The user resource interface includes: the virtual article comprises an attribute value of a first virtual resource, an attribute value of a second virtual resource, a redemption portal of the second virtual resource, and a virtual article list for displaying parameters of one or more virtual articles. In one embodiment, the user resource interface further includes a screening window for screening transfer records of virtual items corresponding to the identity of the target user for a specified period of time (i.e., records of virtual items gifted by the target user for a specified period of time).
Fig. 4 is an interface diagram of a user resource interface provided in an embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 4, the user resource interface includes an attribute value 401 of a first virtual resource, an attribute value 402 of a second virtual resource, a redemption entry 403 of the second virtual resource, a virtual article list 404, a sort button 405, and a filtering window 406. The redemption portal 403 of the second virtual resource is used to trigger a redemption operation, and when the redemption portal 403 of the second virtual resource is selected, the step S302 is continued. The virtual item list 404 is used for displaying records of virtual items that are given by the target user, and the virtual item list 404 shows the giving time of the virtual items, the delivery increaser of the virtual items, the types of the virtual items (such as cash purchase, subscription, opening month card, etc.), the identifications of the virtual items, the values corresponding to the virtual items, and the virtual resources corresponding to the virtual items after settlement. In another embodiment, the user resource interface further comprises: a list of game accounts including at least one game account associated with the identification of the target user, and a first sub-resource and a second sub-resource for each of the at least one game account associated with the identification of the target user; the attribute value of the first virtual resource is obtained by counting first sub-resources of each game account associated with the identification of the target user; the attribute value of the second virtual resource is obtained by counting the second sub-resources of each game account associated with the identification of the target user; for example, assuming that the identity of the target user is associated with game account 1 and game account 2, the first sub-resource of game account 1 is 3000 and the second sub-resource is 500; the first sub-resource of the game account number 2 is 1000, and the second sub-resource is 100; the statistics result in the attribute value of 4000 for the first virtual resource and 600 for the second virtual resource.
S303: a virtual resource conversion request is generated in response to a detected redemption operation on the user resource interface. In one embodiment, the exchange operation means that an exchange entry of a second virtual resource on the user resource interface is triggered, the multimedia playing platform obtains a currently logged-in target user identifier and an exchange parameter (such as an exchange value set by the target user or an attribute value of the second resource currently set by the target user) of the second virtual resource corresponding to the target user identifier, and generates a virtual resource conversion request according to the attribute value of the second virtual resource corresponding to the target user identifier.
S304: and displaying a redemption status interface when the redemption status viewing operation on the user resource interface is detected. In one embodiment, the user resource interface further includes a redemption status view portal thereon for triggering a redemption status view operation. When the multimedia playing platform is in the detected exchange state checking operation on the user resource interface (such as that an exchange state checking inlet on the user resource interface is selected, a target user logs in through an account number and the like), a resource transferring interface is displayed, and the resource transferring interface comprises exchange state information which is used for indicating the state of triggered exchange processing (such as success or failure, progress of the exchange processing and the like). In this embodiment of the present application, the multimedia playing platform displays a user resource interface in response to the detected resource viewing operation, where the user resource interface includes: and generating a virtual resource conversion request in response to the detected conversion operation on the user resource interface, wherein the virtual resource conversion request is used for requesting the entity resource management platform to execute conversion processing according to the conversion parameters of the second virtual resource. The attribute value of the first virtual resource is updated in real time according to the settlement result, so that the interactivity between the target user and the viewer can be improved; the attribute value of the second virtual resource can intuitively display the quantity of the virtual resources exchangeable by the target user, so that the virtual resources can be exchanged more conveniently.
Referring to fig. 5a, fig. 5a is a flowchart of a data processing method for a multimedia playing platform according to an embodiment of the present application. The method may be performed by the server 103 shown in fig. 1, and the method of the embodiment of the present application may include the following steps.
S501: and acquiring transfer information of the target virtual object sent by the multimedia playing platform.
The multimedia playing platform refers to a platform such as a live broadcast website, live broadcast software and the like which can be used for online real-time interaction of a plurality of users. The transfer information is generated by the multimedia playing platform according to the transfer operation of the target virtual article; for example, when the viewer a gives the virtual article C to the anchor B on the multimedia playing platform while watching live broadcast (i.e., the viewer a triggers a transfer operation of the target virtual article), the multimedia playing platform generates corresponding transfer information 1 according to the transfer operation. In one embodiment, the transfer information of the target virtual article includes: parameters of the target virtual item (e.g., number of target virtual items, type/identity of target virtual item, etc.) and target user identity. In one embodiment, the types of the target virtual items may include: subscription gifts, paid gifts, free gifts, identity-specific gifts, etc. The identity of the target user is used for indicating the identity of the donor of the target virtual article; for example, the identification of the target user may specifically refer to an account number, a room number, etc. of the anchor.
In one embodiment, the multimedia playing platform displays a virtual article list, and a viewer can select different types of virtual articles in the process of presenting the virtual articles (namely, executing the transfer operation of the virtual articles), wherein each type of virtual article corresponds to one game ID; for example, the viewer gives the virtual article 1 of the first type minus the virtual coin (attribute value of the virtual resource) in the account corresponding to the game ID1 (i.e., the account of the game 1); the viewer gives the virtual item 2 of the second type deducts the virtual coin (attribute value of the virtual resource) in the account corresponding to the game ID2 (i.e., the account of the game 2).
In another embodiment, the multimedia playing platform displays a virtual item list, and the viewer can select an ID for payment in the course of giving the virtual item (i.e., performing a transfer operation of the virtual item); that is, if the viewer's identity is associated with multiple IDs, the viewer may choose to deduct the virtual coin in ID1 (e.g., the account viewing the live broadcast) or deduct the virtual coin in ID2 (e.g., the account for logging into game 1) during the gift presentation to the target user (the host). Correspondingly, the multimedia playing platform generates settlement information according to virtual article transfer operation of a viewer, wherein the settlement information comprises an ID (identity) required to update (deduct) virtual resources and the transfer quantity of the virtual articles; the server updates (deducts) the virtual resource of the ID carried in the settlement information according to the settlement information and the settlement rules corresponding to the virtual article.
S502: transfer information of the target virtual article is added to the message queue. In one embodiment, after obtaining the transfer information of the target virtual object sent by the multimedia playing platform, the server adds the transfer information of the target virtual object to the message queue. The server is improved in the case of abnormality (such as transfer information loss, settlement failure, etc.) caused by the fact that the transfer information acquired in the same period exceeds a processing threshold.
If the server successfully adds the transfer information of the target virtual article to the message queue (for example, the message queue returns the addition result information to the server, wherein the addition result information indicates that the transfer information of the target virtual article is successfully added), then step S505 is continuously executed; if the server does not successfully add the transfer information of the target virtual article to the message queue (e.g., the message queue returns the addition result information to the server, where the addition result information indicates that the transfer information of the target virtual article fails to be added), step S503 is continued.
S503: a failure log is generated. The failure log records transfer information of the target virtual article. Optionally, the failure log also records the reason for the failure of adding the transfer information (such as that the message queue is full), the time of adding the failure, and the like.
S504: when the re-pushing event is triggered, the transfer information of the target virtual article is pushed to the message queue according to the failed log. The triggering conditions for the re-push event include one or more of the following: the current time reaches the re-push time, the number of failure logs exceeds a threshold, the time interval between the current time and the failure log generation time is greater than an interval threshold, etc.
In one embodiment, the server extracts transfer information of the target virtual article from the failure log and pushes the transfer information of the target virtual article to the message queue; if the pushing fails, repeating the step S503 and the step S504 until the number of repeated pushing is greater than the retry threshold, and at this time, reporting the transfer information of the target virtual article to an abnormal information processing system (such as a manual auditing department); if the pushing is successful, the step S505 is continued.
S505: and obtaining the transfer information of the target virtual article from the message queue.
S506: and generating target retry record data according to the transfer information and adding the target retry record data to a retry queue.
S507: and carrying out settlement processing according to the transfer information.
S508: and if the settlement processing is successful, updating the attribute value of the first virtual resource corresponding to the target virtual object according to the settlement result, and deleting the target retry record data from the retry queue. The specific embodiments of step S505 to step S508 refer to the embodiments of step S201 to step S204 in fig. 2, and are not described herein.
Fig. 6a is a flowchart of virtual article settlement according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6a, when a virtual item transfer operation of a gift (e.g., a user watching live broadcast) is detected, the multimedia playing platform generates virtual item transfer information according to the virtual item transfer operation and transmits the virtual item transfer information to the server. After the server obtains the virtual article transfer information, deducting a virtual coin (which is recharged by the gift or is obtained through the activity of the multimedia playing platform) equivalent to the gift virtual article in the account of the gift according to the virtual article transfer information, and sending transfer data (such as the transfer data comprises the virtual article transfer information and the identification of the server) corresponding to the virtual article transfer information to a third party system, so that the third party system calculates the settlement result of the virtual article according to the transfer data. In addition, the server adds the transfer information of the virtual article to the message queue, if the addition fails, a failure log is generated, and when a re-pushing event is triggered, the transfer information of the virtual article is pushed (added) to the message queue again according to the failure log. In order to ensure that the transfer information of the virtual article is successfully put into the message queue, the server uses a limited number of retries and failure record logs, periodically scans the transfer information of the virtual article which fails to be pushed to generate a failure log, and triggers retrying pushing processing when the conditions are met. After the transfer information of the virtual article is added to the message queue, in order to avoid the problem that the event is lost or the processing fails due to unexpected exit of the program in the processing process after the transfer information of the virtual article is taken out from the message queue, the server acquires the transfer information of the virtual article from the message queue and then adds retry record data corresponding to the transfer information of the virtual article to the retry queue; then settling the transfer information of the virtual article according to the virtual article conversion rule; when the viewer gives the virtual article, a settlement rule (settlement value, proportion, etc.) of the gift is specified (according to configuration), and the settlement rule is recorded as a parameter in transfer information of the virtual article (that is, in an order submitted to a third party system and deducted from a virtual coin, and also in a gift viewing event message). If settlement is successful, deleting retry record data corresponding to the transfer information of the virtual article from the retry queue, updating conversion flow record data (conversion flow record for recording a first virtual resource corresponding to the virtual article) according to the settlement result, flowing the virtual article (transfer record for recording the virtual article), and increasing the attribute value of the first virtual resource of the target user (the donor); and if the settlement fails, triggering to perform retry processing. The retry process includes: the server obtains the transfer information of the virtual article according to the retry record data recorded in the retry queue, and adds the obtained transfer information of the virtual article into the message queue (namely, if the event processing fails, the transfer information of the virtual article is added into the retry queue (the next retry time is set), and the transfer information of the virtual article is put into the message queue again for processing after expiration by the retry program; for example, after the transfer information of the virtual article is taken out from the message queue, the retry queue is added first (30 seconds after the next retry is set), if the processing is successful, the virtual article is deleted from the retry queue, and if the processing is failed, the next retry time is modified. It can be seen that the settlement process for the virtual article is repeated a plurality of times in order to ensure that the settlement is successful.
S509: and generating a gift-obtaining record of the target virtual article according to the transfer information of the target virtual article. The gift-obtaining record of the target virtual item includes parameters of the target virtual item and a target user identification. In one embodiment, the parameters of the target virtual item in the gift-obtaining record are used for displaying on the terminal device that has logged in the target user identification; for example, when the viewer a gives the virtual article 1 to the anchor B, the server generates a gifted record of the virtual article 1 from the transfer information of the virtual article 1; and sending the gifted record to the terminal equipment which logs in the account of the anchor B, so that the terminal equipment which logs in the account of the anchor B displays the parameters of the virtual article 1 in the gifted record.
In another embodiment, the parameters of the target virtual item in the gifted record are used for display on the terminal device of the viewer currently interacting with the target user (e.g., the viewer currently viewing the live broadcast of the target user) in addition to the terminal device on which the target user identification is logged in. It will be appreciated that viewers currently watching the target user live include viewers gifting the target virtual item. Fig. 6b is an interface diagram showing a gifted record according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6b, a virtual item selection window 601 is displayed in a terminal device of a viewer, and the viewer can select a virtual item desired to be presented to a target user in the virtual item selection window 601; after any viewer interacting with the target user presents the virtual item to the target user, the viewer currently participating in the interaction and the target user's terminal device will display a virtual item presentation notification 602. The virtual article giving notification carries parameters of the virtual articles in the giving record (such as the number of the virtual articles, a first virtual resource or a second virtual resource corresponding to the virtual articles, an identifier of a virtual article donor, etc.).
In yet another embodiment, the parameters of the target virtual article include: the type of the gift object and the gift attribute value, the type of the gift object is selected on the gift interface by the user corresponding to the gift user identifier, and the type of the gift object comprises: the game resource type and the platform resource type, and the presentation attribute value corresponding to the game resource type comprises: the number of gifts of the game resources corresponding to the game resource types, and the gifting attribute values corresponding to the platform resource types comprise: the number of gifts of the platform resources corresponding to the platform resource type. Specifically, the game resource type is a virtual resource (such as a game coin, a game prop, etc.) in a game associated with an account number of a viewer; the platform resource type is a virtual resource in the multimedia playing platform (such as a virtual object (such as a free gift, a gift obtained by participating in an activity of the multimedia playing platform) issued by the multimedia playing platform), and a virtual object obtained by exchange (such as a gift obtained by exchanging an entity resource (recharging) or a virtual resource (platform virtual coin)).
Optionally, when the viewer is detected to trigger the record inquiry operation, a virtual article transfer flow record interface is displayed. Fig. 6c is an interface diagram of a virtual article transfer flow record according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6c, the interface for the virtual item transfer flow record includes a screening window 603 and a virtual item list 604. The donor can screen for a specified period of time in the screening window 603 in order to quickly find out the transfer records of the virtual items that need to be viewed. The virtual item list 604 is used for displaying records of virtual items sent by the donor, and as shown in the virtual item list 604, the presentation time of the virtual items, the identification of the virtual items presented, the acquirer of the virtual items, the virtual resources corresponding to deduction of the virtual items and the virtual resource transfer mode (such as bank card settlement, balance settlement and the like) are displayed in the virtual item list.
S510: and updating the attribute value of the second virtual resource. The updating of the attribute value of the second virtual resource may include one or more of: (1) Checking and passing the statistical settlement data in the target time period; (2) The server acquires a virtual resource conversion request of a target user; (3) virtual resource conversion failure. Fig. 5b is a flowchart of updating a second virtual resource according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5 b:
in one embodiment, the attribute value of the second virtual resource is updated after the server verifies the statistical settlement data within the target time period. To ensure that the risk of the transaction is controllable, the attribute value of the second virtual resource of the target user is settled according to a settlement period (such as one day, one week, one month, etc.), and settlement needs to be performed in conformity with the reconciliation of the third party system (updating the attribute value of the second virtual resource of the user). The specific implementation steps comprise: s5101: statistical reference data is obtained from a third party system. The statistical reference data is obtained by counting the conversion results of the virtual articles in the target time period (such as one day, one week and the like) by a third party system (such as a midas system); for example, assuming that the target period is 1 day, the target user 1 receives one of the virtual article a and the virtual article B in the target period; the statistical reference data 1 obtained by the third party system is obtained according to the conversion result of the virtual article a and the virtual article B. In one embodiment, the transfer information of the virtual items per cycle of the third party system calculates an attribute value (i.e., split revenue) for the second virtual resource for each user and outputs a revenue summary statement for each anchor. When the server settles, the local settlement result needs to be consistent with the settlement result of the third party, and the attribute value of the second virtual resource of the user can be updated. Optionally, if the comparison check result is that the check is not passed, reporting to an abnormal information processing system (such as a manual auditing department).
In another embodiment, the attribute value of the second virtual resource is updated after the server obtains the virtual resource conversion request of the target user. The specific implementation steps comprise: s5105: and obtaining a virtual resource conversion request of the target user. The virtual resource conversion request is generated by the multimedia platform according to the exchange operation of the target user (such as user input exchange parameters and triggering a resource exchange inlet), and the virtual resource conversion request comprises: the redemption parameters (e.g., redemption values) for the target user's second virtual resource and the target user's identification. For example, after the settlement is completed, the live broadcast platform sends a transfer request to the bank so that the bank settles cash for the target user according to the transfer amount carried in the transfer request.
In yet another embodiment, the server updates the attribute value of the second virtual resource after confirming the virtual resource conversion failure. The specific implementation steps comprise: s5107: and obtaining conversion result information corresponding to the virtual resource conversion request of the target user. The conversion result information comprises a result after settlement processing is carried out by the entity resource management platform according to the virtual resource conversion request. S5108: if the conversion result information indicates that the virtual resource conversion fails, recovering the attribute value of the second virtual resource of the target user according to the refund parameter of the second virtual resource carried by the conversion result information; the refund parameter is calculated by the entity resource management platform according to the entity resource settlement data carried in the conversion failure order, or calculated by the server according to the resource settlement data carried in the failure order; the conversion failure order is generated after the entity resource management platform makes callback (deletion) to the entity resource flow. For example, assuming that the attribute value of the second virtual resource redeemed by the target user is 100 and the attribute values of the remaining second virtual resources are 400, the server restores the attribute value of the second virtual resource of the target user to 500 after the conversion result information indicates that the virtual resource conversion fails.
Fig. 6d is a settlement flow chart provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6d, the server acquires statistical reference data obtained by the third party system according to the running water (one or more pieces of transfer information) settlement of the virtual articles in the target time period; comparing and checking the statistical reference data with statistical settlement data obtained by the server according to the stream settlement of the virtual articles in the target time period to obtain a check result; optionally, a verification mail carrying the verification result is generated, and the mail is sent to a verification staff. Fig. 6e is a flowchart of data processing for a multimedia playing platform according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6e, the gift (e.g., a user watching live broadcast) first obtains the virtual coin (e.g., obtains the virtual coin by recharging), then after detecting the virtual item transfer request of the gift (e.g., watching live broadcast gift on the multimedia platform to the host), transfers the virtual item to the target user (e.g., host), and deducts the virtual coin of the gift; for example, after the user a has charged 500 virtual coins, and has given a gift of 100 virtual coins to the anchor B, the user a leaves 400 virtual coins after giving the gift. Accordingly, the target user may receive the first virtual resource (i.e., update in real time the attribute value (e.g., amount) of the first virtual resource (e.g., total revenue) displayed on the target user account) for the virtual item settlement in real time while deducting the second virtual resource of the gift; for example, 80 tokens are added to anchor B while deducting 100 virtual coins of user a. Further, after daily settlement (e.g., after reconciliation with a third party system), updating the attribute value (e.g., the cash amount) of the second virtual resource (e.g., the redeemable resource) displayed on the target user account; after obtaining the second virtual resource, the user (such as a host) can apply for exchanging the second virtual resource into a physical resource by self (such as applying for proposal).
According to the embodiment of the application, the settlement of the virtual articles and the exchange process of the virtual resources do not need to be manually participated, so that the manpower resources are effectively saved; the target user can see the first virtual resource obtained by settlement of the virtual object in real time, so that the settlement efficiency is improved; by checking with a third party system, the safety and reliability of the data are ensured.

generating target retry record data according to the transfer information, adding the target retry record data into a retry queue, and performing settlement processing according to the transfer information;
if the settlement processing is successful, updating the attribute value of the first virtual resource corresponding to the target virtual object according to the settlement result so as to display the attribute value of the first virtual resource on the terminal logged in with the target user identifier;
if the settlement processing fails, triggering to perform retry processing, wherein the retry processing comprises: obtaining the transfer information according to the target retry record data recorded in the retry queue, and adding the obtained transfer information to the message queue;

responding to the virtual resource conversion request, and sending an entity resource settlement request carrying entity resource settlement data to an entity resource management platform, wherein the entity resource settlement request is used for requesting the entity resource management platform to perform entity resource settlement according to the resource settlement data;
