The above prior art packages are complex in structure and, although effective for their intended use, excessive capture reduces assembly efficiency, and in particular these packages suffer from common disadvantages: in order to prevent the suture from escaping from the package around, an equivalent bayonet lock is used, and one situation that may occur is that the suture gets stuck when the lock is closed, resulting in an unreleasable application.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a tray packaging clamp for surgical suture, which has simple structure and is more convenient to wind and pull.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: a tray packaging clip for surgical sutures, characterized by having a base member and an upper cover member.
The base member has a bottom plate from the periphery of which a first outer wall is formed extending inwardly and upwardly at an inclination angle, preferably 45-75 degrees, and a first inner wall is formed extending vertically upwardly from the bottom plate, and needle holder means is provided extending upwardly from the bottom plate.
The upper cover member has a suture channel cover plate extending vertically downwardly about an outer circumference of the cover plate to form a second outer wall and extending vertically downwardly about an inner circumference of the cover plate to form a second inner wall leaving a line entry port in the cover plate.
The outer diameters of the bottom plate and the cover plate are equal, the free ends of the first outer wall and the second outer wall are in the same horizontal plane, and the second inner wall is overlapped with the first inner wall.
The first outer wall is inclined inwards, so that a gap for the suture thread to pass through is formed between the second outer wall and the first outer wall.
And a channel area for winding the suture thread is formed among the bottom plate, the first outer wall, the first inner wall, the cover plate, the second outer wall and the second inner wall.
The tray packaging card can be formed by arranging a plurality of protruding clamping tables on the outer surface of the first inner wall, arranging a plurality of bayonets for capturing the clamping tables on the second inner wall correspondingly and fixing the first inner wall and the second inner wall.
The inner surface of the second inner wall may be provided in a stepped shape, in correspondence with the outer surface and the top surface of the first inner wall, and the outer surface of the second inner wall may be provided in a concave shape.

The base plate may also be provided with a movable elastic plate, most of the edges of which are separated from the base plate 3.
The base member and upper cover member may be made of conventional polymeric materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene or other thermoplastic materials.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

In figures 1 to 5, a tray packaging card for surgical sutures according to one embodiment of the invention is shown, as can be seen in figures 1, 2, 3, having a base member 1 and an upper cover member 2, the base member 1 being seen to have a bottom plate 3, a first outer wall 4 extending inwardly and upwardly along the periphery of the bottom plate 3 at an inclination of about 60 °, and a first inner wall 5 extending vertically upwardly along the bottom plate 3; it can also be seen that the upper cover member 2 has a cover plate 7, a second outer wall 8 extending vertically downwards around the outer periphery of the cover plate 7, and a second inner wall 9 extending vertically downwards around the inner periphery of said cover plate 7, the height of the second inner wall 9 being the sum of the heights of the first outer wall 4 and the second outer wall 8.
The cover plate 7 can be seen to have an empty incoming port 10; the outer surface of the first inner wall 5 is provided with 4 clamping tables 12, the corresponding part of the second inner wall 9 is provided with 4 bayonets 13 penetrating through the inner wall 9, and the clamping tables 12 and the bayonets 13 are used for fixing the first inner wall 5 and the second inner wall 9.

A channel region 11 around which the suture thread is wound is formed between the bottom plate 3, the first outer wall 4, the first inner wall 5, the cover plate 7, the second outer wall 8, and the second inner wall 9.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in order to facilitate sterilization and analysis of ethylene oxide, ventilation holes 16 and 17 are uniformly formed in the channel regions along the suture thread, respectively, on the bottom plate 3 and the cover plate 7, and the ventilation holes may be circular, elliptical, polygonal, etc. and combinations and equivalents thereof.
To facilitate the mounting of the pallet wrapper card of the present invention into a rotatable winding fixture, a number of fixed pin receptacles (not shown) may be provided in the base plate 3.
The tray wrapper of the present invention may be made of conventional polymeric materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene or other thermoplastic materials, may be injection molded, or may be formed by other conventional processes.

When the needle holding forceps are used, medical staff can hold and drag the suture needles one by one, and the suture is pulled out smoothly, so that the medical staff can perform operation conveniently.
