Description

Voice coil cutting machine and operation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of micro-electro-mechanical systems, in particular to a voice coil cutting machine. The invention further relates to a method for operating such a voice coil cutting machine.
Background
The voice coil is a core component of an electrodynamic speaker, and functions to generate a vibration force corresponding to an audio vibration by a magnetic field when an audio current flows through a coil of the voice coil, thereby generating a sound from the audio current.
An important step in the manufacturing process of voice coils is voice coil cutting. The voice coil cutting step is to cut the coil of the voice coil at a designated length and simultaneously peel off the varnish layer of the enameled wire of the coil thereof.
At present, the voice coil cutting step is mainly completed manually. However, the voice coil is cut manually, which has the disadvantages of low efficiency, unclean stripping, inaccurate length, etc.

Starting from the prior art, the object of the present invention is to provide a voice coil cutting machine and a method for operating the same, by means of which voice coils can be cut automatically, efficiently and precisely without manual intervention.
In a first aspect of the present invention, this task is solved by a voice coil cutting machine, wherein a voice coil includes an enameled wire, the voice coil cutting machine comprising:
a stripping mechanism configured to clamp and strip the enamel wire, wherein the stripping mechanism comprises:
a paint stripping clamp configured to be capable of being folded to clamp the enameled wire;
the finger cylinder is connected with the paint stripping clamp to drive the paint stripping clamp to open and close and enable the clamping force of the paint stripping clamp for clamping the paint stripping line to reach the clamping force required by paint stripping; and
a stripping cylinder configured to drive the stripping clamp to move in a first direction so as to move in a second direction
Stripping the enamel of the enameled wire clamped by the enamel stripping clamp; and
a cutting mechanism configured to cut the stripped enamel wire.
In the present application, the term "enameled wire" refers to a wire having a covering, wherein the covering should be understood in a wide range, e.g. it may be a coating applied on the wire or a covering separate from the wire. The term "stripping" refers to at least partially removing the coating of the enamel wire. In the present invention, the term "cylinder" refers to a pneumatic actuator that converts pressure energy of compressed gas into mechanical energy, and covers various types of cylinders. In the present invention, the "holding force required for stripping the enamel" is a holding force to be achieved by the enamel removing jig for holding the enamel wire so as to enable stripping at a predetermined depth. The clamping force required for stripping can be determined according to the type of paint, the tightness of the paint to the wire, and the required stripping depth. Or the clamping force required for stripping paint can also be set above a defined threshold value, so that most types of paint can be cleanly stripped.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cutting mechanism comprises:
a main cylinder configured to move the voice coil in a second direction transverse to the first direction to move the voice coil to the cutting tool;
a cutting tool configured to be capable of cutting the stripped enamel wire; and

In a further embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the method further comprises the following steps:
after the cutting is completed, the cut voice coil is returned to the defined initial position by the main cylinder.
In a further embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the method further comprises the following steps:
pre-shearing the enameled wire of the voice coil; and/or
Contacting an enameled wire of a voice coil with a corrosive agent to corrode a lacquer layer of the enameled wire.
The invention has at least the following beneficial effects: according to the invention, the paint stripping clamp and the finger cylinder are adopted for stripping paint, so that the complicated, low-quality and low-efficiency manual paint stripping is omitted, the uniform and stable clamping force applied to the paint stripping clamp by the finger cylinder realizes a high-efficiency, high-quality and reliable paint stripping procedure, and in addition, the clamping force of the finger cylinder is accurate and adjustable, so that the device can be suitable for the paint stripping operation of various types of enameled wires and can adjust the paint stripping depth.
