Abstract
The application discloses a schedule management method based on voice recognition, which is used for solving the technical problems of complex operation and poor user experience of the existing schedule management software. The method comprises the following steps: receiving voice data related to the schedule information, converting the voice data into text data, and extracting key information in the text data; the key information comprises necessary information and non-necessary information, and the necessary information at least comprises one or more of the following items: date information, time information, transaction information; the non-essential information includes at least any one or more of: location information, object information; creating a schedule based on the key information; and pushing the schedule to the user under the condition that the preset condition is reached. By the method, schedule information is managed in a voice interaction mode, and a user can be helped to plan daily affairs more clearly.

With the increasing pace of urban life, people have more and more things to deal with every day. In a busy day, important things are easy to forget, so that serious consequences are caused, and schedule management is very important. In the embodiment of the application, voice data related to schedule information is received firstly, then the voice data is converted into text data, key information is extracted from the text data, the key information comprises necessary information and non-necessary information, and the necessary information at least comprises any one or more of the following items: date information, time information, transaction information, optionally including at least any one or more of: location information, object information; and creating a schedule based on the key information, and pushing the schedule to the user under the condition of reaching a preset condition. The words of the user are identified in a voice interaction mode, the schedule is created according to the language information, and the schedule is pushed to the user under a proper condition, so that the operation process is simplified, the user feeling is improved, and the user is helped to plan own affairs more clearly.
In one implementation of the present application, before receiving the voice data related to the schedule information, the method further includes: and acquiring sound data, and extracting keywords for triggering the receiving of the voice data from the sound data.
In one implementation manner of the present application, before creating the schedule based on the key information, the method further includes: determining that date information, time information and transaction information exist in the key information.
In one implementation of the present application, non-provided information in the key information is determined; wherein, the non-provided information is any one or two of date information, time information and transaction information; triggering a voice inquiry instruction; wherein the voice query instruction is used for querying the non-provided information in the key information. In an implementation manner of the present application, pushing a schedule to a user when a preset condition is reached specifically includes: determining a difference value between the time information and the current time; and under the condition that the difference value is smaller than a preset threshold value, pushing the schedule in a voice mode.

Along with the development of science and technology, voice interaction becomes an important interaction mode, intelligent equipment can process voice information of a user, extracts meanings in the voice information, completes corresponding work, and brings great convenience to life of people.
The embodiment of the application provides a schedule management method based on voice recognition, and solves the technical problems that the existing schedule management software is complex in operation and poor in user experience.
The technical solutions proposed in the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a schedule management method based on speech recognition according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the method mainly includes the following steps.
Step 101, converting the voice data into text data, and extracting key information in the text data.
In the embodiment of the application, the creation of the schedule is completed based on a voice interaction mode, so that external voice data is received firstly. Before receiving voice data, external voice data is firstly acquired, noise of an external environment in the voice data is removed through a microphone matrix, and only a voice part is reserved. And the terminal recognizes a specific awakening word according to the voice, enters a working state and continues to wait for the words of the user. In one embodiment of the application, the keyword for waking up the terminal is set as "xiaomei", and after the terminal recognizes the keyword "xiaomei" through an internal microphone matrix, the terminal enters a working state and waits for a user to input voice.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal inputs the words of the user into the internal system after the user finishes speaking. After the user's utterance is entered, the speech data continues to be converted into text data, and then key information is extracted in the text data based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology. In the embodiment of the present application, the key information includes necessary information and unnecessary information, where the necessary information includes any one or more of the following items: date information, time information, transaction information, optionally including at least any one or more of: location information, object information.
Specifically, the terminal converts the received voice data into text data, for example, when the text data is "xiao mei, a meeting is opened at 9 am today for 1 hour, and the place is in the conference room 101. The terminal extracts key information from the Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology, wherein the date information is today, the time information is 9:00-10:00, the transaction information is a meeting, and the location information is a conference room 101.
Further, after the terminal extracts the key information, it is determined that the date information, the time information, and the transaction information included in the key information have all been provided, and then the key information is saved. In the embodiment of the present application, there may be non-provided information in the key information, where the non-provided information is any one or any two of date information, time information, and transaction information. For example, the text data after conversion is "graceful, meeting in the morning today, conference room 101". The terminal extracts key information of the text data, the date information is today, the time information is not provided, the transaction information is a meeting, and the place information is the conference room 101. It can be seen that one of the key information items is not provided, i.e. the time information is not provided. At this time, the terminal actively inquires the user about the non-provided information in the key information.

As shown in fig. 2, a terminal receives a speech input by a user (i), converts the speech into text data, extracts key information, determines missing key information, for example, time information is not provided after determining that there is no provided information in the key information, and at this time, a voice query instruction is automatically triggered inside the terminal, and generates a query text "time to ask is several points? ". The query text is then converted into query speech data, i.e., output speech in fig. 2, and the query speech is broadcast to the user. It should be noted that after the terminal queries the key information, if the user does not know or cannot accurately describe the key information, the terminal automatically fills the key information into a default value, the date information defaults to today, the time information defaults to 8:00-9:00, and the transaction information defaults to work. After each item of information is filled, generating text data from the key information, converting the text data into voice data, automatically triggering a voice broadcasting instruction by the terminal, and broadcasting the key information filled in with a default value to a user for confirmation.

In the embodiment of the application, the terminal calls an internal corresponding program to create the key information into the schedule. For example, in an embodiment of the present application, the process of creating the schedule may specifically be: the terminal expresses 24 hours per day as a data structure, initializes the data structure to be empty, and occupies a time period of 9:00-10:00 according to information of 'meeting', 'morning', '9 o' and '1 hour', the affair is filled as the meeting, and the place is filled as 101 meeting room. After scheduling is complete, the data structure is saved to make it a schedule.
In the embodiment of the application, after a schedule is created, the terminal automatically searches whether other schedules with the same date information and time information exist in the schedule database, and if other schedules with the same date information and time information do not exist, the created schedule is stored in the schedule database.
Further, if other schedules with the same date information and time information are found in the schedule database, the terminal triggers a voice reminding instruction to remind the user of schedules with conflicting time and date information and remind the user to readjust the schedule. And the terminal readjusts the schedule according to the instruction of the user and then stores the schedule created this time into a schedule database.
And 103, pushing the schedule to the user under the condition that the preset condition is reached.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal calculates the difference value between the current time and the time information in the schedule key information, and pushes the schedule to the user under the condition that the difference value is smaller than the preset threshold value. In one embodiment of the present application, the preset threshold may be 15 minutes, that is, the schedule message is pushed to the user 15 minutes before the schedule transaction starts, for example, the meeting starts at 9:00, and the terminal pushes the schedule to the user at 8: 45. It should be noted that the preset threshold may be adjusted according to actual needs.
Specifically, the terminal pushes the schedule to the user in a voice broadcast mode under the condition that the difference value between the current time and the time information in the schedule key information is smaller than a preset threshold value. In order to enable the user to obtain better user experience, in one embodiment of the application, a schedule is further pushed in a software form, and the software can be a WeChat public number.
Fig. 3 is a scene schematic diagram of a terminal pushing a schedule to a user according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, when a certain preset condition is reached, the terminal triggers a voice broadcast instruction, and pushes a schedule message to the user in a voice form. Besides, the schedule can be pushed in a mobile phone software mode. As shown in fig. 3, the user can bind the unique identification MAC address of the terminal to the wechat public number, and send the schedule message to the wechat public number if a preset condition is reached. By the method, the situation that the user is far away from the terminal and cannot hear voice push is solved, and the user can acquire the schedule message through the mobile phone without worrying about missing important affairs.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal can push the related schedule message based on the active inquiry of the user. For example, the user inquires about what schedule is in afternoon of today or 10:00 am, and the terminal finds out the schedule of the closest time slot in the schedule database according to the content inquired by the user, broadcasts the schedule by voice and pushes the closest schedule message on the public number.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal can upload the schedule to the sharing cloud, so that a user can conveniently find a finished transaction and finish the time of the transaction, and meanwhile, the sharing cloud provides an exchange platform, so that the time arrangement of the user can be disclosed, such as the time arrangement of programmers, the time arrangement of painters, the time arrangement of teachers and the like, the user can use the occupation as a guide, and the user is interested in knowing the working states of other industries.
Based on the same inventive concept, the schedule management method based on voice recognition provided by the embodiment of the application also provides a schedule management device based on voice recognition.

creating a schedule based on the key information;
and pushing the schedule to a user under the condition that a preset condition is reached.
2. The schedule management method based on voice recognition of claim 1, wherein before receiving the voice data related to the schedule information, the method further comprises:
acquiring sound data, and extracting keywords for triggering and receiving the sound data from the sound data.

6. The schedule management method based on speech recognition of claim 1, wherein after creating the schedule based on the key information, the method further comprises:
determining that no schedule identical to the schedule exists in a schedule database;
and storing the schedule into the schedule database.
7. The schedule management method based on voice recognition according to claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
determining that a schedule identical to the schedule exists in a schedule database; triggering a voice reminding instruction; the voice reminding instruction is used for reminding existence of a repeated schedule;
and adjusting the schedule and storing the schedule into a schedule database.
8. The schedule management method based on voice recognition according to claim 1, wherein the schedule is pushed to a user when a preset condition is reached, specifically comprising:
determining a difference value between the time information and the current time;
and pushing the schedule in a voice mode under the condition that the difference value is smaller than a preset threshold value.
9. The schedule management method based on voice recognition according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises: and uploading the schedule to a sharing cloud.
10. A schedule management apparatus based on voice recognition, the apparatus comprising:
