The transformer substation safety control method provided by this embodiment compares a human face of a target person with a stored human face according to acquired biological information, determines whether the target person has a working qualification of current construction operation, detects a body temperature of the target person, and simultaneously identifies a work suit worn by the target person to determine whether the target person meets a standard of entering a transformer substation construction site, when the target person is determined to meet the standard of entering the transformer substation construction site, arranges a fence of the transformer substation construction site by controlling an execution device according to the construction operation information and a transformer substation 3D model, and simultaneously controls a corresponding position in the transformer substation 3D model to synchronously generate the fence, positions the target person of the transformer substation construction site after the fence is arranged by a positioning device provided with a safety helmet, determines a current position of the target person, and simultaneously monitors a working behavior of the target person, and sending out a warning when the working behavior of the target personnel is detected to be illegal and/or the current position of the target personnel exceeds a preset safety position. Compared with the existing transformer substation safety control method which needs manual assistance, the transformer substation safety control method provided by the embodiment automatically identifies the target personnel, controls the execution equipment to arrange the fence of the transformer substation construction site, and gives a warning when the working behavior of the target personnel is monitored to be a violation behavior and/or the current position of the target personnel exceeds the preset safety position, so that the safety control efficiency and the reliability are improved.

Fig. 3 is a structural block diagram of a substation security management and control device according to a third embodiment of the present invention, where the substation security management and control device includes an information obtaining module 310, a feature verification module 320, a fence arrangement module 330, and a monitoring management and control module 340; the information acquisition module 310 is configured to acquire biological characteristic information of a constructor of the transformer substation, construction operation information of the transformer substation, and a 3D model of the transformer substation; the biological characteristic information comprises a human face, iris characteristics, fingerprints and voiceprints; the feature verification module 320 is used for performing biological feature verification on the target personnel according to the biological information, performing body temperature detection on the target personnel, and identifying a work clothes worn by the target personnel to confirm whether the target personnel meet the standards of entering a substation construction site; the fence arrangement module 330 is configured to, when it is determined that the target person meets the standard of entering the substation construction site, arrange the fence of the substation construction site through the control execution device according to the construction operation information and the 3D model of the substation, and simultaneously control the corresponding position in the 3D model of the substation to synchronously generate the fence; the monitoring management and control module 340 is used for positioning target personnel on a transformer substation construction site after the fence is arranged, determining the current position of the target personnel, monitoring the working behavior of the target personnel, and giving a warning when the working behavior of the target personnel is a violation behavior and/or the current position of the target personnel exceeds a preset safety position.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the feature verification module 320 includes a face comparison unit, a person determination unit, and a qualification determination unit; the face comparison unit is used for comparing the face of the target person with the stored face according to the biological information; the personnel determining unit is used for determining that the face recognition is passed if the face of the target personnel is in the stored faces, and determining the target personnel as constructors; the qualification determining unit is used for comparing the personnel identity information corresponding to the face of the target personnel passing the face recognition with the stored operation information of the current construction operation to determine whether the target personnel has the work qualification of the current construction operation; wherein, the operation information comprises the personnel identity information of the operation qualification.
In an implementation mode, the transformer substation safety management and control device further comprises a prompt warning module, the prompt warning module is used for sending prompt information for getting and wearing a safety helmet if the body temperature of the target person is normal and the working clothes worn by the target person are identified to be the working clothes required to be worn in the current construction, and corresponding warning is sent if the body temperature of the target person is abnormal and/or the working clothes are not worn by the target person.
Preferably, the safety helmet is provided with a positioning device, and the monitoring management and control module 340 comprises a position determination unit and a warning snapshot unit; the position determining unit is used for positioning target personnel on a transformer substation construction site after the fence is arranged through a positioning device arranged on the safety helmet, and determining the current position of the target personnel; the warning snapshot unit is used for sending out a warning when the current position of the target person exceeds the preset safety position and controlling the camera to automatically snapshot the target person.
In one embodiment, the monitoring management and control module 340 includes a continuous warning unit, and the continuous warning unit is configured to issue a corresponding warning if at least one violation behavior of overspeed driving of a construction vehicle, taking off of a safety helmet, taking off of a work clothes, single-person working and crossing of a fence by a target person is monitored; and after the warning is sent out, if the target personnel still have the violation behaviors, continuing to warn until the target personnel have no violation behaviors.
Preferably, the substation safety control device further comprises a deduction prompting module, wherein the deduction prompting module is used for automatically deducting target personnel with illegal activities and sending a network access prohibition prompt to personnel with scores lower than a preset score threshold.
The transformer substation safety control device provided by the embodiment and the transformer substation safety control method provided by any embodiment of the invention belong to the same inventive concept, have corresponding beneficial effects, and detailed technical details in the embodiment are not referred to in the transformer substation safety control method provided by any embodiment of the invention.

Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a transformer substation safety management and control system according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, where the transformer substation safety management and control system includes: the safety control device for the transformer substation comprises a controller 10 and a camera 20, wherein the controller 10 is electrically connected with the camera 20, and the safety control device 11 for the transformer substation is integrated in the controller 10.
The controller 10 may monitor the working behavior of the target person in real time through the camera 20 to issue a warning when the working behavior of the target person is monitored to be a violation behavior, and may further be provided with a collector to collect biological characteristic information of the constructor.
Optionally, the substation safety management and control system further includes an execution device 30, the execution device 30 is electrically connected to the controller 10, and the execution device 30 is configured to arrange the fence of the substation construction site through control of the controller 10.
Specifically, the execution device 30 arranges the fence on the transformer substation construction site as a lifting fence under the control of the controller 10, the transformer substation safety management and control system further includes a positioning device 40, the positioning device 40 is electrically connected with the controller 10, the positioning device 40 can be arranged on a helmet worn by a constructor, and can be a GPS positioner, so as to position the constructor on the construction site, and the controller 10 can give a warning when the current position of the monitored target person exceeds a preset safety position.

Claims (10)

1. A transformer substation safety control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring biological characteristic information of constructors of the transformer substation, construction operation information of the transformer substation and a 3D model of the transformer substation; wherein the biological characteristic information comprises a human face, iris characteristics, a fingerprint and a voiceprint;
according to the biological information, performing biological feature verification on the target personnel, performing body temperature detection on the target personnel, and identifying a work clothes worn by the target personnel to confirm whether the target personnel meet the standard of entering a transformer substation construction site;
when the target personnel are confirmed to meet the standard of entering a transformer substation construction site, arranging a fence of the transformer substation construction site through control execution equipment according to the construction operation information and the transformer substation 3D model, and simultaneously controlling a corresponding position in the transformer substation 3D model to synchronously generate the fence;
positioning target personnel on a transformer substation construction site after the fence is arranged, determining the current position of the target personnel, monitoring the working behavior of the target personnel, and giving a warning when the working behavior of the target personnel is monitored to be a violation behavior and/or the current position of the target personnel exceeds a preset safety position.
2. The substation safety management and control method according to claim 1, wherein the performing biometric verification on the target person according to the biometric information comprises:
comparing the face of the target person with the stored face according to the biological information;
if the face of the target person is in the stored faces, determining that the face recognition is passed, and determining that the target person is a constructor;
comparing the personnel identity information corresponding to the face of the target personnel passing the face recognition with the stored operation information of the current construction operation to determine whether the target personnel has the work qualification of the current construction operation; wherein, the operation information comprises personnel identity information of operation qualification.
3. The substation safety management and control method according to claim 1, wherein after the detecting the body temperature of the target person and identifying the work clothes worn by the target person, the method comprises the following steps:
if the body temperature of the target person is detected to be normal and the work clothes worn by the target person are identified to be the work clothes required to be worn in the current construction, prompt information for getting and wearing the safety helmet is sent, and if the body temperature of the target person is detected to be abnormal and/or the target person is identified not to wear the work clothes, corresponding warning is sent.

The substation safety management and control method according to claim 3, wherein the safety helmet is provided with a positioning device for positioning target personnel on the substation construction site after the fence arrangement, determining the current position of the target personnel, and issuing a warning when the current position of the target personnel is detected to exceed a preset safety position, and the method comprises the following steps:
positioning target personnel on the transformer substation construction site after the fence is arranged through a positioning device arranged on the safety helmet, and determining the current positions of the target personnel;
and when the current position of the target person exceeds the preset safety position, warning is sent out, and the camera is controlled to automatically shoot the target person.
5. The substation safety management and control method according to claim 1, wherein the issuing of the warning when the monitoring that the working behavior of the target person is a violation behavior comprises:
if at least one violation behavior of overspeed driving of a construction vehicle, taking off a safety helmet, taking off a work clothes, working by a single person and crossing a fence by a target person is monitored, corresponding warning is sent;
and after the warning is sent out, if the target personnel still have the violation behaviors, continuing to warn until the target personnel have no violation behaviors.
6. The substation safety management and control method according to claim 1, wherein after the warning is issued, the method comprises:
and automatically deducting target personnel with the illegal chapter behaviors, and sending a network access prohibition prompt to personnel with the scores lower than a preset score threshold value.

and the monitoring control module is used for positioning target personnel on the transformer substation construction site after the fence is arranged, determining the current position of the target personnel, monitoring the working behavior of the target personnel, and giving a warning when the working behavior of the target personnel is a violation behavior and/or the current position of the target personnel exceeds a preset safety position.
