All other embodiments that can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort fall within the scope of protection of one or more embodiments of the present specification.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present description are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
At present, enterprises begin to monitor domestic public opinion conditions. The pages of the monitoring system for domestic public sentiment usually contain a large amount of chart data, which is not beneficial for the user to visually know the concerned national public sentiment information, and the accuracy of the foreign public sentiment analysis result generated by using the monitoring system for domestic public sentiment is poor, so that the user demand cannot be met.
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the scheme provides the following embodiments:
fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a public opinion displaying method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. From the viewpoint of the program, the execution subject of the flow may be a program installed in the application server.
As shown in fig. 1, the process may include the following steps:
step 102: and acquiring a public opinion query instruction input by a user, wherein the public opinion query instruction is used for querying public opinion information of a specified risk type of a first target country.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the public opinion information refers to information obtained by collecting, sorting and analyzing public opinion data published by people, enterprises or media to objectively reflect the public opinion state. In practical applications, different public opinion data reflect different problems, and therefore, risk identification can be performed on the public opinion data to determine the risk type corresponding to the public opinion data. And generating public sentiment information displayed for the user according to the public sentiment data of the designated risk type.
In the embodiment of the specification, the user can select the country to which the public opinion information to be displayed belongs and the corresponding risk type by himself or herself according to actual needs, so that the user experience and the practicability of the public opinion displaying method are improved.
Step 104: and responding to the public opinion query instruction, and acquiring public opinion data of the specified risk type of the first target country.
In the embodiment of the specification, according to a public opinion query instruction input by a user, public opinion information indicated and displayed by the user can be determined to be public opinion information of a specified risk type of a first target country. The public opinion information of the designated risk type of the first target country is obtained by analyzing and processing the public opinion data of the designated risk type of the first target country. Therefore, it is necessary to acquire public opinion data of a specified risk type of the first target country. In practical applications, the first target country may comprise at least one country. When the first target country is a plurality of countries, public opinion data of a designated risk type of each first target country needs to be acquired.
In this embodiment, step 104 may specifically include:
and searching public opinion data of the designated risk type of the first target country from a database, wherein the public opinion data of a plurality of countries including the first target country, which is acquired by using a web crawler technology, is stored in the database.
In the embodiment of the present specification, public sentiment texts published by people, enterprises or media acquired from websites of various countries by using a web crawler technology, and risk type identifications corresponding to the public sentiment texts, which are obtained by performing risk identification on the public sentiment texts, are stored in a database. When public opinion data of a specified risk type of a first target country is obtained in response to a public opinion query instruction, public opinion texts which are stored in a database and carry an identification of the specified risk type and are obtained from a website of the first target country can be searched. The website of the first target country may be a website in which an IP address (Internet protocol address) of the website is located in the first target country. The websites may include enterprise websites, transaction websites, news websites, search websites, social networking websites, and the like.
In practical applications, there are various implementation manners for determining the risk type corresponding to the public opinion text.
The first realization mode is as follows: the public opinion text sample can be used as the input of the wind control model, the predetermined preset risk type corresponding to the public opinion text sample is used as the output of the wind control model, and the wind control model is trained to obtain the trained wind control model. Therefore, the trained wind control model can be used for carrying out risk identification on the public opinion texts crawled by the web crawler technology in the database so as to determine the preset risk types corresponding to the public opinion texts.
The second implementation mode is as follows: the keywords corresponding to each preset risk type may be predetermined. And determining a preset risk type corresponding to the public opinion text according to keywords contained in the public opinion text crawled by using a web crawler technology in a database. For example, assume that the preset risk types include both "account theft" and "fraud". The keywords corresponding to the "account theft" risk type are: embezzling, balance evaporation and high-frequency consumption. The keywords corresponding to the "fraud" risk types are: spam, fraud, false information. When a public opinion text in the database is "money in my payment application account is stolen", because the public opinion text contains a keyword of "stolen brushing", it can be known that the preset risk type corresponding to the public opinion text is account stealing.
In practical applications, the acquired public opinion data of the specified risk type of the first target country is usually public opinion data issued by the user within a specified time period, or public opinion data stored to the database within a specified time period, in response to the public opinion query instruction.
Specifically, the database may further store the release time of each public opinion text by the user, or the database may further store the time (i.e., the storage time) when each public opinion text is stored in the database. When public opinion data of a designated risk type of a first target country is obtained in response to a public opinion query instruction, public opinion texts of the first target country, which are stored in a database and have a release time within a designated time period and carry a mark of the designated risk type, can be searched. Or when the publication time of the public opinion text is not stored in the database, the public opinion text of the first target country, which is stored in the database at the time within the specified time period and carries the identifier of the specified risk type, may be searched.
The specified time period may be a preset time period or a time period selected by the user. For example, when the preset time period is the last week, public opinion data of the specified risk type of the first target country within the last week may be automatically searched in response to the public opinion query instruction. Alternatively, when the user selects a time period from 11/h 1/2019 to 11/h 10/2019 by himself, in response to the public opinion query instruction, public opinion data of a designated risk type in the first target country from 11/h 1/2019 to 11/h 10/2019 may be searched. It is known that the public opinion query instruction input by the user may be specifically used for querying the public opinion information of the specified risk type in the specified time period of the first target country.
In the embodiment of the description, the public opinion data of a plurality of countries are stored by using the database, when the public opinion query instruction input by the user is obtained, the public opinion data of the designated risk type of the first target country can be directly searched from the database without obtaining the public opinion data of the first target country in real time, and the risk identification processing is not required to be performed on the public opinion data, so that the computing resources of the server required by the public opinion display method can be reduced, and the operation efficiency of the public opinion display method can be improved. And because a large amount of public opinion data are stored in the database, the accuracy of the public opinion information of the first target country obtained based on the public opinion data in the database is better.
In an embodiment of the present specification, the public opinion data stored in the database may be public opinion data obtained by using a web crawler technology, where the public opinion data includes a preset keyword, and the preset keyword is obtained by clustering public opinion texts related to a target payment application by using a clustering model.
In the embodiment of the specification, a web crawler technology can be used for crawling public opinion texts containing preset keywords from websites of various countries. The preset keywords are related to the application scene of the public opinion display scheme.
For example, when public sentiment related to the target payment application needs to be monitored, the preset keywords may be obtained by clustering public sentiment texts related to the target payment application by using a clustering model. When public sentiments of the tariff of the target commodity need to be monitored, the preset keywords can be obtained by clustering public sentiment texts related to the tariff of the target commodity by using a clustering model. The preset keywords may be determined according to actual requirements, and therefore, in the embodiment of the present specification, the content of the preset keywords is not specifically limited.
In the embodiment of the specification, the public opinion texts related to the focus of interest of the user are clustered by using the clustering model to obtain the preset keywords, and the public opinion data including the preset keywords are stored in the database, so that the accuracy of the public opinion data stored in the database is improved, and the accuracy and the effectiveness of the public opinion information displayed by the public opinion displaying method are further improved.
Step 106: and determining the public opinion quantity grade of the first target country according to the public opinion data.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the public opinion quantity grade of the first target country may be determined according to the quantity of the public opinion data obtained in step 104 and the value range corresponding to each preset public opinion quantity grade. For example, if the number of public sentiments data is within 100, the corresponding public sentiment number is ranked 4; when the number of the public sentiment data is 101-500, the corresponding public sentiment number grade is 3 grade; when the number of the public sentiment data is 501-1000, the corresponding public sentiment number grade is 2 grade; when the number of public sentiments is more than 1000, the corresponding public sentiment number is ranked as 1. Assuming that the number of pieces of public opinion data acquired in step 104 is 320, the level of the number of public opinions of the first target country may be 2.
In practical applications, when there are a plurality of first target countries, the public opinion quantity level of each first target country is determined according to the quantity of the public opinion data of each first target country obtained in step 104. For example, assuming that the first target country is russia and australia and the number of the russian public opinion data acquired in step 104 is 320, the russian public opinion number may be ranked as 2. If the number of pieces of australian public opinion data acquired in step 104 is 20, the level of australian public opinion number may be 4.
Step 108: and determining a first display effect corresponding to the public opinion quantity grade.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, display effects corresponding to respective public sentiment quantity levels may be preset, so that a first display effect corresponding to a public sentiment quantity level of a first target country may be determined according to preset information. In practical applications, when there are a plurality of first target countries, the display effect corresponding to the public sentiment quantity level of each first target country is determined according to the public sentiment quantity level of each first target country.
Step 110: and displaying the display area of the first target country on the map with the first display effect.
In the embodiment of the present specification, when there are a plurality of first target countries, the display area of each first target country on the map may be displayed according to the display effect corresponding to the public opinion quantity level of each first target country. Therefore, the user can intuitively know public opinion information of the designated risk types of the first target countries.
It should be understood that the order of some steps in the method described in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure may be interchanged according to actual needs, or some steps may be omitted or deleted.
The method in fig. 1, acquiring public opinion data of a designated risk type of a first target country by responding to a public opinion query instruction input by a user; determining a public sentiment quantity grade of a first target country according to the public sentiment data; and displaying a display area of a first target country on the map with a first display effect corresponding to the public sentiment quantity level. Therefore, the user can intuitively know the quantity grade of public sentiments of the specified risk type of the first target country, and the use convenience is good.
Based on the process of fig. 1, some specific embodiments of the process are also provided in the examples of this specification, which are described below.
To facilitate the user to intuitively understand the public opinion information of the specified risk type of the first target country, step 110: there may be multiple implementations when displaying the display area of the first target country on the map.
First implementation, step 110: displaying the display area of the first target country on the map with the first display effect may specifically include:
marking the public opinion quantity grade at a display position of the first target country on a map.
In this implementation, a character tagging manner may be adopted to display public opinion information of a specified risk type of the first target country. Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a page where a map for showing public opinion information is located according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Assume that the first target country includes russia and australia, where russia is rated at a level of 2 for public sentiment and australia is rated at a level of 4 for public sentiment. When the russian and australian public opinion information is displayed according to the present implementation, as shown in fig. 2, a public opinion number rating 206 (i.e., level 2) may be marked at a russian position 204 in a map 203. And a public opinion score 207 for australia (i.e. level 4) is marked at australian location 205 in map 203.
Second implementation, step 110: displaying the display area of the first target country on the map with the first display effect may specifically include:
and displaying the display area of the first target country on the map according to a first color.
In this implementation, the color corresponding to each level of the number of predetermined public opinions may be specified in advance. For example, it is assumed that the colors corresponding to the public opinion number levels 1 to 4 are red, purple, yellow, and green, respectively. When the first target country includes russia and australia, and the level of the amount of russia is 2 and the level of the amount of australia is 4, the russia display area 204 in the map 203 may be made purple, and the australia display area 206 in the map 203 may be made green.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the display area of the first target country on the map is displayed according to the public opinion information of the designated risk type of the first target country by means of character marking or setting a display color, so that the user can quickly and intuitively know the public opinion information of the first target country, and the improvement of user experience is facilitated.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the map for displaying public opinion information may display, in addition to the region where the first target country is located, the region where countries other than the first target country are located in the map. Since the user does not indicate to show public opinion information of countries other than the first target country, the display area of the countries other than the first target country on the map may be displayed with a display effect different from the first display effect. Therefore, on the basis that the user can directly know the public opinion information of the first target country, the user can know the relative geographic position of the countries, and the user experience is improved.
Therefore, the public opinion displaying method in fig. 1 may further include: and displaying a display area of a country other than the first target country on the map with a second display effect. The second display effect is different from the first display effect.
Specifically, the display area on the map of the country other than the first target country may be displayed at the second brightness. Displaying the display area of the first target country on the map according to first brightness; the second brightness is less than the first brightness.
In the embodiment of the description, the display area of the first target country indicating the public opinion information to be displayed by the user in the map is displayed with higher brightness, and the display area of the countries other than the first target country in the map is displayed with lower brightness, so that the position of the first target country is highlighted, the user can conveniently and visually know the public opinion information of the first target country, and the public opinion display method is further favorable for improving the use convenience.
In the embodiment of the specification, the user can select the designated risk type and the country corresponding to the public opinion information to be displayed by himself. Step 102: the method for acquiring the public opinion query instruction input by the user specifically includes:
identifying the selection operation of a user on a preset country group and a preset risk type to obtain an identification result; the preset country group comprises at least one country; and determining the public opinion query instruction input by the user according to the identification result.
Wherein, according to the recognition result, determine the public opinion inquiry command input by the user, specifically may include:
and determining a first target country according to the preset country group selected by the user, wherein the first target country is all countries in the preset country group selected by the user.
And determining a designated risk type according to the preset risk type selected by the user, wherein the designated risk type comprises all the preset risk types selected by the user.
And determining the public opinion query instruction input by the user according to the first target country and the designated risk type.
In an embodiment of the present specification, each preset country group may be displayed in a page where the map is located, and the user may perform a selection operation on each preset country group to select a first target country corresponding to public opinion information to be displayed. As shown in fig. 2, a preset country group 201 is displayed on a page of the map 203, and the preset country group 201 includes two countries, namely russia, australia and the like. When the user performs a selection operation on the preset country group 201, russia and australia may be jointly determined as the first target country. The map 203 also includes a custom control 202 in the page, and the user can add a preset country group by triggering the custom control 202. Alternatively, the user may select the first target country by himself by triggering the customization control 202.
In this embodiment of the present specification, each preset risk type (not shown in fig. 2) may be further displayed in the page where the map is located, and the user may further perform a selection operation on each preset risk type to select a designated risk type corresponding to the public opinion information to be displayed. Wherein the preset risk type should be the same as the risk type of the public opinion text in the database.
In the embodiment of the specification, the user can select the designated risk type and the country corresponding to the public opinion information to be displayed according to the actual requirement, so that the use convenience of the public opinion displaying method is improved.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the user may also need to browse public sentiment texts published by citizens, enterprises or media of certain countries to further understand the public sentiment information of the countries. Therefore, the public opinion displaying method in fig. 1 may further include:
and acquiring a public opinion text search instruction input by a user, wherein the public opinion text search instruction is used for searching a public opinion text containing a keyword appointed by the user in a second target country. The second target country may or may not be the same as the first target country.
And responding to the public opinion text searching instruction, searching the public opinion text containing the keywords appointed by the user in the second target country, and obtaining a searching result.
And displaying the search result in the area outside the map in the page of the map.
In the embodiment of the specification, on the page of the map for displaying the public opinion information, the public opinion text searched by the user based on the public opinion text search instruction can be displayed. Fig. 3 is a schematic view of a page where a map for showing public opinion information is located according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3. The public opinion information display method comprises the following steps that: the public opinion information display method comprises a map 301 for displaying public opinion information, a search control 302 and a public opinion text display area 303.
In practical applications, the user can input a public opinion text search instruction by inputting a specified keyword in the search control 302. The apparatus may display the public opinion text including the designated keyword input by the user in the public opinion text display region 303 of the searched first target country in response to the public opinion text search instruction. At this time, the second target country is the same as the first target country. Thereby facilitating the user to learn public opinion texts published by the masses in the first target country.
Alternatively, the user may search for public opinion text containing "specified keyword" of a specified country, which may be a different country from the first target country, through the search control 302. Therefore, public opinion text display modes are diversified, and the user requirements are met.
In practical application, even if a public opinion text search instruction input by a user is not acquired, the public opinion text can be displayed in a page where a map for displaying public opinion information is located.
Specifically, step 102: after obtaining public opinion data of a specified risk type of the first target country, the method may further include:
and displaying the public opinion data in an area outside the map in the page where the map is located.
And when the preset updating time is reached, updating public opinion data displayed in the area except the map in the page where the map is located.
When the preset update time is reached, public opinion data displayed in an area other than the map on the page where the map is located is updated, which specifically includes:
and sequencing the public opinion texts of the designated risk types of the first target country in the database according to the sequence of the data release time from near to far to obtain the sequenced public opinion texts.

The foregoing description has been directed to specific embodiments of this disclosure. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims may be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean expression Language), ahdl (alternate Language Description Language), traffic, pl (core universal programming Language), HDCal (jhdware Description Language), lang, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardward Description Language (vhr Description Language), and vhjrag-Language (Hardware Description Language), which are currently used by most commonly. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, AtmelAT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
