Abstract
The fresh air helmet with the refrigeration function comprises a full helmet body, wherein the full helmet body is sequentially connected with a refrigeration system and a wind power conveying system, a purification system is arranged in the wind power conveying system, and the full helmet body, the refrigeration system and the wind power conveying system are connected and communicated with one another through flexible pipes. The technical solution of the present invention will be more clearly and completely explained by the description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, a fresh air helmet with refrigeration according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a full helmet body 1, and the full helmet body 1 is sequentially connected to a refrigeration system 2 and a wind power transmission system 3 from top to bottom. The wind power conveying system 3 is internally provided with a purifying system, the wind power conveying system 3 pumps ambient air into the purifying system, the ambient air is filtered and then conveyed to the inside of the full helmet body 1 through the purifying system, and the refrigerating system 2 cools the ambient air in the conveying process to avoid the full helmet body 1 from being too stuffy.
The whole helmet body 1, the refrigerating system 2 and the wind power conveying system 3 are connected and communicated with each other through flexible pipes 4.
Above-mentioned wind conveying system 3 includes clarifier casing, turbofan, motor, and motor and turbofan all are in the clarifier casing inside, and the motor drives the turbofan rotation back, can be with the inside of clarifier casing with the ambient air suction in the clarifier casing outside. As shown in fig. 3, the refrigeration system 2 includes a refrigerator housing 10, an evaporator 11, a compressor 12, a condenser 13, a heat radiation fan 14, and a cool air fan 15.
The evaporator 11, the compressor 12, the condenser 13 is connected through copper pipes and is located inside the refrigerator shell 10, the cooling fan 14 is installed on the surface of the refrigerator shell 10, the cooling fan 14 faces the condenser 13, the heat at the condenser 13 is exchanged with the external ambient air of the refrigerating system 2, the cold air fan 15 is located in the flexible pipe 4, the axis of the cold air fan 15 and the axis of the flexible pipe 4 are arranged in a collinear mode, the cold air fan 15 faces the evaporator 11, the heat at the position of the evaporator 11 is exchanged with the air blown into the flexible pipe 4, and finally clean and cool air can be brought to an operator who wears the full helmet body 1.
The flexible pipe 4 is arranged on the surface of the refrigerator shell 10, the flexible pipe 4 is also arranged at the bottom side of the full helmet body 1, and after an operator wears the full helmet body 1, the flexible pipe 4 is arranged at the back side of the head of the operator.
The bottom of clarifier casing is equipped with and is equipped with the battery mounting groove, and the battery mounting groove is used for installing the lithium cell and circular telegram for the motor. The surface of the purifier shell is provided with an indicator light for detecting the electric quantity of the battery in the battery mounting groove. Meanwhile, after being filtered by the optical filter, the visible light of the welding object can be comfortably observed by a welder, and the purpose of observing the visible light can be realized by applying different voltages to the liquid crystal light valve. As described above, the liquid crystal is an organic compound having a regular molecular arrangement between a solid and a liquid, and under different currents, the liquid crystal molecules are regularly rotated by 90 degrees to generate a difference in transmittance. As the liquid crystal can be simplified into a large-capacity capacitor under the current electric field and has the characteristic of nonlinearity, once the arc light changes, the voltage applied to the two ends of the liquid crystal also changes along with the change of the arc light, the transmittance of visible light can change greatly, and the shading number is difficult to ensure to reach the required grade accuracy. In contrast, the voltage output by the solar cell is stabilized to 6V by the integrated voltage stabilization chip MCP1701, and a voltage stabilization circuit composed of an operational amplifier circuit and an RC is added to the liquid crystal driving circuit, in which an NTC thermistor with a negative temperature coefficient is introduced.

The fresh air helmet with refrigeration function according to claim 3, wherein the refrigeration system comprises an evaporator, a compressor, a condenser, a cooling fan and a cold air fan, the evaporator, the compressor and the condenser are sequentially connected, the cooling fan faces the condenser, the cooling fan is communicated with the outside of the refrigeration system and the inside of the refrigeration system, and the cold air fan and the flexible pipe are arranged in a collinear mode.
