The overtaking assistance terminal of the front vehicle still does not change the driving state but keeps the turtles speed driving state after receiving the second prompt instruction, the server needs to punish the front vehicle, but needs to acquire the certification information fed back by the overtaking assistance terminal in the front vehicle for judging whether the traffic jam is caused by the fact that the front vehicle is intentionally driven at the turtles speed, and then judges whether the front vehicle is in fact according to the certification information, wherein the certification information is vehicle fault certification information, health reasons of a driver of the front vehicle, emergency and the like, the certification information is considered to be effective information, and after the punishment information is determined according to the third driving state and a preset punishment rule, the punishment information is not stored and is not sent to the overtaking assistance terminal of the front vehicle if the punishment information is effective information. And if the information is invalid, storing the penalty information and sending the penalty information to the overtaking assistance terminal of the front vehicle. Therefore, the driver of the vehicle without the front is not penalized by the intentional action, and the driver is penalized and the penalty information is recorded under the condition that the driver intentionally drives at the tortoise speed, so that the normal driving of the driver is regulated in the form of the penalty.

The method comprises the steps of obtaining the number of punishment times of a front vehicle after receiving a overtaking request instruction sent by an overtaking request terminal, identifying the license plate number of the front vehicle according to the overtaking request instruction as the punishment information not only stores the license plate number but also stores an ID account number of an overtaking assistance terminal corresponding to the license plate number, searching the punishment information corresponding to the license plate number in a storage database according to the license plate number, and if the license plate vehicle does not have corresponding punishment information, considering that the front vehicle is not punished so that the number of punishment times is 0, and directly sending a first prompt instruction to the overtaking request terminal. If the penalty information corresponding to the license plate number is recognized to be multiple, the number of the penalty information is calculated to obtain the number of times of penalty, if the number of times of penalty is larger than a preset penalty threshold value, a first prompt instruction does not need to be sent to a passing request terminal, a second prompt instruction does not need to be sent to a passing assistance terminal of a vehicle in front, and a third prompt instruction only needs to be sent to a passing assistance terminal of an adjacent lane, so that a driver in the adjacent vehicle is prompted to change the running state of the vehicle to increase the passing distance, and the vehicle carrying the passing request terminal can pass. Therefore, the vehicles with excessive punishment times do not need to be prompted any more, but directly request the adjacent vehicles for assistance, the overtaking of the vehicles with the overtaking request terminals can be accelerated, and the traffic congestion is reduced.
For example, assuming that the preset penalty threshold is 2 times, if the penalty number for identifying the vehicle ahead is 3 times, the third prompt instruction is directly sent to the passing assistance terminal of the adjacent vehicle without sending the first prompt instruction to the passing request terminal or sending the second prompt instruction to the passing assistance terminal of the vehicle ahead, so that the vehicle carrying the passing request terminal can be accelerated to pass, and the traffic congestion is reduced.
In the embodiment, no matter the adjacent vehicles are in the same driving direction or the opposite driving direction, the driving state of the front vehicle and the driving state of the adjacent vehicles are judged to be the same, and the obtained overtaking distance is the distance between the adjacent vehicles or between the adjacent vehicle and the front vehicle, so that the overtaking distance is determined according to the adjacent vehicles, the front vehicle and the front and rear vehicles of the adjacent vehicles, and therefore, whether prompt instructions are needed to be sent or not is analyzed more accurately.
Referring to fig. 9, in a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further discloses a overtaking control method, executed by an overtaking assistance terminal, including:
s3100, receiving a second prompting instruction which is output by the server according to the fact that a second driving state obtained after the server outputs the first prompting instruction accords with a preset turtlespeed state;
s3200, confirm the suggestion mode according to second suggestion instruction and preset suggestion database, preset the suggestion database and include: matching information of the second prompt instruction and the prompt mode;
and S3300, determining a corresponding prompt operation according to the prompt mode.
The overtaking assistance terminal can be carried by a vehicle in front of the vehicle carrying the overtaking request terminal or can be carried by an adjacent vehicle. And if the overtaking assistance terminal is carried by the front vehicle, receiving a second prompt instruction, determining a prompt mode according to the second prompt instruction and a preset prompt database, and performing corresponding prompt operation according to the prompt mode to prompt a driver carrying the overtaking assistance terminal so as to prompt the driver to change the driving state of the vehicle to facilitate overtaking of the rear vehicle. If the overtaking assisting terminal is carried by the adjacent vehicle, a third prompt instruction is received, a corresponding prompt mode is determined according to the third prompt instruction and a preset prompt database, and the preset prompt database also comprises matching information of the third prompt instruction and the prompt mode, so that the overtaking assisting terminal makes corresponding prompt operation according to the prompt mode to prompt a driver in the adjacent vehicle, the running state of the adjacent vehicle is changed to increase the overtaking distance, and the vehicle carrying the overtaking request terminal conveniently overtakes.
Referring to fig. 10, in some embodiments, the prompting modes include a physical prompting mode, a voice prompting mode, and a others prompting mode. Step S3300 includes:
s3310, controlling the seat or steering wheel to vibrate according to the physical prompting mode;
s3320, outputting voice information or adjusting the music playing volume according to the voice prompt mode;
s3330, acquiring the face characteristics of the passenger according to the prompting modes of others, determining contact information according to the face characteristics and a preset characteristic database, and sending the prompting information to a contact address corresponding to the contact information, wherein the preset characteristic database comprises the matching information of the face characteristics and the contact information.
The prompting mode is determined according to the overtaking assistance terminal, if the set prompting mode is the physical prompting mode, the prompting mode is determined to be the physical prompting mode after the second prompting instruction is received, then the seat or the steering wheel is controlled to vibrate according to the physical prompting mode, and the driver carrying the overtaking assistance terminal is prompted to assist the rear vehicle to overtake through the vibration of the seat or the steering wheel. If the set prompting mode is a voice prompting mode, corresponding voice information is output or the in-vehicle music is reduced or turned off according to the voice prompting mode, therefore, the second prompting instruction is sent after the first prompting instruction is sent to the overtaking request terminal, the second driving state of the front vehicle is not changed, and therefore, considering that a driver in the front vehicle can not hear a whistle sent by the overtaking request terminal according to the first prompting instruction due to the fact that the volume of the music is too large, the driver in the front vehicle can be better prompted by reducing or turning off the in-vehicle music. If the set prompting modes are other prompting modes, the face characteristics of passengers in the vehicle are identified according to the condition that the driver wears earphones of other equipment, then the corresponding contact address is determined according to the face characteristics and the preset characteristic data, and the prompting information is sent to the contact address corresponding to the contact information, wherein the prompting information can be sent to the passengers in the vehicle through any one of the contact addresses of telephone, short message, WeChat or QQ, so that the drivers of the front vehicles can be prompted to overtake the rear vehicles through the passengers in the vehicle, and traffic jam is reduced. The adjacent vehicle carrying the passing assistance terminal determines the prompting mode according to the third prompting instruction, and then the prompting operation performed according to the prompting mode is the same as the steps S3310, S3320 and S3330, which is not described herein again.
The overtaking control method according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail in a specific embodiment with reference to fig. 1 to 10. It is to be understood that the following description is only exemplary, and not a specific limitation of the invention.
And when the user finds that the front vehicle has a turtle-speed running state and the adjacent lane does not have enough overtaking space, the user sends an overtaking request instruction to the server through the overtaking request terminal, and the collected first running state of the front vehicle and the overtaking space of the adjacent lane are sent to the server. The server judges whether the first running state meets the preset turtlespeed state or not, and if the first running state meets the preset turtlespeed state and the overtaking interval is smaller than the preset interval, the server outputs a first prompt instruction to the overtaking request terminal. The overtaking request terminal controls the vehicle to whistle and double-flash according to the first prompt instruction so as to prompt the vehicle in front to accelerate to go straight or accelerate to change lanes through whistle and double-flash. And the server acquires a second driving state of the front vehicle, and if the second driving state does not accord with the preset turtle speed state, the whole overtaking control process is completed. If the second driving state accords with the preset tortoise state, a second prompt instruction is output to an overtaking assistance terminal of the front vehicle, the overtaking assistance terminal determines a prompt mode according to the second prompt instruction and a preset prompt database, and if the prompt mode is a physical prompt mode, the seat or the steering wheel is controlled to vibrate to prompt a driver of the front vehicle to advance or change lanes in an accelerating mode, so that the vehicle carrying the overtaking request terminal can overtake or run in an accelerating mode, and the traffic jam condition is reduced. The server acquires a third driving state of the front vehicle after sending the second prompt instruction, outputs a third prompt instruction to the overtaking assistance terminal of the adjacent vehicle if the third driving state still accords with the preset tortoise state, determines a prompt mode according to the third prompt instruction and the preset prompt database, and the overtaking assistance terminal makes corresponding prompt operation according to the prompt mode to prompt the adjacent vehicle to accelerate or decelerate so as to increase the overtaking distance, so that the vehicle carrying the overtaking request terminal can overtake. The server acquires a fourth driving state of the adjacent vehicle after sending a third prompting instruction, and outputs overtaking prompting information to the overtaking request terminal if the fourth driving state is preset to assist the overtaking state, so that the overtaking request terminal can remind a driver carrying the overtaking request terminal to overtake according to the overtaking prompting information, and the traffic jam condition is reduced. And meanwhile, determining penalty information according to the third driving state and a preset penalty rule, judging whether the penalty information is stored and sent to the overtaking assistance terminal of the front vehicle according to whether the certification information is valid, and storing and sending the penalty information to the overtaking assistance terminal of the front vehicle if the certification information is invalid so as to regulate that a driver does not always drive at the torture speed in an overtaking lane when driving the vehicle. Therefore, the overtaking assisting terminal sends the prompt instruction to the front vehicle or the adjacent vehicle by analyzing the running state of the front vehicle and the overtaking interval of the adjacent vehicle so as to prompt the corresponding driver to assist the vehicle carrying the overtaking request terminal to overtake through the overtaking assisting terminal, thereby reducing traffic jam and traffic accidents caused by the traffic jam.
In a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further discloses a computer-readable storage medium, where computer-executable instructions are stored, and the computer-executable instructions are configured to enable a computer to execute the passing control method according to any one of the second aspect or the third aspect.

Claims (10)

1. An overtaking control method, executed by a server, comprising:
receiving a overtaking request instruction sent by an overtaking request terminal, a first running state of a vehicle in front of a lane where the overtaking request terminal is located, and an overtaking interval between adjacent vehicles in adjacent lanes;
if the first driving state accords with a preset turtle speed state and the overtaking distance is smaller than a preset distance, outputting a first prompt instruction to the overtaking request terminal;
acquiring a second driving state of the front vehicle after the first prompt instruction is output;
and if the second driving state accords with the preset turtle speed state, sending a second prompt instruction to an overtaking assistance terminal of the front vehicle.
2. The overtaking control method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a third driving state of the front vehicle after the overtaking assistance terminal receives the second prompt instruction;
and if the third driving state accords with the preset tortoise speed state, sending a third prompt instruction to the overtaking assistance terminal of the adjacent vehicle.
3. The overtaking control method as recited in claim 2, further comprising:
and if the second driving state or the third driving state does not accord with the preset turtle speed state, sending overtaking prompt information to the overtaking request terminal.
4. The overtaking control method as recited in claim 2, further comprising:
acquiring a fourth driving state of the adjacent vehicle after the passing assistance terminal receives the third prompt instruction;
if the fourth driving state meets a preset overtaking assisting state, acquiring the overtaking distance between adjacent vehicles;
and if the overtaking distance is larger than the preset distance, outputting overtaking prompt information to the overtaking request terminal.
5. The overtaking control method as recited in any one of claims 2 to 4, further comprising:
obtaining certification information fed back by the overtaking assistance terminal of the front vehicle;
determining penalty information according to the third driving state and a preset penalty rule, wherein the preset penalty rule comprises matching information of the third driving state and the penalty information;
and determining whether to store and send the penalty information to the overtaking assistance terminal of the front vehicle according to the certification information and the penalty information.
6. The overtaking control method as recited in any one of claims 2 to 4, further comprising:
acquiring the number of punishment times of the front vehicle according to the overtaking request instruction sent by the overtaking request terminal;
and if the punishment frequency of the front vehicle exceeds a preset punishment threshold value, sending the third prompt instruction to the overtaking assistance terminal of the adjacent vehicle in the adjacent lane.
7. The overtaking control method is characterized by being executed by an overtaking assistance terminal and comprising the following steps:
receiving a second prompting instruction which is output by the server according to the fact that a second driving state obtained after the first prompting instruction is output meets the preset turtlespeed state;
determining a prompt mode according to the second prompt instruction and a preset prompt database, wherein the preset prompt database comprises: matching information of the second prompt instruction and the prompt mode;
and determining corresponding prompt operation according to the prompt mode.
8. The passing control method according to claim 7, wherein the prompt means includes any one of: physical prompting mode, voice prompting mode and other people prompting mode.
9. The overtaking control method as recited in claim 8, wherein the determining the corresponding prompt operation according to the prompt mode comprises:
controlling the seat or the steering wheel to vibrate according to the physical prompting mode;
outputting voice information or adjusting the music playing volume according to the voice prompt mode;
and acquiring the face characteristics of the passenger according to the prompting modes of the other people, determining contact information according to the face characteristics and a preset characteristic database, and sending prompting information to a contact address corresponding to the contact information, wherein the preset characteristic database comprises the matching information of the face characteristics and the contact information.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for causing a computer to perform the passing control method according to any one of claims 1 to 6 or 7 to 9.
