Claims (10)

1. A consumable fixing device for nucleic acid extraction for fixing a consumable component (300), characterized by comprising: a consumable rack (100) and a mounting seat (200);
the consumable rack (100) is provided with a buckle (110), the consumable component (300) is provided with a consumable bulge (310), and the consumable bulge (310) is clamped with the buckle (110);
the mounting seat (200) is provided with a fixing groove, an elastic piece (210) is arranged on the inner wall of the fixing groove, a protruding portion (120) is arranged on the consumable rack (100), the elastic piece (210) is configured to be capable of being connected with the protruding portion (120) in a clamping mode, and therefore the consumable rack (100) is fixed in the fixing groove.
2. The nucleic acid extraction consumable fixing device according to claim 1,
the consumable fixing device for nucleic acid extraction further comprises a plunger fixing seat (220);
a plurality of plunger fixing seats (220) are arranged, the plunger fixing seats (220) are all arranged on the mounting seat (200), and the elastic piece (210) is mounted on the plunger fixing seats (220);
the consumable rack (100) is provided with a plurality of elastic pieces (210) which can be clamped with the consumable rack (100).
3. The nucleic acid extraction consumable fixing device according to claim 1,
the consumable rack (100) is provided with a plurality of placing parts for placing the consumable components (300), and a grid (130) is arranged between any two adjacent placing parts;
each placing part is provided with a sheath hole site groove (140), an elution hole site groove (150), a connecting hole site groove (160) and a cracking hole site groove (170).
4. The nucleic acid extraction consumable fixing device according to claim 1,
the consumable rack (100) is provided with a plurality of buckles (110), a spacing block (180) is arranged between any two adjacent buckles (110), and a slit is arranged between any adjacent buckle (110) and the spacing block (180);
the outer wall of the consumable rack (100) is provided with a handheld bulge (190).
5. The nucleic acid extraction consumable fixing device according to claim 1,
the consumable assembly (300) having a lysis chamber (320), an elution chamber (330), and a plurality of communication chambers (340);
the distance between the cracking cavity (320) and the adjacent connecting cavity (340) is larger than the distance between any two adjacent connecting cavities (340);
the distance between the elution chamber (330) and the adjacent pore connecting chamber (340) is larger than the distance between any two adjacent pore connecting chambers (340).
6. The nucleic acid extraction consumable fixing device according to claim 5,
the lysis chamber (320), the elution chamber (330) and the pore connecting chamber (340) are all of an opening diameter size larger than an end diameter size.
7. The nucleic acid extraction consumable fixing device according to claim 5,
and membrane sealing steps (350) are arranged at the top opening positions of the cracking cavity (320), the elution cavity (330) and the pore connecting cavity (340).
8. The nucleic acid extraction consumable fixing device according to claim 5,
the consumable assembly (300) further has a sheath cavity (360) in which a sheath body can be placed, and a sheath groove (370) is provided at a top opening of the sheath body.
9. A method for using a consumable fixing device for nucleic acid extraction according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
lysate is injected into the lysis cavity (320), washing buffer and magnetic beads are respectively injected into the multiple connected cavity (340), and elution buffer is injected into the elution cavity (330);
the consumable protrusion (310) is clamped with the clamp (110) to clamp the consumable assembly (300) on the consumable frame (100);
and performing film sealing treatment on the consumable component (300).
10. The method of using the consumable fixing device for nucleic acid extraction according to claim 9, further comprising the steps of:
the elastic piece (210) is clamped with the lug boss (120) so as to fix the consumable rack (100) bearing the consumable component (300) on the mounting seat (200);
removing the sealing film of the consumable component (300);
placing the sheath body in a sheath cavity (360), and injecting a sample to be detected in the cracking cavity (320);
adsorbing the magnetic beads on the sheath main body;
extending the sheath body with the magnetic beads into a lysis chamber (320);
the sheath body is subjected to washing and elution of nucleic acids.
