Abstract
The elastic conducting strip consists of metal conducting strip and plastic skeleton, and the metal conducting strip has at least one tongue-shaped conducting strip and the plastic skeleton has one plastic conducting strip in the position corresponding to the tongue-shaped conducting strip of the metal conducting strip. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an elastic conducting strip formed by a plastic elastic strip and a metal tongue-shaped elastic strip, which is particularly suitable for improving the elasticity and fatigue resistance of a metal conducting strip with poor elasticity.
Background
The elastic conductive sheet is generally formed by processing and stamping a metal sheet with good elasticity and conductivity. However, some metal materials, particularly, metal sheets used for the drawing process, have poor elasticity and cannot be used as elastic conductive sheets unless complicated heat treatment processes are performed after the part is formed, thus greatly increasing the complexity of the part processing and the manufacturing cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems, and provides an elastic conductive sheet which is formed by a plastic spring sheet and a metal tongue-shaped spring sheet and has simple processing procedure and low manufacturing cost.
The invention is composed of a metal conducting plate and a plastic framework, wherein the metal conducting plate is fixed on the plastic framework to form a functional component.
The metal conducting strip is formed by stamping a metal sheet, and at least one tongue-shaped elastic piece is arranged on the metal conducting strip, three sides of the tongue-shaped elastic piece are provided with openings, and only one narrow side is connected with the main body of the metal conducting strip.
Preferably, the tongue-shaped spring plate may have a protrusion higher than the base plane of the metal conductive sheet, and the protrusion may be circular arc, inclined or a combination thereof.
The plastic framework is formed by pressing plastic materials, the plastic framework is provided with a plastic spring piece at the position corresponding to the tongue-shaped spring piece of the metal conducting plate, the plastic spring piece is of a thin-wall structure and is provided with three-side openings, the narrow side of the plastic spring piece is connected with the main body of the plastic framework, and the plastic spring piece has good elasticity and fatigue resistance.
The plastic elastic sheet is attached below the tongue-shaped elastic sheet of the metal conducting sheet, so that the tongue-shaped elastic sheet is supported, when the tongue-shaped elastic sheet is deformed under the action of external force, the tongue-shaped elastic sheet and the plastic elastic sheet are elastically deformed, when the external force disappears, the plastic elastic sheet is restored to the original initial shape, and meanwhile, under the supporting action of the plastic elastic sheet, the tongue-shaped elastic sheet is restored to the original initial shape.
Preferably, the plastic spring plate can have a protrusion higher than the base plane of the plastic skeleton, and the protrusion can be circular arc, inclined plane or a combination thereof.
Under the condition that the tongue-shaped elastic sheet of the metal conducting strip is not protruded, or under the condition that the metal conducting strip is difficult to process the protruded tongue-shaped elastic sheet on the side wall of the deep drawing concave table, the plastic elastic sheet can still be processed into a protrusion higher than the base plane of the plastic framework, the protruded plastic elastic sheet has a supporting force on the tongue-shaped elastic sheet under the tongue-shaped elastic sheet of the metal conducting strip, the tongue-shaped elastic sheet deforms under the supporting force of the protruded plastic elastic sheet to form a protrusion higher than the base plane of the metal conducting strip, and the elastic conducting strip with good elasticity and fatigue resistance performance is formed.
The metal conducting plate is provided with a plurality of fixing holes on the side wall plane.
The plastic framework is provided with a fixing barb at the position corresponding to the fixing hole of the metal conducting strip. After the metal conducting strip is arranged on the plastic framework, the fixing barbs of the plastic framework clamp the bottom edges of the square fixing holes of the metal conducting strip, so that the metal conducting strip is fixed on the plastic framework to form a whole.
The invention makes up the defect of poor elasticity of part of metal sheets (particularly metal sheets for stamping and drawing) by utilizing good elasticity and fatigue resistance of the plastic framework, realizes the possibility of conducting plates made of metal materials with poor elasticity, realizes the possibility of drawing parts as elastic conducting plates, and particularly realizes the possibility of processing the elastic conducting plates on the side wall of a drawing concave table, wherein the metal conducting plates have good elasticity and fatigue resistance. The implementation of the invention reduces the harsh requirements of the metal conducting strip on the material performance, and reduces the processing procedures and the complexity of the metal conducting strip, thereby greatly reducing the manufacturing cost of the metal conducting strip.

The battery module AB and the battery module CD are placed in parallel, and the battery module AB and the battery module CD are connected in parallel through the connection of the tongue-shaped elastic pieces protruding from the side surfaces of the metal conducting plates. By the method, the series connection and parallel connection of 64 cylindrical batteries are completed, and a battery module with 32 batteries connected in parallel and 2 batteries connected in series is formed.

The elastic conductive sheet formed by the plastic elastic sheet and the metal tongue-shaped elastic sheet according to claim 1, wherein the plastic elastic sheet can be provided with a bulge which is higher than the basic plane of the plastic framework, and the bulge can be in a circular arc shape, an inclined plane or a combination of the circular arc shape and the inclined plane.
3. The elastic conductive sheet formed by the plastic elastic sheet and the metal tongue-shaped elastic sheet according to claim 1, wherein the plastic skeleton is provided with a fixing barb at a position corresponding to the fixing hole of the metal conductive sheet.
