Abstract
The invention provides an automatic device for preparing drilling fluid, which belongs to the field of drilling fluid preparation equipment and comprises a conical cylinder, a touch screen, a transfer memory, a bottom plate, a mounting bracket, a micro motor, a supporting block, a weighing module, a supporting plate, an electric push rod, a fixing bracket, a cushion block, a stirring cup, a stirring shaft, a high-speed motor, a diaphragm pump, a special-shaped bracket and a micro vacuum pump. Whole device mainly carries out each component motion among the controlling means through the control unit to realize automatic powder and the liquid medicament of adding, agitating unit stirs when adding the medicament, treats drilling fluid stirring back, whole device bring to rest. Through the device, automatic metering and addition of the components of the drilling fluid are realized, and stirring is carried out. The device can effectively help to reduce the labor cost and reduce the pollution and waste of the medicament.

Background

However, this manual formulation method has several disadvantages: 1) due to the difference of workers and the dependence on operation experience, the quality of the prepared drilling fluid formula is unstable; 2) the process time of manually preparing the drilling fluid is long, a large amount of time is wasted for workers, meanwhile, special people are required to be equipped for charge, and the labor cost is relatively high.
The invention provides an automatic device for preparing drilling fluid, which aims to solve the problems in the preparation of the drilling fluid at present, realize the automatic and unmanned preparation of the drilling fluid, improve the stability of the quality of the drilling fluid, and reduce the number of workers and improve the efficiency.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) compared with the traditional manual preparation of the drilling fluid, the device realizes automatic weighing of the medicament and automatic addition of the medicament to the stirring cup, has higher dosing precision, avoids interference of human factors, and is superior to manual preparation in quality stability.
2) The drilling fluid medicament is automatically and accurately metered and added, special experimenters are not required to be equipped for weighing and adding the medicament, the labor cost is saved, and the economic benefit is remarkable.
3) Through configuration self-cleaning function, the vexation of having removed artifical washing mixer from, regularly cleaning function also makes the drilling fluid of preparing more accurate each time, avoids gluing on (mixing) shaft and the stirring cup inner wall and sign a letter and have the preparation of remaining drilling fluid influence drilling fluid next time.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:
as shown in fig. 1, the device mainly comprises a conical cylinder 1, a touch screen 3, a transfer memory 6, a bottom plate 9, a mounting bracket 10, a micro motor 11, a supporting block 12, a weighing module 13, a supporting plate 15, an electric push rod 18, a fixing bracket 19, a cushion block 23, a stirring cup 25, a stirring shaft 27, a coupling 28, a base 29 and a high-speed motor 30;
as shown in fig. 2, a storage barrel 35 for storing water is fixed on a baffle 37 through a buckle structure, the storage barrel 35 for storing water is sequentially connected with a diaphragm pump 32 and a spray head 26 in series by virtue of a hose 7, the spray head 26 is positioned above a stirring cup 25 to form a supply system for drilling fluid water and cleaning water, a peristaltic pump 33 is fixed on a special-shaped bracket 34 by virtue of bolts, and a small storage barrel 36 for storing bentonite slurry is sequentially connected with the peristaltic pump 33 and the stirring cup 25 by virtue of the hose 7 to form an adding system for bentonite slurry;
as shown in fig. 3, a cover plate 39 is disposed above the storage tank and on the upper surface of the top plate 31, through which foreign substances can be prevented from falling into the storage tank 42 in which the powdered medicine is stored, a handle 40 is connected to the cover plate 39 by a bolt to facilitate movement of the cover plate 39, the storage tank 42 in which a minute amount of powdered medicine is stored is mounted under the top plate 31 by a snap fit, and a linear vibration motor 41 is clamped to the outer surface of the storage tank 42 by a rubber clamp 43;
as shown in fig. 1-3, the powder agent and the liquid agent can be automatically added and stirred by the control unit 20 by simply placing the agent of the drilling fluid into the powder storage tank 42, the liquid agent storage 14, the storage barrel 35 and the small storage barrel 36 of the device of the present invention and clicking the start button on the touch screen 3. The pumped diaphragm pump 32 starts to pump water into the stirring cup 25, after the water pumping is finished, the linear vibration motor 41 stored with the powder medicament starts to act, so that the powder slowly passes through a small round hole at the bottom of the storage tank 42 at a constant speed and then falls into the lower transfer memory 6 after passing through the conical cylinder 1 at the lower part, meanwhile, the weighing module 13 starts to weigh, when the value obtained by the weighing module 13 is equal to the value set on the touch screen 3, the control unit 20 immediately sends an instruction to the linear vibration motor 41, and the linear vibration motor 41 stops working. The control unit 20 sends a command to start the electric push rod 18, so as to drive the bracket 17, the motor 16 and the rotating bracket 8 fixed on the motor 16 to integrally ascend, and after moving upwards, the relay storage 6 is contacted with the rotating bracket 8, and the bottom plate 9 below the relay storage 6 is separated from the supporting block 12. After the motor 16 rotates to drive the rotating bracket 8 to rotate 180 degrees, the micro motor 11 acts to drive the bottom plate 9 to start rotating, and the medicament in the transfer storage 6 falls into the stirring cup 25 due to gravity. After the addition of the powdered medicament is completed, the control unit 20 issues an instruction to start the peristaltic pump 33 and pump the bentonite slurry through the hose 7 into the mixing cup 25. The high-speed motor 30 drives the stirring shaft 27 to stir through the coupler 28, and the whole device stops running after the stirring time is up.

An automatic device for preparing drilling fluid mainly comprises a conical cylinder (1), a touch screen (3), a transfer memory (6), a rotating support (8), a bottom plate (9), a mounting support (10), a micro motor (11), a supporting block (12), a weighing module (13), a supporting plate (15), an electric push rod (18), a fixed support (19), a control unit (20), a cushion block (23), a heater (24), a stirring cup (25), a stirring shaft (27), a coupler (28), a high-speed motor (30), a diaphragm pump (32), a special-shaped support (34) and a micro vacuum pump (38);
the method is characterized in that: the powder adding structure comprises a conical column body (1), a transfer memory (6), a bottom plate (9), a mounting bracket (10), a micro motor (11), a supporting block (12) and a weighing module (13), wherein the touch screen (3) is glued on a shell (4), and the shell (4) is fixedly mounted with a right side plate (5) through bolts;
a storage tank (42) for storing the micro-powder medicament is arranged below the top plate (31) through a buckle, and a linear vibration motor (41) is hooped on the outer surface of the storage tank (42) through a rubber hoop (43);
