7. The tuned liquid damper center post according to claim 6, wherein a reinforcement structure is provided between said upper deck and said primary riser and between said lower deck and said primary riser.
8. The tuned liquid damper center pillar of claim 1, wherein said primary riser top and bottom portions are each provided with a reinforcing fillet.
9. The tuned liquid damper center pillar of claim 1, wherein said first secondary riser top and bottom are each provided with a reinforcing fillet.
10. The tuned liquid damper center pillar of claim 1, wherein said second secondary riser top and bottom portions are each provided with a reinforcing fillet.
