In one embodiment, the user resource interface further includes a filter window for filtering out transfer records of virtual items corresponding to the identification of the target user within a specified time period (i.e., records of virtual items gifted by the target user within the specified time period).
Fig. 4 is an interface diagram of a user resource interface according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, the user resource interface includes an attribute value 401 of a first virtual resource, an attribute value 402 of a second virtual resource, an exchange entry 403 of the second virtual resource, a virtual item list 404, a sorting button 405, and a filtering window 406. The redemption entry 403 of the second virtual resource is used to trigger a redemption operation, and when the redemption entry 403 of the second virtual resource is selected, the step S302 is executed continuously. The virtual item list 404 is used to display a record of virtual items that are presented by the target user, and as shown in the virtual item list 404, the presentation time of the virtual items, the provider of the virtual items, the type of the virtual items (such as cash purchase, subscription, monthly card opening, etc.), the identifiers of the virtual items, the values corresponding to the virtual items, and the corresponding virtual resources after the virtual items are settled are displayed in the virtual item list. In this embodiment of the present application, the multimedia playing platform responds to the detected resource viewing operation and displays a user resource interface, where the user resource interface includes: and responding to the detected exchange operation on the user resource interface by the attribute value of the first virtual resource and the attribute value of the second virtual resource to generate a virtual resource conversion request, wherein the virtual resource conversion request is used for requesting the entity resource management platform to execute exchange processing according to the exchange parameter of the second virtual resource. The attribute value of the first virtual resource is updated in real time according to the settlement result, so that the interactivity between the target user and the viewer can be improved; the attribute value of the second virtual resource can visually display the number of virtual resources which can be exchanged by the target user, so that the exchange of the virtual resources is more convenient.
Referring to fig. 5a, fig. 5a is a flowchart illustrating a data processing method for a multimedia playing platform according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method may be performed by the server 103 shown in fig. 1, and the method of the embodiment of the present application may include the following steps.
S501: and acquiring transfer information of the target virtual article sent by the multimedia playing platform.
The multimedia playing platform refers to a live broadcast website, live broadcast software and other platforms which can be used for online real-time interaction of a plurality of users. The transfer information is generated by the multimedia playing platform according to the transfer operation of the target virtual article; for example, when the viewer a watches the live broadcast, the virtual article C is given to the anchor B on the multimedia playing platform (i.e. the viewer a triggers the transfer operation of the target virtual article), and the multimedia playing platform generates the corresponding transfer information 1 according to the transfer operation. In one embodiment, the transfer information of the target virtual item includes: parameters of the target virtual item (such as the number of the target virtual item, the type/identification of the target virtual item, etc.) and the target user identification. In one embodiment, the types of target virtual items may include: subscription gifts, paid gifts, free gifts, identity-specific gifts, and the like. The identification of the target user is used for indicating the identity of the acquirer for the target virtual item; for example, the identification of the target user may specifically refer to an account number, a room number, and the like of the anchor.
In one embodiment, the multimedia playing platform displays a virtual item list, and a viewer can select different types of virtual items during presentation of the virtual items (i.e. during execution of a transfer operation of the virtual items), wherein each type of virtual item corresponds to one game ID; for example, the viewer gifts the virtual item 1 of the first type minus the virtual coin (the attribute value of the virtual resource) in the account corresponding to the game ID1 (i.e., the account of game 1); the viewer donates the virtual coin (attribute value of virtual resource) in the account corresponding to the game ID2 (i.e., the account of game 2) for the virtual item 2 of the second type.
In another embodiment, the multimedia playing platform displays a virtual item list, and the viewer can select an ID for payment during presentation of the virtual item (i.e. performing a transfer operation of the virtual item); that is, if the viewer ID is associated with a plurality of IDs, the viewer may select the virtual medal in the deduction ID1 (for example, to view a live account) or the virtual medal in the deduction ID2 (for example, to log in to the account of game 1) during presentation of the gift to the target user (anchor). Correspondingly, the multimedia playing platform generates settlement information according to the virtual article transfer operation of the viewer, wherein the settlement information comprises an ID (identification) needing virtual resource updating (deduction) and the transfer quantity of the virtual articles; and the server updates (deducts) the virtual resources of the ID carried in the settlement information according to the settlement information and the settlement rule corresponding to the virtual article.
S502: adding transfer information of the target virtual item to the message queue. In one embodiment, after acquiring the transfer information of the target virtual article sent by the multimedia playing platform, the server adds the transfer information of the target virtual article to the message queue. The situation that the transfer information acquired by the server in the same time period exceeds the processing threshold value and is abnormal (such as transfer information loss, settlement failure and the like) is improved.
If the server successfully adds the transfer information of the target virtual article to the message queue (for example, the message queue returns addition result information to the server, where the addition result information indicates that the transfer information of the target virtual article is successfully added), continuing to execute step S505; if the server does not successfully add the transfer information of the target virtual item to the message queue (e.g., the message queue returns addition result information to the server, where the addition result information indicates that the transfer information of the target virtual item fails to be added), step S503 is continuously performed.
S503: a failure log is generated. The failure log records transfer information of the target virtual article. Optionally, the failure log further records the reason for the addition failure of the transfer information (for example, the message queue is full), the time of the addition failure, and the like.
S504: and when a re-pushing event is triggered, pushing the transfer information of the target virtual article to the message queue according to the failure log. The triggering condition of the re-push event includes one or more of the following: the current time reaches the re-push time, the number of the failure logs exceeds a threshold value, the time interval between the current time and the failure log generation time is larger than an interval threshold value, and the like.
In one embodiment, the server extracts the transfer information of the target virtual article from the failure log and pushes the transfer information of the target virtual article to the message queue; if the pushing fails, repeatedly executing the step S503 and the step S504 until the pushing times is greater than a retry threshold, and at this time, reporting the transfer information of the target virtual article to an abnormal information processing system (such as a manual review department); if the pushing is successful, the step S505 is executed continuously.
S505: and acquiring the transfer information of the target virtual article from the message queue.
S506: and generating target retry record data according to the transfer information and adding the target retry record data to the retry queue.
S507: and performing settlement processing according to the transfer information.
S508: and if the settlement processing is successful, updating the attribute value of the first virtual resource corresponding to the target virtual article according to the settlement result, and deleting the target retry record data from the retry queue. The specific implementation of steps S505 to S508 can refer to the implementation of steps S201 to S204 in fig. 2, and will not be described herein again.
Fig. 6a is a flowchart of virtual item settlement according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 6a, when a virtual article transfer operation of a gift giver (e.g., a user watching a live broadcast) is detected, the multimedia playing platform generates virtual article transfer information according to the virtual article transfer operation, and sends the virtual article transfer information to the server. After the server obtains the virtual article transfer information, virtual coins (obtained by charging or through the activity of the multimedia playing platform) equivalent to the given virtual article in the account of the gift giving person are deducted according to the virtual article transfer information, and transfer data (such as transfer data comprising the virtual article transfer information and the identifier of the server) corresponding to the virtual article transfer information are sent to a third-party system, so that the third-party system calculates the settlement result of the virtual article according to the transfer data. In addition, the server also adds the transfer information of the virtual article to the message queue, generates a failure log if the addition fails, and pushes (adds) the transfer information of the virtual article to the message queue again according to the failure log when a re-pushing event is triggered. In order to ensure that the transfer information of the virtual article is successfully put into the message queue, the server uses a limited number of retries and failure record logs, periodically scans the transfer information of the virtual article with push failure to generate a failure log, and triggers retry push processing when conditions are met. After the transfer information of the virtual article is added to the message queue, in order to avoid the problem that the event is lost or the processing fails due to the fact that the program accidentally exits in the processing process after the transfer information of the virtual article is taken out of the message queue, the server acquires the transfer information of the virtual article from the message queue and then adds retry record data corresponding to the transfer information of the virtual article to a retry queue; then, settlement is carried out on the transfer information of the virtual article according to the virtual article conversion rule; when the viewer presents the virtual item, a settlement rule (settlement value, division ratio, etc.) of the gift is specified (according to the arrangement), and the settlement rule is recorded as a parameter in the transfer information of the virtual item (that is, in the order of deducting the virtual money submitted to the third party system, and also in the gift viewing event message). If the settlement is successful, deleting retry record data corresponding to the transfer information of the virtual article from the retry queue, and updating conversion flow record data (used for recording the conversion flow record of the first virtual resource corresponding to the virtual article), virtual article flow (used for recording the transfer record of the virtual article) and adding the attribute value of the first virtual resource of the target user (the donor) according to the settlement result; if the settlement fails, the retry processing is triggered. The retry process includes: the server obtains the transfer information of the virtual article according to the retry record data recorded in the retry queue, and adds the obtained transfer information of the virtual article to the message queue (namely, if the event processing fails, the transfer information of the virtual article is added into the retry queue (the next retry time is set), and the transfer information of the virtual article is put into the message queue again by the retry program after the expiry for processing; for example, after the transfer information of the virtual article is taken out from the message queue, the virtual article is first added to the retry queue (after the next retry is set for 30 seconds), if the processing is successful, the virtual article is deleted from the retry queue, and if the processing is failed, the next retry time is modified. It can be seen that the settlement process of the virtual goods can be repeatedly executed for a plurality of times in order to ensure the successful settlement.
S509: and generating a gift obtaining record of the target virtual article according to the transfer information of the target virtual article. The gift record of the target virtual item includes parameters of the target virtual item and the target user identification. In one embodiment, the parameters of the target virtual article in the gift record are used for displaying on the terminal equipment logged with the target user identifier; for example, when the viewer a gives a virtual item 1 to the anchor B, the server generates a donation record of the virtual item 1 according to the transfer information of the virtual item 1; and transmits the gifted record to the terminal device which logs in the account of the anchor B so that the terminal device which logs in the account of the anchor B displays the parameters of the virtual item 1 in the gifted record.
In another embodiment, the parameters of the target virtual item in the gifted record are used for displaying on the terminal device of the viewer who is currently interacting with the target user (such as the viewer who is currently watching the live broadcast of the target user) in addition to the terminal device on which the target user identifier is logged. It is to be understood that the viewers currently watching the target user's live broadcast include viewers gifting the target virtual item. Fig. 6b is an interface diagram for displaying a complimentary record according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6b, a virtual item selection window 601 is displayed in the terminal device of the viewer, and the viewer can select a virtual item that is desired to be presented to the target user in the virtual item selection window 601; after any viewer interacting with the target user presents a virtual item to the target user, the viewer currently participating in the interaction and the terminal device of the target user display a virtual item presentation notification 602 back up. The virtual item present notification carries parameters of the virtual items in the present record (e.g., the number of the virtual items, the first virtual resource or the second virtual resource corresponding to the virtual items, the identifier of the virtual item presenter, etc.).
In yet another embodiment, the parameters of the target virtual article include: the type of the donation object and the donation attribute value are selected by a user corresponding to the donation user identification on the donation interface, and the type of the donation object comprises the following steps: the game resource type and the platform resource type, the donation attribute value corresponding to the game resource type includes: the present quantity of the game resources corresponding to the game resource type, the present attribute value corresponding to the platform resource type includes: the donation quantity of the platform resource corresponding to the platform resource type. Specifically, the game resource type is a virtual resource (such as a game currency, a game item and the like) in the game associated with the account of the viewer; the platform resource type is a virtual resource in the multimedia playing platform (e.g. a virtual article issued by the multimedia playing platform (e.g. a free gift, a gift obtained by participating in the activity of the multimedia playing platform), a virtual article obtained by exchange (e.g. a gift obtained by exchanging a physical resource (recharge) or a virtual resource (platform virtual currency)).
Optionally, when it is detected that the viewer triggers the record query operation, a virtual article transfer pipelining interface is displayed. Fig. 6c is an interface diagram of a virtual article transfer flow record according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6c, the interface of the virtual item transfer flow record includes a filtering window 603 and a virtual item list 604. The presenter may screen for a specified period of time in the screening window 603 to facilitate quickly finding out the transfer records for the virtual items that need to be viewed. The virtual item list 604 is used to display a record of the virtual items sent by the presenter, and as shown in the virtual item list 604, the presentation time of the virtual items, the identifiers of the presented virtual items, the presenter of the virtual items, the virtual resources deducted from the virtual items, and the virtual resource transfer methods (such as bank card settlement and balance settlement) are displayed in the virtual item list.

The case of updating the attribute value of the second virtual resource includes one or more of: (1) the statistical settlement data in the target time period passes the verification; (2) the server acquires a virtual resource conversion request of a target user; (3) the virtual resource translation fails. Fig. 5b is a flowchart illustrating an update of a second virtual resource according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5 b:
in one embodiment, the attribute value of the second virtual resource is updated after the server verifies the statistical settlement data within the target time period. In order to ensure that the transaction risk is controllable, the attribute value of the second virtual resource of the target user is settled according to a settlement period (such as one day, one week, one month and the like), and the settlement is performed (the attribute value of the second virtual resource of the user is updated) only when the settlement is performed in accordance with the account checking of the third-party system. The specific execution steps comprise: s5101: statistical reference data is obtained from a third party system. The statistical reference data is obtained by counting the conversion results of the virtual articles in the target time period (such as one day, one week and the like) by a third-party system (such as a midas system); for example, setting the target time period to be 1 day, the target user 1 receives one virtual article a and one virtual article B in the target time period; the statistical reference data 1 statistically obtained by the third-party system is obtained according to the conversion result of the virtual article a and the virtual article B. For example, the settlement value of the second virtual resource is set to 100, and the attribute value of the second virtual resource of the current target user is set to 500; the attribute value of the second virtual resource of the target user is updated to 600 after the statistical reference data and the statistical settlement data pass the verification. In one embodiment, the third party system calculates the attribute value (i.e., revenue share) of the second virtual resource for each user per cycle of virtual item transfer information and outputs revenue summaries and details for each anchor. When the server settles, the attribute value of the second virtual resource of the user can be updated only if the local settlement result is consistent with the settlement result of the third party. Optionally, if the result of the comparison and verification is that the verification fails, the result is reported to an abnormal information processing system (such as a manual review department).
In another embodiment, after the server obtains the virtual resource conversion request of the target user, the attribute value of the second virtual resource is updated. The specific execution steps comprise: s5105: and acquiring a virtual resource conversion request of a target user. The virtual resource conversion request is generated by the multimedia platform according to the exchange operation of the target user (for example, the user inputs the exchange parameter and triggers the resource exchange entry), and the virtual resource conversion request comprises: a redemption parameter (e.g., redemption value) for the target user's second virtual resource and a target user identification. For example, after settlement is completed, the live broadcast platform sends a transfer request to a bank, so that the bank settles cash for a target user according to the transfer amount carried in the transfer request.
In yet another embodiment, the server updates the attribute value of the second virtual resource after confirming the virtual resource conversion failure. The specific execution steps comprise: s5107: and acquiring conversion result information corresponding to the virtual resource conversion request of the target user. The conversion result information comprises the result of settlement processing of the entity resource management platform according to the virtual resource conversion request. S5108: if the conversion result information indicates that the virtual resource conversion fails, recovering the attribute value of the second virtual resource of the target user according to the return parameter of the second virtual resource carried by the conversion result information; the return parameter is obtained by the entity resource management platform through calculation according to the entity resource settlement data carried in the conversion failure order, or is obtained by the server through calculation according to the resource settlement data carried in the failure order; the conversion failure order is generated after the entity resource management platform performs callback (deletion) on the entity resource flow. For example, assuming that the attribute value of the second virtual resource redeemed by the target user is 100 and the attribute values of the remaining second virtual resources are 400, after the conversion result information indicates that the virtual resource conversion fails, the server restores the attribute value of the second virtual resource of the target user to 500.
Fig. 6d is a settlement flow chart according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6d, the server obtains statistical reference data obtained by the third-party system according to the running water (one or more pieces of transfer information) settlement of the virtual articles in the target time period; comparing and verifying the statistical reference data with statistical settlement data obtained by the server according to the running settlement of the virtual articles in the target time period to obtain a checking result; optionally, a verification email carrying the verification result is generated and sent to the verifier. And if the checking result indicates that the statistical reference data and the statistical settlement data are verified, the server adds a second virtual resource of the target user according to the settlement result of the virtual article and sends an updated result to the third-party system. If the settlement fails, the entity resource management platform generates a callback notification, and the callback notification is used for deleting the entity resource exchange flow corresponding to the resource settlement data with the settlement failure from the entity resource flow; and after the database is deleted successfully, generating exchange failure confirmation information, determining the attribute value of the second virtual resource needing to be refunded according to the exchange failure information by the server, and recovering the attribute value of the second virtual resource of the user according to the attribute value of the second virtual resource needing to be refunded. Optionally, the user may check the redemption status of the second virtual resource in real time by triggering a redemption status query event.

Fig. 6e is a flowchart of data processing on the multimedia playing platform according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6e, the gift-giver (e.g., a user watching the live broadcast) first obtains the virtual coin (e.g., obtains the virtual coin by recharging), then transfers the virtual coin to the target user (e.g., the anchor) after detecting the virtual coin transfer request of the gift-giver (e.g., watching the live broadcast gift on the anchor multimedia platform), and deducts the virtual coin of the gift-giver; for example, user a presented a gift of 100 virtual coins to anchor B after charging 500 virtual coins, and user a left 400 virtual coins after presenting the gift. Accordingly, the target user may receive the first virtual resource of the virtual item settlement in real time (i.e., update the attribute value (e.g., amount) of the first virtual resource (e.g., total income) displayed on the account of the target user in real time) while deducting the second virtual resource of the gift-giver; for example, add 80 tokens to anchor B while deducting user a's 100 virtual coins. Further, after daily settlement (e.g., after checking account with a third-party system), updating the attribute value (e.g., cash drawable amount) of the second virtual resource (e.g., redeemable resource) displayed on the target user account; after obtaining the second virtual resource, the user (such as the anchor) can apply for exchanging the second virtual resource into a physical resource by self (such as applying for cash withdrawal).
In the embodiment of the application, manual participation is not needed in the processes of settlement of the virtual articles and exchange of the virtual resources, so that the human resources are effectively saved; the target user can see the first virtual resource obtained by the settlement of the virtual article in real time, so that the settlement efficiency is improved; by checking accounts with a third-party system, the safety and reliability of data are ensured.

Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a data processing apparatus for a multimedia playing platform according to an embodiment of the present application, where the apparatus may be mounted on a server in the foregoing method embodiment, for example, the apparatus may be mounted on the server 103 in fig. 1. The data processing apparatus for the multimedia playing platform shown in fig. 7 can be used to perform some or all of the functions in the method embodiments described in fig. 2, fig. 5a and fig. 5 b. According to an embodiment of the present application, some steps involved in the data processing method for a multimedia playing platform shown in fig. 2, fig. 5a and fig. 5b may be performed by various units in the data processing device for a multimedia playing platform shown in fig. 7. For example, step S201 shown in fig. 2 may be performed by the acquisition unit 701 shown in fig. 7, and steps S202 to S205 may be performed by the processing unit 702 shown in fig. 7. Step S501 shown in fig. 5a may be executed by the acquisition unit 701 shown in fig. 7, and steps S502 to S511 may be executed by the processing unit 702 shown in fig. 7. The steps S5101, S5105, and S5107 shown in fig. 5b may be performed by the acquisition unit 701 shown in fig. 7, and the steps S5102-S5104, S5016, and S5108 may be performed by the processing unit 702 shown in fig. 7. The units in the data processing apparatus for a multimedia playing platform shown in fig. 7 may be respectively or entirely combined into one or several additional units to form the data processing apparatus, or some unit(s) may be further split into multiple functionally smaller units to form the data processing apparatus, which may implement the same operations without affecting implementation of technical effects of embodiments of the present application. The units are divided based on logic functions, and in practical application, the functions of one unit can be realized by a plurality of units, or the functions of a plurality of units can be realized by one unit. The units in the data processing apparatus for a multimedia playing platform shown in fig. 8 may be respectively or entirely combined into one or several additional units to form the data processing apparatus, or some unit(s) may be further split into multiple functionally smaller units to form the data processing apparatus, which may implement the same operations without affecting implementation of technical effects of embodiments of the present application. Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the intelligent device at least includes a processor 901, a communication interface 902, and a memory 903. The processor 901, the communication interface 902, and the memory 903 may be connected by a bus or in other manners, and in this embodiment of the application, the connection by the bus is taken as an example. The processor 901 (or Central Processing Unit (CPU)) is a computing core and a control core of the intelligent device, and can analyze various instructions in the terminal device and process various data of the terminal device, for example: the CPU can be used for analyzing a power-on and power-off instruction sent to the terminal equipment by a user and controlling the terminal equipment to carry out power-on and power-off operation; the following steps are repeated: the CPU may transmit various types of interactive data between the internal structures of the terminal device, and so on. The communication interface 902 may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI, mobile communication interface, etc.), and may be controlled by the processor 901 to transmit and receive data; the communication interface 902 may also be used for transmission and interaction of data within the terminal device. A Memory 903(Memory) is a Memory device in the terminal device and stores programs and data. It is understood that the memory 903 herein may include both the built-in memory of the terminal device and, of course, the expansion memory supported by the terminal device. The memory 903 provides storage space that stores the operating system of the terminal device, which may include, but is not limited to: android system, iOS system, Windows Phone system, etc., which are not limited in this application.
In one embodiment, the smart device may be a server, such as server 103 shown in FIG. 1. In this case, the processor 901 performs the following operations by executing the executable program code in the memory 903:
acquiring transfer information of a target virtual article from a message queue through a communication interface 902, where the transfer information is generated by a multimedia playing platform according to a transfer operation of the target virtual article, and the transfer information of the target virtual article includes: parameters of the target virtual article and a target user identifier;
generating target retry record data according to the transfer information, adding the target retry record data into a retry queue, and performing settlement processing according to the transfer information;

acquiring transfer information of a target virtual article sent by a multimedia playing platform through a communication interface 902;
adding transfer information of the target virtual article to a message queue;

1. A data processing method for a multimedia playing platform, the method comprising:
obtaining transfer information of a target virtual article from a message queue, wherein the transfer information is generated by a multimedia playing platform according to a transfer operation of the target virtual article, and the transfer information of the target virtual article comprises: parameters of the target virtual article and a target user identifier;
generating target retry record data according to the transfer information, adding the target retry record data into a retry queue, and performing settlement processing according to the transfer information;
if the settlement processing is successful, updating the attribute value of the first virtual resource corresponding to the target virtual article according to the settlement result so as to display the attribute value of the first virtual resource on the terminal which logs in the target user identifier;
if the settlement processing fails, triggering to perform retry processing, wherein the retry processing comprises the following steps: and obtaining the transfer information according to the target retry record data recorded in the retry queue, and adding the obtained transfer information to the message queue.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining the transfer information for the target virtual item from the message queue, the method further comprises:
acquiring transfer information of a target virtual article sent by a multimedia playing platform;
adding transfer information of the target virtual article to a message queue;
if the transfer information of the target virtual article is not successfully added to the message queue, generating a failure log, wherein the failure log records the transfer information of the target virtual article;
and when a re-pushing event is triggered, pushing the transfer information of the target virtual article to the message queue according to the failure log.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring statistical reference data from a third-party system, wherein the statistical reference data is obtained by counting conversion results of virtual articles in a target time period by the third-party system;

responding to the virtual resource conversion request, and sending an entity resource settlement request carrying entity resource settlement data to an entity resource management platform, wherein the entity resource settlement request is used for requesting the entity resource management platform to settle entity resources according to the resource settlement data;
the entity resource settlement data includes: and calculating the exchange parameters according to the conversion rule from the virtual resources to the entity resources, and determining the attribute value of the entity resources.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after updating the attribute value of the second virtual resource of the target user in accordance with the redemption parameter of the second virtual resource, the method further comprises:
acquiring conversion result information corresponding to the virtual resource conversion request of the target user;
if the conversion result information indicates that the virtual resource conversion fails, recovering the attribute value of the second virtual resource of the target user according to the return parameter of the second virtual resource carried by the conversion result information; the return parameter is obtained by the entity resource management platform through calculation according to entity resource settlement data carried in the conversion failure order; the conversion failure order is generated after the entity resource management platform calls back the entity resource flow.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:

13. A data processing apparatus for a multimedia playing platform, comprising:
an obtaining unit, configured to obtain transfer information of a target virtual item from a message queue, where the transfer information is generated by a multimedia playing platform according to a transfer operation of the target virtual item, and the transfer information of the target virtual item includes: parameters of the target virtual article and a target user identifier;
the processing unit is used for generating target retry record data according to the transfer information, adding the target retry record data into a retry queue, and performing settlement processing according to the transfer information;
if the settlement processing is successful, updating the attribute value of the first virtual resource corresponding to the target virtual article according to the settlement result so as to display the attribute value of the first virtual resource on the terminal which logs in the target user identifier;
