one end of the clamping rod between the two fixed blocks is fixed with a pressing block; a sucker is arranged on the inner arc surface of the pressing block, and a through hole is formed in the sucker; a first flow passage and a flow guide hole for communicating the first flow passage with the through hole are arranged in the compression blocks, a second flow passage is arranged in the fixed block, a negative pressure pipe and a pressure relief pipe which are communicated with the first flow passage are arranged on each compression block, and one ends of the negative pressure pipe and the pressure relief pipe which are far away from the first flow passage are communicated with the second flow passage; the negative pressure pipe is internally provided with a one-way air inlet valve which leads the air from the first flow passage to the second flow passage, and the pressure relief pipe is internally provided with a one-way air outlet valve which leads the air from the second flow passage to the first flow passage.
