not meet the preset type, forwarding the incoming call request to the mobile terminal, wherein the incoming call request is used for indicating the mobile terminal to carry out incoming call reminding.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, when the electronic device is the wearable device, performing incoming call reminding according to the incoming call request includes:
step 302, when the electronic device is the wearable device, a communication number for initiating the incoming call request is obtained.
Specifically, when the electronic device which has communicated with the calling party last time from the current time is the wearable device, the electronic device acquires the communication number of the calling party.
And step 304, when the type of the communication number initiating the incoming call request meets a preset type, carrying out incoming call reminding according to the incoming call request.
The preset type means that the communication numbers of the contact persons are classified in advance, and the calling numbers are classified according to online identification, strange number marking and the like. For example, the contacts are divided into work partners, family, and customers, etc., and the numbers for advertising marketing are marked for marketing, etc.
Specifically, different communication numbers are classified to distinguish the incoming call request. The wearable device obtains the type of the communication number initiating the incoming call request, and judges whether the type of the communication number initiating the incoming call request meets a preset type or not. The communication numbers meeting the preset type correspond to the wearable devices, namely, the communication numbers meeting the preset type respond through the wearable devices.
Further, the wearable device compares the type of the communication number with a preset type, and when the type identical to the type of the communication number exists in the preset type, the type of the communication number is judged to meet the preset type. The wearable device carries out incoming call reminding on the wearable device according to the incoming call request so as to respond to the incoming call request through the wearable device.
For example, the preset type is a response of family or friend through the wearable device, and the preset type is a response of a work partner or a client through the mobile terminal. And when the type of the communication number of the incoming call request is friend, judging that the preset type is met, and sending an incoming call prompt by the wearable device.
Step 306, when the type of the communication number corresponding to the incoming call request does not meet the preset type, forwarding the incoming call request to the mobile terminal.
The incoming call request is used for indicating the mobile terminal to carry out incoming call reminding.
Specifically, the wearable device compares the type of the communication number with a preset type, and when the type identical to the type of the communication number does not exist in the preset type, it is determined that the type of the communication number does not meet the preset type. The wearable device forwards the incoming call request to the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal responds to the incoming call request.
In the embodiment, when the electronic device is a wearable device, the communication number initiating the incoming call request is acquired, when the type of the communication number initiating the incoming call request meets the preset type, the incoming call request is prompted according to the incoming call request, when the type of the communication number corresponding to the incoming call request does not meet the preset type, the incoming call request is forwarded to the mobile terminal, and the incoming call request is used for indicating the mobile terminal to prompt the incoming call, so that the communication numbers of the incoming calls can be distinguished.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, after receiving the incoming call request of the calling party, the method further includes:
step 402, obtaining the communication number for initiating the incoming call request.
And step 404, when the type of the communication number initiating the incoming call request meets a preset type, performing incoming call reminding according to the incoming call request.
Specifically, when receiving an incoming call request, the wearable device acquires a communication number of the incoming call request and acquires the type of the communication number. And comparing the type of the communication number with a preset type to judge whether the type of the communication number meets the preset type. And when the type identical to the type of the communication number exists in the preset types, judging that the type of the communication number meets the preset type. The wearable device carries out incoming call reminding on the wearable device according to the incoming call request so as to respond to the incoming call request through the wearable device.
And step 406, when the type of the communication number initiating the incoming call request does not meet the preset type, executing the step of determining the electronic equipment responding to the incoming call request according to the historical call information.
Specifically, when the type identical to the type of the communication number does not exist in the preset types, it is determined that the type of the communication number does not meet the preset types, and the wearable device executes the step of determining the electronic device responding to the incoming call request according to the historical call information. And when the electronic equipment is the wearable equipment, the incoming call is reminded according to the incoming call request.
In the embodiment, by acquiring the communication number initiating the incoming call request, when the type of the communication number initiating the incoming call request meets the preset type, the incoming call is prompted according to the incoming call request, so that the identity of the calling party can be obviously distinguished. When the type of the communication number initiating the incoming call request does not meet the preset type, the step of determining the electronic equipment responding to the incoming call request according to the historical call information can be executed, so that the electronic equipment responding to the incoming call request can be determined, and the disorder caused by simultaneous response is avoided.

In one embodiment, the method further comprises: and when the electric quantity value of the wearable device is smaller than or equal to the electric quantity threshold value, forwarding the incoming call request to the mobile terminal, wherein the incoming call request is used for indicating the mobile terminal to carry out incoming call reminding.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, when the electronic device is the wearable device, performing incoming call reminding according to the incoming call request includes:
step 502, when the electronic device is the wearable device, obtaining an electric quantity value of the wearable device.
Specifically, when the electronic device which has communicated with the calling party last time from the current time is a wearable device, the electric quantity value of the wearable device is detected.
And step 504, when the electric quantity value of the wearable device is larger than the electric quantity threshold value, performing incoming call reminding according to the incoming call request.
Specifically, an electric quantity threshold value is obtained, and an electric quantity value of the wearable device is compared with the electric quantity threshold value. And when the electric quantity value of the wearable device is larger than the electric quantity threshold value, carrying out call reminding on the wearable device.
Step 506, when the electric quantity value of the wearable device is smaller than or equal to the electric quantity threshold, forwarding the incoming call request to the mobile terminal, where the incoming call request is used to instruct the mobile terminal to perform incoming call reminding.
Specifically, when the electric quantity value of the wearable device is smaller than or equal to the electric quantity threshold value, the incoming call request is forwarded to the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal performs incoming call reminding according to the incoming call request. And the mobile terminal receives the incoming call request and carries out incoming call reminding on the mobile terminal.
In the embodiment, when the electronic device is a wearable device, the electric quantity value of the wearable device is obtained, and when the electric quantity value of the wearable device is greater than the electric quantity threshold value, the incoming call is reminded according to the incoming call request; when the electric quantity value of the wearable device is smaller than or equal to the electric quantity threshold value, the incoming call request is forwarded to the mobile terminal and used for indicating the mobile terminal to carry out incoming call reminding, so that the wearable device can be selected to respond to the incoming call request preferentially, and confusion caused by simultaneous response is avoided. And when the electric quantity of the wearing equipment is too low, the mobile terminal is switched to respond, and the condition that the incoming call is missed is avoided.
In one embodiment, the generating manner of the historical call information includes: acquiring a call record of the mobile terminal at intervals of preset time; and merging the call record of the mobile terminal and the call record of the wearable device to obtain historical call information.
Specifically, the wearable device acquires the call records of the mobile terminal every preset time and acquires the call records of the wearable device. And sequencing the call records of the wearable device and the mobile terminal according to the time of each call record, so as to obtain historical call information by combining. Further, the historical call information may be synchronized to the mobile terminal.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, an incoming call processing method is provided, which is applied to a mobile terminal and includes:
step 602, an incoming call request initiated by a caller is received.
In step 604, the electronic device responding to the incoming call request is determined according to the historical call information.
Specifically, a calling party initiates an incoming call request to the mobile terminal or the wearable device through a communication number. The mobile terminal receives an incoming call request initiated by a calling party. When the mobile terminal receives an incoming call request initiated by a calling party, historical call information is obtained, and whether the electronic equipment which has last communicated with the calling party is the mobile terminal or the wearable equipment is determined according to the historical call information.
Further, the mobile terminal may determine the last electronic device to talk with the caller from the time in the history of the talk information.
Step 606, when the electronic device is a wearable device, forwarding the incoming call request to the wearable device, where the incoming call request is used to instruct the wearable device to perform incoming call reminding.
Specifically, when the electronic device which last communicates with the calling party in the history communication information is the wearable device, the incoming call request is forwarded to the wearable device, and the wearable device performs incoming call reminding on the wearable device according to the incoming call request. The incoming call reminding comprises but is not limited to ringing, incoming call display, voice broadcasting and the like, and the incoming call reminding mode is set according to the user requirement.
In the above embodiment, an incoming call request initiated by a calling party is received, the electronic device responding to the incoming call request is determined according to historical call information, when the electronic device is a wearable device, the incoming call request is forwarded to the wearable device, and the incoming call request is used for indicating the wearable device to perform incoming call reminding, so that confusion caused by simultaneous response of a mobile terminal and the wearable device can be avoided.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: and when the time for the mobile terminal to remind the incoming call exceeds the preset time length, forwarding the incoming call request to the wearable device, wherein the incoming call request is used for indicating the wearable device to remind the incoming call.
The preset duration refers to the preset duration of the incoming call reminder.
Specifically, when the incoming call is reminded on the mobile terminal, the duration of the incoming call reminding is detected, and when the duration exceeds the preset duration, the mobile terminal is not connected with the call. The mobile terminal automatically transfers the call request to the wearable device and carries out call reminding on the wearable device. For example, if the mobile phone rings for more than 40 seconds and is not answered yet, the mobile phone forwards the incoming call request to the watch, and rings on the watch.
When the time for reminding the incoming call through the mobile terminal exceeds the preset time, the incoming call request is forwarded to the wearable device, and the condition that the mobile terminal is not nearby and calls are missed is reduced as much as possible.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: when the electronic equipment is the mobile terminal, call reminding is carried out according to the call request, and the wearable equipment is switched from the first mode to the second mode.
