(2) a size mixing procedure: slowly putting 87.5-97 parts of starch subjected to microwave treatment, 20-30 parts of 1799PVA and 8-15 parts of 205PVA into a size mixing barrel, and then adding water to ensure that the solid content is 12-15g/100 mL; introducing steam to ensure that the temperature of the slurry in the slurry mixing barrel gradually reaches 95-100 ℃, the pressure in the slurry mixing barrel is 2-4MPa, the pH of the slurry is 7-9, soaking and boiling the slurry for 55-60 minutes, and stirring until the slurry reaches a completely gelatinized state;
(3) sizing: the prepared slurry in a completely gelatinized state is respectively injected into a sizing groove by a slurry guiding pump, the slurry passing through the sizing groove in the warp direction is sized, the process principle of're-penetration and small coating' is adopted during sizing, the viscosity of the sizing groove is 9.5-10.5 seconds, the grouting force is 14-16KN, the vehicle speed is 65-80m/min, and the pressure is as follows: steaming for 10-15min at the cylinder side of 14-16KN and the warp beam side of 10-12KN at the temperature of 92-95 ℃, the humidity of 6-10 percent and the width of the edge disc of 1503-1700 mm; in the sizing process, the total warp number is 20414-21000, the ink mark length is 39.8-45m, and the temperature of a size box is 95-105 ℃; the sizing rate of the yarn reaches 16-20 percent, and the moisture regain reaches 6.0-9.0 percent;
(4) a reeding process: sequentially passing the warp direction through a dropper, a heddle and a reed according to the weaving process requirement of the fabric, wherein the reed number is 111.3, the reed length is 3485mm, the heald frame page number is 16 multiplied by 1, and the reed width is 118 inches, and adopting a straight-through method; the drafting method comprises the following steps: the drawing-in method of the drawdowns comprises the steps of drawing-in A1, drawing-in A2, drawing-in A3, drawing-in A4, drawing-in A5 and drawing-in A6 … … A16, wherein the number of cloth reed is 3, and the drawing-in method of the drawdowns comprises drawing-in A1, drawing-in A2, drawing-in A3, drawing-in A4, drawing-in A5 and drawing-in A6; a represents the warp direction, and the numbers 1-16 behind A represent the warp direction to be threaded on the heald frame of the page A;
