Description

A tray packing card for surgical stylolite
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of packaging boxes, in particular to a tray packaging card for surgical sutures.
Background
The function of the surgical suture and needle packaging is to protect the needle and suture during storage, transport and storage. In addition, it facilitates the smooth release of the needle and suture with minimal force applied during application.
There are two general types of current packaging for surgical sutures, needle or needleless, one being a paper file packaging card that folds and divides medical grade cardboard into a plurality of panels in a particular configuration, then wraps the suture around the panels, and then locks the panels in place using slits and locking tabs cut into the panels to complete the packaging; the other is an oval tray packing card with winding channels on the periphery, and the central part is a needle holding area.
Chinese patent 201521119551.6 discloses a suture tray packing card, which comprises an upper protection plate and a fixed bottom plate connected together, wherein a needle clamping groove is arranged in the middle connection area of the upper protection plate and the fixed bottom plate, a plurality of retention bayonets are arranged on the periphery of the upper protection plate, and a plurality of retention bayonets are arranged on the corresponding fixed bottom plate. Chinese patent 201520584945.2 discloses an inner package for containing multiple medical suture needles with thread, wherein the thread is orderly fixed around the inner frame, and the upper part of the periphery is provided with a plurality of pressing caps to prevent the thread from falling off the inner frame, each needle in the central area is provided with a specific bayonet to arrange the thread and the needle in order. Chinese patent 201811570363.3 discloses a combination package of a base member having a suture track area and an upper lid member, the edges of the package having interlocking barriers.
The above-mentioned prior art packages are complex in structure and, although effective for their intended use, excessive capture reduces assembly efficiency, particularly with these packages having common disadvantages: to prevent the suture from escaping around the package, equivalent bayonet locking structures are used, one situation that may occur is that the suture becomes stuck when the locking structure is closed, resulting in an inability to release upon application.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to overcome the above-mentioned deficiencies of the prior art and to provide a tray package for surgical sutures which is simple in construction and more convenient to wind and pull.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a tray wrapper for a surgical suture is characterized by having a base member and a cover member.
The base component is provided with a bottom plate, a first outer wall is formed by extending inwards and upwards from the periphery of the bottom plate at a certain inclination angle, preferably, the inclination angle can be 45-75 degrees, a first inner wall is formed by extending upwards and vertically from the bottom plate, and a needle holding device is arranged by extending upwards from the bottom plate.
The cover member has a suture passage cover plate extending vertically downward around the outer periphery of the cover plate to form a second outer wall and extending vertically downward around the inner periphery of the cover plate to form a second inner wall, leaving an inlet port open in the cover plate.
The outer diameters of the bottom plate and the cover plate are equal, the free ends of the first outer wall and the second outer wall are located on the same horizontal plane, and the second inner wall is overlapped with the first inner wall.
Because the first outer wall is inclined inwards, a gap for passing the suture is formed between the second outer wall and the first outer wall.
And a passage area for winding the suture is formed among the bottom plate, the first outer wall, the first inner wall, the cover plate, the second outer wall and the second inner wall.
The outer surface of the first inner wall may be provided with a plurality of protruding clamping platforms, the second inner wall may be correspondingly provided with a plurality of bayonets for capturing the clamping platforms, and the first inner wall and the second inner wall are fixed together to form the tray packaging card of the present invention.
The inner surface of the second inner wall may be provided in a stepped shape to be matched with the outer surface and the top surface of the first inner wall, and the outer surface of the second inner wall may be provided in a concave shape.
The needle holding device comprises at least one suture needle clamping groove.
The base plate may also be provided with a flexible resilient plate, the majority of the edge of which is spaced from the base plate 3.
The base member and cover member may be made of conventional polymeric materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene or other thermoplastic materials.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the design of no bayonet at the periphery of the tray packaging card can avoid the situation that the suture line is clamped, and can be more suitable for high-speed winding and assembling of the suture line;
2. the staggered shielding design of the first outer wall and the second outer wall can enclose the suture in the channel area.
3. The concave design of the outer surface of the second inner wall can prevent the suture line from sliding to a gap between the second inner wall and the bottom plate when being pulled and stressed, so that the suture line can be more smoothly drawn;
4. the sewing needle clamping groove clamps the sewing needles with different types by means of elastic deformation of the high polymer material;
5. the movable elastic plate is beneficial for a doctor to lift the tail part of the needle from the bottom plate, and the needle is more convenient to take.
