Technical Field

Background
The potassium sulfate is a fertilizer obtained by processing a potassium salt ore naturally formed from white powder, the potassium oxide content in the potassium sulfate fertilizer is 50-52%, the appearance of potassium chloride is mostly white powder, and the potassium oxide content in the potassium chloride is 54-62%.
At present, the two potash fertilizers are powdery, are inconvenient to fertilize, are particularly influenced by weather, cannot fertilize and seed in windy weather, delay the planting season when fertilization is stopped after wind, and cannot meet the requirement of mechanized fertilization of modern agriculture.
The manufacturing method of the granular potash fertilizer currently has several methods: the first extrusion method is that the powdery potash fertilizer is extruded into a sheet shape by a double-roller extruder, and then the sheet shape is crushed and screened to obtain a finished particle product, the particles produced by the method are irregular, have edges and corners and poor flowing property, can block a seeder in the process of mechanical fertilization, are not uniformly mixed and are easy to layer when used as a mixed fertilizer, and have much dust after friction in the process of transportation, so the polyhedral particles produced by the method are not ideal. The rolling agglomeration method needs to add bentonite or attapulgite as a binder for production, and the added amount accounts for 20-30% of the total raw materials, so that the whole nutrient ratio content is reduced, the nutrients and the quality of the fertilizer are affected, and the fertilizer cannot reach the national standard.

(1) preparing 900 kilograms of powdery potassium sulfate with the fineness of more than 60 meshes, preparing organic raw materials with the fineness of more than 60 meshes, and preparing organic adhesive with the fineness of more than 300 meshes;
