4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a confirmation instruction of the user;
and when the timing is stopped according to the confirmation instruction, the accident reminding is cancelled.
5. An automobile accident alarm device, comprising:
the detection module is used for detecting whether the vehicle has an accident or not;
the timing module is used for prompting accident reminding when the vehicle is detected to have an accident and timing the duration of the accident which is not confirmed by a user; and
and the alarm module is used for matching the current alarm interval where the duration is positioned and responding to the alarm action corresponding to the current alarm interval.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the alarm module comprises:
the first alarm unit is used for controlling an alarm device of the vehicle to alarm with first alarm intensity when the current alarm interval is a prompt alarm interval;
the second alarm unit is used for controlling an alarm device of the vehicle to alarm with second alarm intensity when the current alarm interval is a warning alarm interval, wherein the second alarm intensity is greater than the first alarm intensity;
and the third alarm unit is used for sending an alarm signal and rescue information to a preset terminal when the current alarm interval is a rescue alarm interval, wherein the rescue information comprises the current position of the vehicle.
7. The device of claim 5, wherein the timing module is configured to time an occurrence duration of the accident and perform an accident reminding after the occurrence duration reaches a preset reminding duration.
8. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
and the cancellation module is used for receiving the confirmation instruction of the user, and canceling the accident reminding while stopping timing according to the confirmation instruction.
9. A vehicle comprising a vehicle accident warning device according to any one of claims 5 to 8.
