Claims (6)
1. A bacteriostatic foam finishing liquid for protective articles comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of free radical high polymer, 30-50 parts of chitosan, 2-5 parts of nano zinc oxide, 15-25 parts of high molecular surfactant, 20-30 parts of cortex phellodendri extract, 3-8 parts of organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt bactericide, 10-20 parts of coconut diethanolamide foaming agent, 1-5 parts of pentaerythritol stearate softener, 10-20 parts of dodecyl ethoxy sulfobetaine foaming agent and 70-130 parts of deionized water are mixed uniformly by using a stirrer, and then the mixture is sent into a foam generator to be foamed, and the foaming ratio is controlled to be 5-20, so that the antibacterial foam finishing liquid can be obtained.

The preparation method of the bacteriostatic foam finishing liquid for the protective articles according to claim 1, characterized in that the preparation method of the free radical high molecular polymer is as follows: putting 10-20 parts of sulfonated polyether ether ketone and 30-40 parts of deionized water into a 3-liter stirring container, heating to 50 ℃ under stirring, and dissolving to form a solution A; adding 8-10 parts of hindered phenol antioxidant and 10-20 parts of deionized water into a 3-liter stirring container, stirring to fully swell the polymer, heating to 85 ℃, and dissolving to form a solution B; and adding the solution B into the solution A, fully stirring and mixing, adding 10-20 parts of acetic acid solution to adjust the pH value to 5, and adding 10-20 parts of cross-linking agent after 5min to obtain the free radical high polymer.

The preparation method of the bacteriostatic foam finishing liquid for the protective articles according to claim 2, characterized in that the etherification degree of the sulfonated polyether ether ketone is 60-80%, the hindered phenol antioxidant is basf antioxidant 245, and the crosslinking agent is epichlorohydrin.
4. The method for preparing the bacteriostatic foam finishing liquid for the protective articles according to claim 1, characterized in that the chitosan is quaternized chitosan.
5. The preparation method of the bacteriostatic foam finishing liquid for the protective articles according to claim 1, characterized in that the polymeric surfactant is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.
6. The preparation method of the bacteriostatic foam finishing liquid for the protective articles according to claim 1, characterized in that the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt bactericide is trimethoxysilylpropyloctadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride.
