The welding helmet according to claim 1, wherein the fresh air system comprises a fresh air shell (7), the fresh air shell (7) comprises an evaporation chamber (73) and a heat dissipation chamber (74), an air inlet is formed in one side of the evaporation chamber (73), a fresh air port is formed in the other side of the evaporation chamber (73), the fresh air port is connected with an air inlet of the fresh air channel (16) through a ventilation hose (15), an air inlet fan is arranged at the air inlet, an evaporator (8) is arranged in the evaporation chamber (73), a condenser (9) and a compressor (10) are arranged in the heat dissipation chamber (74), the compressor (10) is used for compressing a refrigerant flowing out of the condenser (9) and then conveying the refrigerant to the evaporator (8) to form a circulation, the heat dissipation chamber (74) is further provided with a heat dissipation fan (17), and a plurality of heat dissipation holes.
