The temporary plugging agent produced by the equipment has high purity, no impurity and high temporary plugging efficiency.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of drilling operation, and particularly relates to a concentration and purification device for producing a temporary plugging agent.
Background
Temporary plugging agents are substances that temporarily reduce the permeability of the formation or temporarily plug a highly permeable oil reservoir. The temporary plugging agents commonly used at present comprise oil-soluble temporary plugging agents, acid-soluble temporary plugging agents, water-soluble temporary plugging agents and the like. Along with the development of oil fields, the pressure of an oil layer is gradually reduced, the water content of an oil well is gradually increased, and crude oil produced by an oil well reservoir dissolves oil-soluble temporary plugging materials, so that the blockage removal is very difficult, and therefore the oil-soluble temporary plugging materials are not suitable for the operation process of a high-water-content oil well. When the acid-soluble temporary plugging agent is used for plugging removal, an acid solution needs to be injected, so that the formation is easily corroded. Compared with oil-soluble temporary plugging agents and acid-soluble temporary plugging agents, the water-soluble temporary plugging agent is more suitable for development of oil fields in a high water-containing period.
In the prior art, the purity of a temporary plugging agent finished product used in an oil field cannot be expected, and the temporary plugging agent contains impurities, so that the use effect of the oil field in the later period is influenced to a certain extent. The main reason is that in the process of producing the temporary plugging agent, effective impurity removal can not be performed on the product, and no suitable industrial equipment is used for purification, so that a concentration and purification equipment for producing the temporary plugging agent is urgently needed to overcome the technical problems in the prior art.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of improving the purity and the production efficiency of the temporary plugging agent, and adopts the following technical scheme:
a concentration and purification device for producing temporary plugging agent comprises an impurity removal tank, an evaporation tank, a condenser, a solvent tank and a temporary plugging agent slurry tank, wherein an air jet part is arranged on the upper part of the impurity removal tank, a rotating motor is arranged at the top end of the impurity removal tank, a rotating shaft is fixed on the rotating motor, a primary filter sieve and a secondary filter cloth are fixed on the rotating shaft, the impurity removal tank is connected with the evaporation tank through a liquid outlet pipe I, the evaporation tank is of an interlayer structure, radiating holes are formed in the inner wall of the interlayer structure, a heating element is arranged in the interlayer structure, a stirring motor is arranged at the lower part of the evaporation tank, a stirring shaft is arranged on the stirring motor, a stirring arc rod and a stirring cylinder are arranged on the stirring shaft, the stirring cylinder comprises a stirring inner cylinder and a stirring outer cylinder, and a cylinder plate is arranged between the stirring inner cylinder and the stirring outer cylinder, the stirring cylinder is fixed on the stirring shaft through a rod shaft, the upper part of the evaporation tank is provided with a gas outlet, the lower part of the evaporation tank is provided with a slurry outlet, the slurry outlet is connected with the temporary plugging agent slurry tank through a liquid outlet pipe II, the gas outlet is connected with a condenser through a gas conveying pipe, the condenser comprises a condensation inner pipe and a condensation outer pipe, the condensation inner pipe is provided with a hollow outer wall, the hollow outer wall is provided with a cold air inlet and a cold air outlet, and the lower outlet of the condenser is connected with a solvent tank.

(4) The cooperation setting of edulcoration jar, evaporating pot, condenser, solvent jar and temporary plugging agent thick liquid jar can provide suitable industrial equipment and be used for the purification, can guarantee the purity of temporary plugging agent and the efficiency of production.

liquid to be purified enters the impurity removing tank 1 through a liquid inlet of the impurity removing tank 1, a rotating motor 1-2 is started, meanwhile, an air spraying part 1-1 works, after passing through a primary filter screen 1-4 and a secondary filter cloth 1-5, the solution without solid impurities enters an evaporation tank 2 through a liquid outlet pipe I6, a heating element in a sandwich structure of the evaporation tank 2 works, heat is dissipated to the inside of the evaporation tank 2 through the action of a heat dissipation hole, a solvent in the solution is changed into gas, the evaporation efficiency of the solvent is greatly improved under the combined action of a stirring arc rod 2-3 and a stirring cylinder, the solvent gas enters a condenser 3 through a gas conveying pipe 8, cold gas is introduced into a condensation inner pipe 3-1 through a cold gas inlet 3-3, the condensation efficiency can be adjusted by adjusting the temperature and the gas inlet circulation speed of the cold gas, and the gas is condensed into liquid between the condensation inner pipe 3-1 and a condensation outer pipe, the condensed solvent falls into the solvent tank 4 through the condenser 3, when no solvent liquid flows down in the condenser 3, namely after the solvent in the evaporation tank 2 is completely evaporated, the liquid outlet valve of the evaporation tank 2 is opened, the purified slurry enters the temporary plugging agent slurry tank 5 through the liquid outlet pipe II, and the purified slurry is the purified temporary plugging agent slurry without impurities, which is obtained in the temporary plugging agent slurry tank.
