Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of voltage monitoring, in particular to a mutual calibration system and method for a voltage monitor.
Background
With the large-scale installation and application of various electrical measuring instruments in an electric power system, the management personnel of the instruments face increasingly heavy management work. Regardless of the monitoring instrument or device, the problems of low precision, low measurement accuracy and low data quality caused by the aging of components and devices and the like along with the lapse of the operation time are faced. Especially, the voltage monitoring instrument is adopted to monitor the system voltage in a large area at present, and if the monitoring precision of the voltage monitoring instrument is reduced, the collection of the system voltage is influenced, and then the work of judging an original paper is influenced. Therefore, the stable operation of the power grid can be ensured only by ensuring the accurate operation of the voltage monitor.
At present, the qualification rate of the power supply voltage is an important index for evaluating the power supply quality of a power enterprise to users, and is also an important content for a government department to supervise the power supply enterprise. Under the current environment, the power supply enterprise will improve the power supply quality and conduct the continuity monitoring to the voltage as enterprise lifeline (voltage monitoring is the voltage deviation that the monitoring power system normal operating state slowly changes and arouses, adopts voltage detector to monitor usually), and the common equipment of adoption is exactly the voltage monitor.
The voltage monitor is an instrument capable of monitoring and counting voltage deviation caused by operation change of a power system, has the functions of monitoring, storing, analyzing, inquiring and parameter setting, and supports short message, wireless network and public network communication. However, along with the long-term operation of the equipment, the problems of reduced reliability, data loss and reduced measurement precision of the equipment can be caused by aging, failure and the like of components; at present, the voltage monitor is usually inspected by adopting a field regular inspection or inspection-by-pass mode, but because the installation environment of the voltage monitor is complex and the installation place is scattered, the manpower and material resources cost of the calibration work is high, so that the calibration work of the voltage monitor is difficult to develop.
Therefore, in the prior art, whether the function of the voltage monitor is failed or not is mostly monitored, the supervision on the most basic monitoring precision is omitted, and the remote calibration and the real-time calibration on the monitoring precision of the voltage monitor cannot be realized in the prior art.
Therefore, the invention provides a mutual calibration system for voltage monitors, which realizes mutual calibration of old voltage monitors and newly-installed voltage monitors of various types at any time or at regular intervals, and ensures reliable operation of each voltage monitor in operation.
