Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments. The present invention is not limited to the embodiment, and other embodiments may be included in the scope of the present invention as long as the gist of the present invention is satisfied.
In view of the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, there is provided in a preferred embodiment of the present invention an infusion control system, as shown in fig. 1, comprising:
the infusion detection module 1 is used for detecting the infusion speed and the liquid medicine allowance data of a patient in the infusion process;
the information checking module 3 is used for checking the liquid medicine information of the liquid medicine to be replaced with the prestored infusion information of the identity information of the associated patient to obtain a checking result;
the liquid medicine replacing module 4 is used for replacing the liquid medicine used for the current transfusion with the liquid medicine to be replaced;
the control module 2 is respectively connected with the infusion detection module 1, the information checking module 3 and the liquid medicine replacing module 4, and is used for checking the liquid medicine information of the liquid medicine to be replaced by the control information checking module 3 when the liquid medicine residual quantity data is not more than a residual quantity threshold value, and replacing the liquid medicine used by the current infusion by the pharmaceutical liquid replacing module when the checking result is consistent.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the infusion detection module 1 can detect the infusion speed and the remaining amount of the liquid medicine respectively, and send the infusion speed and the remaining amount of the liquid medicine to the control module 2. In a preferred embodiment, the infusion detection module 1 may detect the remaining amount of the liquid medicine by a liquid level detection sensor provided in the liquid medicine container, or may detect the infusion speed by providing an image capturing sensor on the infusion dropper or by providing a flow sensor in the liquid medicine container and/or the infusion tube. Through the detection of the infusion detection module 1 on the infusion liquid medicine allowance data, the situation that the blood return is caused by too low liquid medicine allowance and the pain is caused to the patient is effectively avoided. Wherein the medicinal liquid comprises antibiotic liquid, analgesic liquid, tranquilizer and vein nutrient solution. The control module 2 compares the remaining amount data of the liquid medicine with a pre-stored remaining amount threshold, when the remaining amount data of the liquid medicine is not more than the remaining amount threshold, the remaining amount of the liquid medicine in the infusion bottle is indicated to be insufficient, and at the moment, the control module 2 generates a check instruction and sends the check instruction to the information check module 3. The information checking module 3 checks the liquid medicine information of the liquid medicine to be replaced and the prestored infusion information related to the patient identity information according to the checking instruction and obtains a checking result. The information checking module is used for checking the liquid medicine information of the liquid medicine to be replaced and the infusion information related to the identity information of the patient, so that the phenomenon that the liquid medicine is mistakenly infused due to inconsistency between the liquid medicine information and the infusion information and the health of the patient is adversely affected is avoided. Wherein the infusion information includes: the type of infusion, the quantity of infusion, the time of infusion and the infusion bed. In a preferred embodiment, the code containing the chemical information is printed or attached on the chemical container in advance, and the code is acquired by pattern scanning or image recognition to obtain the corresponding chemical information. When the liquid medicine information and the infusion information are in accordance, the liquid medicine to be replaced is the liquid medicine which needs to be continuously input by the patient. At this time, the control module 2 generates a replacing instruction and sends the replacing instruction to the liquid medicine replacing module 4, and the liquid medicine replacing module 4 replaces the liquid medicine to be replaced. Preferably, the liquid medicine replacing module 4 can adopt an intelligent bottle-changing infusion device structure in an intelligent bottle-changing infusion device of chinese patent publication No. CN209575408U, so as to realize automatic replacement of an infusion bottle after receiving a replacement instruction, and reduce the labor cost for manually replacing the infusion bottle.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method further comprises:
the life detector module 5 is used for detecting and displaying the vital sign data of the patient;
specifically, in this embodiment, the vital signs data of the patient are collected and detected by the vital signs module 5, and sent to the detection control unit inside the vital signs module 5. The vital sign data includes, among other things, the blood pressure, heart rate, respiration, and finger oxygen of the patient. The detection control unit processes the received vital sign data and the liquid medicine residual quantity data to obtain a corresponding display instruction and controls a display screen of the vital sign detection module 5 to display the vital sign and the liquid medicine residual quantity of the patient respectively. Detect and show patient's vital signs data through life detector module 5, avoid the patient to appear the vital signs unusual at the infusion in-process, effectively protect patient's life, promote this technical scheme's security.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the control module 2 includes:
a storage unit 21 for storing infusion information, a margin threshold value, and a speed threshold value;
the comparison unit 22 is connected with the storage unit 21 and is used for comparing the residual liquid medicine data with the residual threshold value to obtain a first comparison result; comparing the infusion speed with a speed threshold value to obtain a second comparison result;
the first control unit 23 is connected with the comparison unit 22 and is used for generating a check instruction to be sent to the information check module 3 when the first comparison result shows that the residual amount data of the liquid medicine is not larger than the residual amount threshold value, controlling the information check module 3 to check the liquid medicine replacement information and receive the check result, and generating a second alarm instruction when the second comparison result shows that the infusion speed is not smaller than the speed threshold value;
the second control unit 24 is connected to the first control unit 23, and is configured to generate a replacement command to be sent to the liquid medicine replacement module 4 when the check result matches, and generate a first alarm command when the check result does not match.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, when the first comparison result indicates that the remaining amount data of the liquid medicine is not greater than the remaining amount threshold, the first control unit 23 generates a check instruction and sends the check instruction to the information check module 3 to perform information check; when the second comparison result shows that the infusion speed is not less than the pre-stored speed threshold value, the infusion speed is too high, at the moment, the first control unit 23 generates a second alarm instruction and sends the second alarm instruction to the alarm module 7, and the alarm module 7 is used for alarming and reminding medical staff to reduce the infusion speed. The second control unit 24 determines whether or not the check result of the drug solution information and the infusion information matches: when the check result is consistent, a replacement instruction is generated and sent to the liquid medicine replacement module 4, and the liquid medicine to be replaced is automatically replaced; when the check result is inconsistent, a first alarm instruction is generated and sent to the alarm module 7, the alarm module 7 is used for carrying out alarm reminding on medical staff so as to carry out manual check on the infusion information of the patient, and a replacement instruction is input after the manual check is passed to carry out liquid medicine replacement; and carrying out manual liquid medicine replacement by using liquid medicine which is in accordance with the liquid medicine to be replaced in the medicine storage when the manual check fails.

The dialogue communication module 9 can also judge whether to call the medical staff to check according to the voice spoken by the patient, and generates a call instruction and sends the call instruction to the control terminal of the office of the medical staff when the patient needs to call, so as to realize the call of the medical staff. The emergency situation of the patient is avoided, and the patient can not contact medical care personnel, so that the life health of the patient is further ensured. The dialogue communication module 9 can also extract corresponding entertainment requirements according to the voice of the patient, and search and obtain some soothing music from the network according to the entertainment requirements to play, so as to meet the mental entertainment requirements of the patient.
