In this embodiment, referring to fig. 17 and 18, the fuse assemblies are arranged in pairs in the left-right direction. The stress can be uniformly and multipoint stressed, and the safety performance of the device is more reliable.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1-18, an anastomat comprises the staple cartridge according to any one of the above embodiments; the universal nail box rear end assembly 7 is further included, the universal nail box rear end assembly 7 includes a pushing member 3, the pushing member 3 can push the cutting knife assembly to move forward, a pushing block 510 is arranged at the tail end of the pushing member 3, a part of the pushing block 510 is movably embedded into the accommodating space 60, when the clamping portion 811 enters the accommodating space 60, the clamping portion 811 obstructs the pushing block 510 to move forward, and the clamping tongue 81 is rotatably mounted on the universal nail box rear end assembly 7 through a pin 8130; the nail box base 5 is rotatably arranged on the nail box rear end general assembly 7; the nail abutting seat assembly 6 is fixed on the rear-end general assembly. How the cutting knife component is matched with the nail abutting seat component 6, the nail box base 5 and the nail box is not the key point of the application, and the skilled person can carry out adaptive configuration according to the prior art, and for the purpose of illustration, as explained below, the cutting knife component comprises a cutting knife, a knife groove 9 is arranged between two nail abutting plates 62 of the nail abutting seat component 6, the knife groove 9 is arranged on the nail box component 4, and the cutting knife moves back and forth along the knife groove 9. The position relation among the push block 510, the cutting knife and the nail pushing slide block 43 can be specifically selected to be that the push block 510 pushes the cutting knife arranged in the knife groove 9 to move forwards, and when the cutting knife is contacted with the nail pushing slide block 43, the cutting knife transmits the pushing force to the pushing slide block arranged on the rib plate 132 in the knife groove 9 to move forwards.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the pushing block 510 has an i-shaped structure. The i-shaped structure can be better clamped into the accommodating space 60, so that the clamping tongue 81 can realize displacement locking control on the clamping tongue.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 5, a push plate 431 is fixed on the nail pushing slide block 43, the push plate 431 is slidably disposed in a spacing structure formed by the nail magazine cover 42 and the nail magazine base 5, and the push plate 431 is used for matching with the positioning portion 413; the staple bin cover 42 and the staple bin 41 can be detachably connected through the matching of a concave structure and a convex structure, and the design of the push plate 431 ensures that the staple pushing sliding block 43 can be matched with the clamping tongue 81, and meanwhile, a space is reserved for accommodating a cutting knife assembly. The nail bin 41 and the nail bin cover 42 are provided with a knife groove 9, the cutting knife assembly is slidably mounted in the knife groove 9, the nail pushing sliding block 43 is provided with a rib plate 432, and the rib plate 432 is slidably mounted in the knife groove 9. The cutter groove 9 can play a role in guiding the cutter assembly and the nail pushing sliding block 43, so that the cutter assembly and the nail pushing sliding block can be always on a fixed track when moving, and the stability and reliability of the operation are guaranteed.

Claims (15)

1. An endoscopic stapler, comprising:
the nail magazine comprises a cutter mechanism, a nail magazine component, a nail box base, a nail abutting seat component, a safety component and a nail box rear end general component;
the cutting knife mechanism includes:
the guide groove comprises a high-level groove, a transition groove and a low-level groove, and the transition groove is used for connecting the high-level groove and the low-level groove;
a support piece is fixed on a cutter handle of the cutter, the support piece is arranged in the guide groove and can reciprocate in the high-position groove, the transition groove and the low-position groove, and the cutter is hung on the guide groove through the support piece;
the cutting knife is also provided with a first hook;
the output end of the push-pull piece is used for pushing and pulling the cutting knife, and a second hook is fixed at the output end of the push-pull piece;
when the push-pull piece pushes the cutting knife from the high groove to the low groove, the first hook approaches to the second hook, and when the support piece reaches the low groove, the first hook and the second hook are buckled; when the push-pull piece pulls the cutting knife from the low groove to the high groove, the first hook is gradually far away from the second hook, and when the supporting piece reaches the high groove, the first hook and the second hook are separated;
the nail bin assembly is detachably arranged on the nail box base; when the nail bin assembly is taken out of the nail box base, the safety assembly can block the push-pull piece from moving forwards, and when the nail bin assembly is installed on the nail box base, the nail bin assembly overcomes the resistance of the safety assembly and relieves the limitation on the front-back displacement of the push-pull piece;
the nail pushing seat assembly comprises a nail pushing seat body and a nail pushing plate, the nail pushing plate is fixed on the side wall of the nail pushing seat body, the nail pushing plate and the bottom wall of the nail pushing seat body are arranged at intervals to form an accommodating space, and a safety through hole is formed in the nail pushing plate;
the safety assembly comprises a clamping tongue and an elastic piece, the clamping tongue is rotatably installed through a pin shaft, the elastic piece is fixed on the nail box base, the elastic piece is further fixed on the clamping tongue, and the elastic piece has an elastic trend that a clamping part of the clamping tongue penetrates through the safety through hole and enters the accommodating space;
when the nail bin assembly is arranged on the nail box base, the nail bin assembly and the clamping tongue are matched to overcome the elasticity of the elastic piece, and the clamping tongue is rotated to enable the clamping part to be withdrawn from the accommodating space.
2. The endoscopic stapler of claim 1, wherein: the left side and the right side of the cutting knife in the advancing direction are respectively provided with the supporting pieces, and the supporting pieces are respectively provided with the guide grooves.
3. The endoscopic stapler of claim 1, wherein: the nail bin assembly comprises a nail bin, a nail bin cover and a nail pushing sliding block;
the nail storehouse is used for holding the sewing nail, be equipped with logical groove along vertically on the nail storehouse, the cutting knife passes logical groove, be fixed with first gusset on the nail storehouse, the nail storehouse is covered and is fixed with the second gusset or be equipped with the inner wall structure that first gusset matches the adaptation, second gusset or inner wall structure with form between the first gusset the guide way.
4. The endoscopic stapler of claim 3, wherein: when the nail bin is installed, the nail bin pushes the nail pushing sliding block and the cutting knife into the high-position groove.
5. The endoscopic stapler of claim 1, wherein: the clamping tongue comprises a clamping tongue body and a connecting portion, the connecting portion is rotatably installed through the pin shaft, the connecting portion is fixed to one end of the clamping tongue body, and the clamping portion is fixed to the other end of the clamping tongue body.
6. The endoscopic stapler of claim 5, wherein: the connecting portion with screens portion all right the block tongue body is the contained angle setting, connecting portion with the screens portion is located one side of block tongue body, the elastic component is located the opposite side of block tongue body.
7. The endoscopic stapler of claim 1, wherein: an inclined surface structure is arranged on one side, close to the nail bin assembly, of the clamping portion and used for being matched with the nail bin assembly, and when the nail bin assembly is installed, the nail bin assembly applies pressure to the inclined surface structure and enables the clamping tongue to turn over.
8. The endoscopic stapler of claim 1, wherein: the fuse assemblies are arranged in pairs in the left-right direction.
9. An endoscopic stapler, comprising:
the nail magazine comprises a cutter mechanism, a nail magazine component, a nail box base, a nail abutting seat component, a safety component and a nail box rear end general component;
the cutting knife mechanism includes:
the guide groove comprises a high-level groove, a transition groove and a low-level groove, and the transition groove is used for connecting the high-level groove and the low-level groove;
a support piece is fixed on a cutter handle of the cutter, the support piece is arranged in the guide groove and can reciprocate in the high-position groove, the transition groove and the low-position groove, and the cutter is hung on the guide groove through the support piece;
the cutting knife is also provided with a first hook;
the output end of the push-pull piece is used for pushing and pulling the cutting knife, and a second hook is fixed at the output end of the push-pull piece;
when the push-pull piece pushes the cutting knife from the high groove to the low groove, the first hook approaches to the second hook, and when the support piece reaches the low groove, the first hook and the second hook are buckled; when the push-pull piece pulls the cutting knife from the low groove to the high groove, the first hook is gradually far away from the second hook, and when the supporting piece reaches the high groove, the first hook and the second hook are separated;
the nail bin assembly is detachably arranged on the nail box base; when the nail bin assembly is taken out of the nail box base, the safety assembly can block the push-pull piece from moving forwards, and when the nail bin assembly is installed on the nail box base, the nail bin assembly overcomes the resistance of the safety assembly and relieves the limitation on the front-back displacement of the push-pull piece;
the nail box base is provided with a safety through hole;
the safety assembly comprises a clamping tongue and an elastic piece, the clamping tongue is rotatably installed through a pin shaft, the elastic piece is fixed on the nail abutting seat assembly, the elastic piece is further fixed on the clamping tongue, and the elastic piece has an elastic trend that the clamping part of the clamping tongue penetrates through the safety through hole.
10. The endoscopic stapler of claim 9, wherein: the left side and the right side of the cutting knife in the advancing direction are respectively provided with the supporting pieces, and the supporting pieces are respectively provided with the guide grooves.
11. The endoscopic stapler of claim 9, wherein: the nail bin assembly comprises a nail bin, a nail bin cover and a nail pushing sliding block;
