Abstract
The invention discloses a hydrogen leakage safety grading alarm system for a hydrogen energy automobile, which comprises: the system comprises a hydrogen storage module, a hydrogen supply pipeline, a hydrogen utilization module, a hydrogen leakage detection module, a leakage information processing module and an alarm module; wherein, the hydrogen storage module, the hydrogen supply module and the hydrogen utilization module are sequentially connected in series through a hydrogen supply pipeline; the hydrogen leakage detection module is used for detecting the hydrogen leakage position and the leakage concentration; the leakage information processing module is used for grading the leakage danger degree according to the hydrogen leakage position and the leakage concentration; and the alarm module is used for carrying out grading alarm according to the grading result of the leakage danger degree. The system can send out alarm to the driver in a grading way according to the hydrogen leakage information, can send out grading alarm information with acousto-optic characteristics aiming at alarm processing of different degrees, can prevent major accidents from happening, and effectively reduces the loss caused by the accidents.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hydrogen energy vehicles, in particular to a hydrogen leakage safety grading alarm system for a hydrogen energy vehicle.
Background
With the carbon peak and the carbon neutralization goal, the technology of clean energy is continuously advancing, and in the field of transportation, hydrogen energy is sought as a solution of clean energy. The hydrogen energy automobile is a new energy automobile which has no pollution, high efficiency, quick energy supplement and long endurance, and has strong competitiveness in the field of commercial trucks.
The hydrogen is a colorless and tasteless gas, is easy to leak and volatilize, is inflammable and explosive, and has high flame propagation speed and wide explosion limit; in addition, the leaked hydrogen causes hydrogen embrittlement damage to metal components, and the safety of the structural component is reduced. Therefore, hydrogen leakage safety and its graded alarm handling are issues that need to be addressed urgently.
The safety of the classified treatment of the hydrogen leakage, the maximum reduction of the treatment cost of the hydrogen leakage and the reduction of the risk of the hydrogen leakage accidents are the problems which are commonly concerned by the technicians in the field.
At present, in the prior art relating to hydrogen leakage safety, the hydrogen leakage detection device and method, the hydrogen leakage monitoring system and the alarm system after hydrogen leakage are mainly focused, and a grading processing system after hydrogen leakage is not involved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a hydrogen leakage safety grading alarm system for a hydrogen energy automobile, which aims to solve the technical problem that the existing technology for hydrogen leakage safety does not relate to grading treatment after hydrogen leakage.

the hydrogen storage module, the hydrogen supply module and the hydrogen utilization module are sequentially connected in series through the hydrogen supply pipeline; the hydrogen storage module is used for storing hydrogen, the hydrogen supply module is used for conveying the hydrogen stored in the hydrogen storage module to the hydrogen utilization module, and the hydrogen utilization module is used for converting the hydrogen into energy in a preset form;
the hydrogen leakage detection module is used for detecting whether hydrogen leakage occurs at the hydrogen storage module, the hydrogen supply pipeline and the hydrogen utilization module and detecting the leakage position and the leakage concentration when the hydrogen leakage occurs;
the leakage information processing module is used for grading the current hydrogen leakage danger degree according to the leakage position and the leakage concentration of the hydrogen leakage detected by the hydrogen leakage detection module;
and the alarm module is used for carrying out grading alarm according to the grading result of the leakage information processing module.
Further, the leakage information processing module is specifically configured to divide the hydrogen leakage risk degree into three levels according to the leakage position and the leakage concentration when the hydrogen leakage occurs, which are detected by the hydrogen leakage detection module.
Further, when the leakage information processing module divides the current hydrogen leakage risk degree into first-level, the hydrogen storage module closes the hydrogen valve, so that the hydrogen energy source automobile cannot be started, and meanwhile, the alarm module sends out alarm information with acousto-optic characteristics to prompt passengers on the hydrogen energy source automobile to leave the automobile.
Further, when the leakage information processing module divides the current hydrogen leakage risk degree into two levels, the hydrogen storage module closes a hydrogen valve, so that the hydrogen energy automobile cannot be started, and meanwhile, the alarm module prompts a driver at an instrument of the automobile with the optical characteristic of red alarm, and the leakage processing is carried out by maintenance personnel.
Further, when the leakage information processing module divides the current hydrogen leakage risk degree into three levels, the alarm module prompts a driver at a vehicle instrument with an optical characteristic of yellow alarm, and the driver drives to a maintenance point by himself to deal with the leakage problem.
Furthermore, the leakage information processing module is pre-equipped with a big data analysis base, and the leakage information processing module realizes grading of the current hydrogen leakage risk degree based on big data analysis.
The technical scheme provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that at least:
the hydrogen leakage safety grading alarm system for the hydrogen energy automobile detects the hydrogen leakage position and the leakage concentration through the hydrogen leakage detection module; grading the current hydrogen leakage danger degree according to the hydrogen leakage position and the leakage concentration through a leakage information processing module; and the alarm module carries out graded alarm on grading results of the leakage danger degree according to the leakage information processing module. Therefore, safety faults caused by hydrogen leakage can be processed in a grading mode, the danger of major accidents is reduced, and the processing cost of accidents is effectively reduced.

In view of the safety of hydrogen leakage of a hydrogen-powered vehicle, the present embodiment provides a hydrogen leakage safety classification alarm system for a hydrogen-powered vehicle, which can perform classification alarm processing for the safety of hydrogen leakage of a hydrogen-powered vehicle, as shown in fig. 1, and includes: the system comprises a hydrogen storage module, a hydrogen supply pipeline, a hydrogen utilization module, a hydrogen leakage detection module, a leakage information processing module and an alarm module;
the hydrogen storage module, the hydrogen supply module and the hydrogen utilization module are sequentially connected in series through the hydrogen supply pipeline; the hydrogen storage module is used for storing hydrogen and can be a high-pressure hydrogen storage bottle or a high-pressure hydrogen storage tank; the hydrogen supply module is used for continuously, continuously and stably conveying the hydrogen stored in the hydrogen storage module to the hydrogen utilization module, and the hydrogen utilization module is used for converting the hydrogen into energy in a preset form and can be a proton exchange membrane fuel cell stack, or an internal combustion engine taking the hydrogen as fuel, or a dual-fuel internal combustion engine taking the hydrogen as pilot fuel.
Of course, it is understood that the hydrogen storage module, the hydrogen supply pipeline, and the hydrogen utilization module shown in fig. 1 are all exemplified, and the types, the numbers, and the like of the hydrogen storage module, the hydrogen supply pipeline, and the hydrogen utilization module can be adjusted according to actual requirements, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
The hydrogen leakage detection module is used for detecting whether hydrogen leakage occurs at the hydrogen storage module, the hydrogen supply pipeline and the hydrogen utilization module and information such as leakage position and leakage concentration when the hydrogen leakage occurs;
the leakage information processing module is used for grading the current hydrogen leakage danger degree according to the leakage position and the leakage concentration of the hydrogen leakage detected by the hydrogen leakage detection module;
and the alarm module is used for carrying out grading alarm according to the grading result of the leakage information processing module.
Further, the leakage information processing module is specifically configured to divide the hydrogen leakage risk level into three levels according to the leakage position and the leakage concentration when the hydrogen leakage occurs, which are detected by the hydrogen leakage detection module. Wherein, the first-level alarm is the most serious level alarm, the second-level alarm is the serious level alarm, and the third-level alarm is the general level alarm.
Further, when the leakage information processing module divides the current hydrogen leakage risk degree into first-level, the hydrogen storage module closes the hydrogen valve, so that the hydrogen energy source automobile cannot be started, and meanwhile, the alarm module sends out alarm information with acousto-optic characteristics to prompt passengers on the hydrogen energy source automobile to leave the automobile.
When the leakage information processing module divides the current hydrogen leakage danger degree into two grades, the hydrogen storage module closes a hydrogen valve, so that the hydrogen energy automobile cannot be started, and meanwhile, the alarm module prompts a driver at a vehicle instrument with the optical characteristic of red alarm, and leakage processing is carried out by professional maintenance personnel.
When leakage information processing module reveals the current hydrogen dangerous degree and divides into three grades, the hydrogen energy automobile can normally start, the warning module is with the optical characteristic suggestion driver of yellow warning at vehicle instrument department, need to drive by oneself and go to professional maintenance point and handle the leakage problem.
Furthermore, the leakage information processing module is pre-equipped with a big data analysis base, and the leakage information processing module realizes grading of the current hydrogen leakage risk degree based on big data analysis.
In conclusion, the hydrogen leakage safety grading alarm system of the embodiment detects the hydrogen leakage position and the leakage concentration through the hydrogen leakage detection module; grading the current hydrogen leakage danger degree according to the hydrogen leakage position and the leakage concentration through a leakage information processing module; and the alarm module carries out graded alarm on grading results of the leakage danger degree according to the leakage information processing module. Therefore, safety faults caused by hydrogen leakage can be processed in a grading mode, the danger of major accidents is reduced, and the processing cost of accidents is effectively reduced.

A hydrogen gas leakage safety classification alarm system for a hydrogen energy automobile, characterized by comprising: the system comprises a hydrogen storage module, a hydrogen supply pipeline, a hydrogen utilization module, a hydrogen leakage detection module, a leakage information processing module and an alarm module;
the hydrogen storage module, the hydrogen supply module and the hydrogen utilization module are sequentially connected in series through the hydrogen supply pipeline; the hydrogen storage module is used for storing hydrogen, the hydrogen supply module is used for conveying the hydrogen stored in the hydrogen storage module to the hydrogen utilization module, and the hydrogen utilization module is used for converting the hydrogen into energy in a preset form;
the hydrogen leakage detection module is used for detecting whether hydrogen leakage occurs at the hydrogen storage module, the hydrogen supply pipeline and the hydrogen utilization module and detecting the leakage position and the leakage concentration when the hydrogen leakage occurs;
the leakage information processing module is used for grading the current hydrogen leakage danger degree according to the leakage position and the leakage concentration of the hydrogen leakage detected by the hydrogen leakage detection module;
and the alarm module is used for carrying out grading alarm according to the grading result of the leakage information processing module.

The hydrogen leakage safety classification alarm system for the hydrogen energy vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the leakage information processing module is specifically configured to classify the hydrogen leakage risk degree into three stages according to the leakage position and the leakage concentration when the hydrogen leakage occurs, which are detected by the hydrogen leakage detection module.

The hydrogen leakage safety classification warning system for a hydrogen energy automobile according to claim 2, wherein when the leakage information processing module classifies the current hydrogen leakage risk level as one level, the hydrogen storage module closes a hydrogen valve so that the hydrogen energy automobile cannot be started, and at the same time, the warning module gives out warning information with acousto-optic characteristics to prompt passengers on the hydrogen energy automobile to leave the automobile.

The hydrogen leakage safety classification warning system for a hydrogen energy automobile according to claim 2, wherein when the leakage information processing module classifies the current hydrogen leakage risk level into two stages, the hydrogen storage module closes a hydrogen valve so that the hydrogen energy automobile cannot be started, and at the same time, the warning module prompts a driver at a vehicle instrument with an optical characteristic of a red warning for leakage treatment by a serviceman.

The hydrogen leakage safety classification warning system for hydrogen energy vehicles according to claim 2, wherein when the leakage information processing module classifies the current hydrogen leakage risk level into three stages, the warning module prompts the driver with an optical feature of yellow warning at the vehicle meter, and the driver drives himself to the maintenance point to deal with the leakage problem.
