Then, the arc frame 31 and the arc plates 32 are placed near the gum to be implanted, and the two arc plates 32 are clamped tightly on the gum; connecting the support column 23 with the top of the arc-shaped sliding block 33, and realizing the position adjustment of the drill bit through a transverse adjusting device, a longitudinal adjusting device and a vertical adjusting device; and clamping the drill rod to realize drilling, and implanting the tooth in the drilled hole.

Claims (10)

1. A guiding and fixing device for a dental implant, comprising:
the base (1) is provided with a first supporting rod (2);
a fixture, comprising: the arc-shaped frame (31), arc-shaped plates (32) are arranged on two opposite sides of the bottom of the arc-shaped frame (31); wherein, one arc-shaped plate (32) close to the outer side of the oral cavity slides at the bottom of the arc-shaped frame (31) in a thread transmission manner;
lateral adjustment device, comprising: the arc-shaped sliding block (33) is arranged at the inner top of the arc-shaped frame (31) in a sliding manner;
longitudinal adjustment means comprising: the support column (23) is detachably arranged at the top of the arc-shaped sliding block (33), a longitudinal square rod (21) is fixed at the top of the support column (23), and a transverse square rod (41) is arranged on the side wall of the longitudinal square rod (21) in a sliding manner; the free end of the longitudinal square rod (21) is fixedly connected to the first supporting rod (2);
vertical adjusting device includes: the guide cylinder (42) and the movable rope are arranged at the bottom of the transverse square rod (41), and the free end of the movable rope is connected with the drill bit (43) through a connecting rod; the movable rope and the upper part of the connecting rod are positioned in the guide cylinder (42).

The dental implant guiding fixture of claim 1, wherein the fixture comprises: a threaded drive assembly, comprising: the threaded seat is arranged on the outer side wall of the arc-shaped frame (31) close to the outer side of the oral cavity, one end of the screw rod penetrates through a threaded hole in the threaded seat and is connected with the top of the arc-shaped plate (32) close to the outer side of the oral cavity, and the other end of the screw rod is provided with a rotating handle.

The dental implant guiding fixture of claim 1, wherein the longitudinal adjustment means comprises: a second connection assembly, comprising: the connecting structure comprises a strip-shaped groove (21-1) arranged on the side wall of the longitudinal square rod (21), a plurality of through holes (21-2) arranged at the top of the longitudinal square rod (21) and communicated with the strip-shaped groove (21-1), and a second connecting screw hole arranged at the end part of the transverse square rod (41); and the end part of the transverse square rod (41) is arranged in the strip-shaped groove (21-1), and the second connecting screw hole is fixedly connected with any through hole (21-2) through a stud.

A guiding and fixing device for a dental implant according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the first support rod (2) is of a lifting structure, the top of the first support rod (2) is in threaded and rotatable connection with the longitudinal square rod (21), and the bottom of the first support rod (2) slides in a first sliding groove (11) on the base (1);
the base is characterized in that first hole-containing fixing pieces (22) are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the first supporting rod (2), a plurality of first screw holes (11-1) are arranged on the base (1) located on two sides of the first sliding groove (11), and the first hole-containing fixing pieces (22) are fixedly connected with any pair of the first screw holes (11-1) through studs.
