Abstract
A wireless intelligent panel comprises a panel main body, wherein an input module, an output module, a communication module, a detection module, a data processing module, an initialization module and a storage module are arranged in the panel main body. An input module including a plurality of keys; an output module comprising a plurality of output relays; a communication module for communicating with a gateway; the detection module is used for detecting the input module and judging the number of the keys; the initialization module is used for power-on initialization of the intelligent panel; the storage module is used for storing the parameters of the intelligent panel; and the data processing module is in signal connection with the input module, the output module, the communication module, the detection module, the initialization module and the storage module and is used for processing data. The invention can integrate various equipment types on the same intelligent panel, can change the configuration of the equipment types according to the field requirements, can meet various market requirements, quickly adapt to the field configuration, and provide an effective method for the diversity and compatibility of the intelligent panel.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of intelligent home furnishing, in particular to a wireless intelligent panel and a multifunctional configuration method thereof.
Background
Along with the fact that smart homes go deep into the mind of people and real estate hardwares cite smart home devices, the requirements of users on smart home panels are more and more diverse, various device types need to be integrated on the same panel, and meanwhile, some devices need to be configured according to field requirements. The wireless intelligent panel has the following problems at present: 1. the conventional single panel has a single category, and the whole panel is only a light panel, a curtain panel, a scene panel, a linkage panel and the like; 2. when there are multiple types of panels, a fixed mode is generally adopted, for example, one firmware is for one type, and once the sequence is changed, one firmware needs to be upgraded, the firmware versions are multiple, the inventory management is more complicated, and meanwhile, the failure is easy to occur. Therefore, the conventional wireless intelligent panel cannot meet the market demand at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a wireless intelligent panel and a multifunctional configuration method thereof, and mainly aims to solve the problems that the existing intelligent panel is single in category and cannot realize multifunctional configuration.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a wireless intelligent panel comprises a panel main body, wherein an input module, an output module, a communication module, a detection module, a data processing module, an initialization module and a storage module are arranged in the panel main body;
the input module comprises a plurality of keys and is used for realizing an input mode of human-computer interaction;
the output module comprises a plurality of output relays and is used for being linked with the controlled equipment and realizing a control function through a switching value;
the communication module is used for communicating with the gateway to realize interaction between data;
the detection module is used for detecting the input module and detecting different voltage values through different resistance values so as to judge the number of the keys;
the initialization module is used for power-on initialization of the intelligent panel;
the storage module is used for storing parameters of the intelligent panel and realizing a power failure memory function;
and the data processing module is in signal connection with the input module, the output module, the communication module, the detection module, the initialization module and the storage module and is used for processing data.
Furthermore, the key is a touch key or a mechanical key.
Further, the output module further comprises a display and a buzzer, the display is used for prompting each key and prompting output of the relay, and the buzzer is used for voice prompt.
A multifunctional configuration method for a wireless intelligent panel comprises the following steps:
s1, the detection module detects the AD value of the intelligent panel and judges that the intelligent panel is a plurality of modules, and the number of the modules is the same as the number of keys of the intelligent panel;
s2, the detection module reads the parameters of the intelligent panel, and a default equipment type is agreed according to the protocol in the parameters;
s3, logging in a webpage of the gateway through the webpage for configuration and modification, wherein the webpage of the gateway comprises an equipment list, an intelligent panel to be configured is selected and edited, endpoint values, equipment types, key input values, output relay values and functions are selected during editing, when keys do not need to be input or output by relays, the keys are configured to be OXFF, the key input values and the output relay values cannot be repeatedly edited, and different equipment types correspond to different endpoint values;
and S4, after the configuration is completed, storing the equipment list, downloading the configured parameters to the storage module of the panel by the gateway, then initializing the intelligent panel, and after the initialization is successful, completing the configuration of the intelligent panel.
Further, the detection module in step S1 adopts ADC detection, and detects different voltage values and the acquired AD value intervals through different resistance values to detect the number of keys.
Furthermore, the number of the keys and the number of the output relays can be 1-8.
Furthermore, the equipment type can be light, light linkage, curtain linkage, scene, fresh air and fresh air linkage; the functions are on, off, scene, low or medium or high wind speed.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the wireless intelligent panel comprises a panel main body, wherein an input module 1, an output module 2, a communication module 3, a detection module 4, a data processing module 5, an initialization module 6 and a storage module 7 are arranged in the panel main body.
The input module 1 comprises a plurality of keys and is used for realizing a man-machine interaction input mode; the output module 2 comprises a plurality of output relays and is used for being linked with the controlled equipment and realizing a control function through the switching value; the communication module 3 is used for communicating with the gateway to realize interaction between data; the detection module 4 is used for detecting the input module 1 and detecting different voltage values through different resistance values so as to judge the number of the keys; the initialization module 6 is used for power-on initialization of the intelligent panel; the storage module 7 is used for storing parameters of the intelligent panel and realizing a power failure memory function; and the data processing module 5 is in signal connection with the input module 1, the output module 2, the communication module 3, the detection module 4, the initialization module 6 and the storage module 7 and is used for processing data.
More specifically, the key is a touch key or a mechanical key; the output module 2 further comprises a display and a buzzer, the display is used for prompting each key and outputting the relay, and the buzzer is used for prompting sound.
Referring to fig. 2, a wireless smart panel multifunctional configuration method includes the following steps:
s1, the detection module detects the AD value of the intelligent panel and judges that the intelligent panel is a plurality of modules, and the number of the modules is the same as the number of keys of the intelligent panel;
s2, the detection module reads the parameters of the intelligent panel, and a default equipment type is agreed according to the protocol in the parameters;
s3, logging in a webpage of the gateway through the webpage for configuration and modification, wherein the webpage of the gateway comprises an equipment list, an intelligent panel to be configured is selected and edited, endpoint values, equipment types, key input values, output relay values and functions are selected during editing, when keys do not need to be input or output by relays, the keys are configured to be OXFF, the key input values and the output relay values cannot be repeatedly edited, and different equipment types correspond to different endpoint values;
and S4, after the configuration is completed, storing the equipment list, downloading the configured parameters to the storage module of the panel by the gateway, then initializing the intelligent panel, and after the initialization is successful, completing the configuration of the intelligent panel.
In step S1, the detection module adopts ADC detection, and detects different voltage values and the acquired AD value intervals through different resistance values to detect the number of keys. In the detection program, each interval is divided, when the acquired AD value is in which interval, the total paths are judged, for example, the resistance 3.3K, AD detects the voltage 0.767V, AD value 466, and when the interval is 0-530, the key is represented.
In the embodiment, the number of the keys and the number of the output relays can be 1-8, and the types of the equipment can be light, light linkage, curtain linkage, scene, fresh air and fresh air linkage; the functions are on, off, scene, low or medium or high wind speed. In the following, only one configuration method is exemplified by four keys, as shown in the following table:

As shown in the above table: the first end point is configured to be a light, but does not need a key and is output by using a first output relay; the second end point is configured to be linked with light, does not need output, and uses the first key for input; the third end point is configured into a scene, and input is carried out by using a second key without output; the fourth end point is configured twice and is a curtain, the third key and the fourth key are used for inputting, the second output relay and the third output relay are used for outputting, one is opened, and the other is closed.
By adopting the method, various equipment types can be integrated on the same intelligent panel, and meanwhile, the equipment types can be changed and configured according to field requirements, so that various market requirements can be met, the field configuration can be quickly adapted, and an effective method is provided for the diversity and compatibility of the intelligent panel.

and S4, after the configuration is completed, storing the equipment list, downloading the configured parameters to the storage module of the panel by the gateway, then initializing the intelligent panel, and after the initialization is successful, completing the configuration of the intelligent panel.
