Abstract
The invention provides a novel medical tongue depressor, which comprises a tongue depressor clamping component and a holding component, wherein the holding component is arranged on the tongue depressor clamping component; the tongue depressor clamping assembly comprises a strip-shaped cabin body, a tongue depressor fixing device and a rotating mechanism, wherein the tongue depressor fixing device is connected to the first end of the strip-shaped cabin body through the rotating mechanism, and the second end of the strip-shaped cabin body is connected with the holding assembly. The novel medical tongue depressor is simple to operate, reliable in performance and capable of effectively reducing resource waste.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a novel medical tongue depressor.
Background
In the current clinical diagnosis of China, the condition of preliminarily judging the illness state by observing the oral cavity of a patient still exists in large quantity, particularly in the otolaryngological department, and a tongue spatula is an indispensable medical instrument in the diagnosis process. At present, most hospitals in China still use disposable tongue depressors made of wood, bamboo or plastic, and the like, and although the disposable tongue depressor effectively solves the sanitary problems of bacterial infection and the like, the disposable tongue depressor has a serious resource waste problem, particularly under the current situation of global resource shortage. Preferably, the rotating mechanism comprises a circular gear, a push-pull rod with saw teeth and two limiters; the circular gear is arranged in the lath-shaped cabin body, the middle part of the circular gear is connected with a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft penetrates out of the lath-shaped cabin body and is connected with the tongue depressor fixing device; the push-pull rod with the sawteeth is arranged in the lath-shaped cabin body, part of the push-pull rod with the sawteeth penetrates through the holding assembly and extends out of the holding assembly, sawteeth are formed on the side part of the push-pull rod with the sawteeth and are meshed with the circular gear through the sawteeth, and a limiting part is formed on the side part of the push-pull rod with the sawteeth; the two limiters are arranged in the holding assembly at intervals, and the limiting part is limited between the two limiters.
Preferably, the holding assembly comprises a cylindrical cabin, a light source control switch, a circuit board and a battery; one end of the cylindrical cabin body is connected with the lath-shaped cabin body, the light source is arranged close to the connection part of the cylindrical cabin body and the lath-shaped cabin body, and the light source is electrically connected with the light source control switch and the battery through the circuit board; the light source control switch and the battery are arranged in the cylindrical cabin body, and the light source control switch is arranged above the outer part of the cylindrical cabin body; the two limit devices are fixed in the cylindrical cabin body at intervals.

After one clinical diagnosis is finished, the circular gear can rotate through pushing or pulling the push-pull rod with the saw teeth, and then the tongue depressor can rotate, so that the other side of the tongue depressor can be used in the next diagnosis, the safety and sanitation problems are avoided, and the use efficiency of the traditional tongue depressor is doubled through the simple and scientific structural operation.
Meanwhile, the tongue depressor with a special shape or material does not need to be prefabricated in a factory, the traditional wooden tongue depressor is still used, and only a holding component and a tongue depressor clamping component which can be used permanently need to be manufactured in the factory, so that the manufacturing cost and the use cost of the tongue depressor can be reduced.

The following description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, with reference to the accompanying drawings, fig. 1 and 2, will provide a better understanding of the function and features of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a novel medical tongue depressor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a tongue depressor holding component 1 and a holding component 2; the tongue depressor clamping assembly 1 comprises a strip-shaped cabin body 11, a tongue depressor fixing device 12 and a rotating mechanism 13, wherein the tongue depressor fixing device 12 is connected to the first end of the strip-shaped cabin body 11 through the rotating mechanism 13, and the second end of the strip-shaped cabin body 11 is connected with the holding assembly 2; the lathy cabin body 11 is divided into a cabin body and a cabin cover, the cabin body is fixedly connected with the front end of the holding component 2, and the cabin cover is connected with the cabin body through a cylindrical clamping groove in a pressing mode.
The rotating mechanism 13 comprises a circular gear 131, a push-pull rod 132 with saw teeth and two stoppers 133; the circular gear 131 is arranged in the lath-shaped cabin body 11, the middle part of the circular gear is connected with a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft penetrates through the lath-shaped cabin body 11 and is connected with the tongue depressor fixing device 12; the push-pull rod 132 with sawteeth is partially arranged in the lathy cabin 11 and partially penetrates through the holding assembly 2 to extend out of the holding assembly 2, sawteeth are formed on the side of the push-pull rod 132 with sawteeth and are meshed with the circular gear 131 through the sawteeth, and a limiting part 134 is formed on the side of the push-pull rod 132 with sawteeth; the two stoppers 133 are disposed in the holding assembly 2 at intervals, and the limiting portion 134 is limited between the two stoppers 133.
The holding assembly 2 comprises a cylindrical cabin 21, a light source 22, a light source control switch 23, a circuit board 24 and a battery 25; one end of the cylindrical cabin 21 is connected with the strip-shaped cabin 11, the light source 22 is arranged near the connection part of the cylindrical cabin 21 and the strip-shaped cabin 11, and the light source 22 is electrically connected with the light source control switch 23 and the battery 25 through the circuit board 24; the light source control switch 23 and the battery 25 are arranged in the cylindrical cabin 21, and the light source control switch 23 is arranged above the outside of the cylindrical cabin 21; two stoppers 133 are fixed in the cylindrical chamber 21 at intervals.
The light source 22 includes an LED illuminator and a light-gathering cover.
The lath-shaped cabin 11, the circular gear 131 and the push-pull rod 132 with sawteeth are made of light-guide PVC materials.

Through the adoption of the rotating mechanism 13, the tongue depressor can be recycled in the clinical diagnosis process by being matched with the traditional wood tongue depressor, and compared with the traditional tongue depressor, the cost is saved by 50%, and the resource waste is greatly reduced. Because the tongue depressor clamping component 1 has a simple structure and is mostly made of transparent PVC material and environment-friendly plastic, fresh and sanitary sensory feeling is brought to patients. Meanwhile, the tongue depressor has better material strength and surface smoothness, so that the whole clinical diagnosis can be safely carried out. The cylindrical cabin body 21 forms a cylindrical handle for being held by a doctor, and the strip-shaped tongue depressor clamping assembly 1 keeps a certain distance between the hand of the doctor and the oral cavity of a patient, does not block the sight of the doctor and is beneficial to diagnosis. The most part of the invention between the light source 22 and the patient's mouth is made of light-transmitting PVC material, so that when the doctor needs the light source 22 to assist the examination, the function of the light source 22 can be exerted to the maximum extent, and the examination efficiency and accuracy can be improved. Therefore, the invention has simple and scientific structure, can effectively reduce the use cost, is easy to operate, can improve the inspection efficiency and effect, and has wide popularization prospect clinically.

A novel medical tongue depressor is characterized by comprising a tongue depressor clamping component and a holding component; the tongue depressor clamping assembly comprises a strip-shaped cabin body, a tongue depressor fixing device and a rotating mechanism, wherein the tongue depressor fixing device is connected to the first end of the strip-shaped cabin body through the rotating mechanism, and the second end of the strip-shaped cabin body is connected with the holding assembly.
