Abstract

Referring to fig. 7, it is a block diagram of a legal data query device provided in this embodiment.
The legal data query provided by this embodiment is applied to the legal and legal regulation database constructed by the construction apparatus of the legal database described in the above embodiment, and the query apparatus includes:
a content acquisition unit 201, an inquiry unit 202, and a display unit 203;
the content acquiring unit 201 is used for acquiring search content input by a user;
the query unit 202 is configured to query the legal database according to search content input by a user, so as to obtain the first legal and legal object matched with the search content;
the display unit 203 is configured to obtain the second law and regulation object according to the first law and regulation object and the association relationship, and display the first law and regulation object and the second law and regulation object.
Optionally, the search content includes a target keyword, and the first legal and legal object relates to the target keyword, the querying unit 202 is specifically configured to:
inquiring from the legal database according to the target keyword input by the user to obtain a target keyword object; and obtaining the first law and regulation object according to the incidence relation between the target keyword object and the first law and regulation object.
The construction device of the legal database and the legal data inquiry device respectively comprise a processor and a memory, the object acquisition unit 101, the first association unit 102, the content acquisition unit 201, the inquiry unit 202 and the display unit 203 are all stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be set to be one or more, and the retrieval efficiency is improved by adjusting the kernel parameters.
The memory may include volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), and the memory includes at least one memory chip.
In the embodiment, by associating the laws and regulations belonging to one law and regulation and storing the association relationship in the law database, when the user searches the first law and regulation object, the second law and regulation object can be quickly found according to the association relationship between the first law and regulation object and the second law and regulation object, the whole law database does not need to be traversed for searching, and the searching efficiency is improved.
An embodiment of the application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform program code for initializing the following method steps when executed on a data processing device:
acquiring a first law and regulation object and a second law and regulation object, wherein the first law and regulation object and the second law and regulation object belong to the same law and regulation;
and associating the first legal and legal regulation object with the second legal and regulation object, and storing the association relationship in a legal database.
An embodiment of the application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform program code for initializing the following method steps when executed on a data processing device:
acquiring search content input by a user;
inquiring from the legal database according to search content input by a user to obtain the first legal and legal object matched with the search content;
and obtaining the second law and regulation object according to the first law and regulation object and the incidence relation, and displaying the first law and regulation object and the second law and regulation object.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, apparatus, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present application is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the application. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to function in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including instruction means which implement the function specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). The memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.

Claims (10)
1. A method of construction of a legal database, the method comprising:
acquiring a first law and regulation object and a second law and regulation object, wherein the first law and regulation object and the second law and regulation object belong to the same law and regulation;
associating the first legal and legal regulation object with the second legal and regulation object, and storing the association relationship in a legal database;
the first law and regulation object is obtained according to a first law and regulation text, and the second law and regulation object is obtained according to a second law and regulation text;
the first law and regulation text and the second law and regulation text belong to the same law and are different in version; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the first and second law text belong to the same law, the versions of the first and second law text are the same, and the first and second law text are disclosed differently.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first and/or second law object includes at least one of the following types of objects:
attribute information, chapter, section, bar, money, and item of law and regulation.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the attribute information of the legal regulations includes at least one of:
the name, letter number, effective date, efficacy level, timeliness, revision date, release date, and release unit of the law and regulation.
4. A method according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the method further comprises:
acquiring a first law and regulation text and a second law and regulation text;
analyzing the first law and regulation text to obtain a first law and regulation object;
and analyzing the second law and regulation text to obtain the second law and regulation object.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein if the first legal and legal object includes at least two different types, the method further comprises:
associating the first legal and legal objects according to grades and/or contents, and storing the first legal and legal objects in the legal database;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
if the second law object includes at least two different types, the method further includes:
and associating the second legal and legal objects according to grades and/or contents, and storing the second legal and legal objects in the legal database.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
determining keywords in the first law and regulation text and/or the second law and regulation text, and constructing keyword objects according to the keywords;
if the first law and regulation object relates to the keyword, associating the first law and regulation object with the keyword object and storing the first law and regulation object in the law database;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and if the second law and regulation object relates to the keyword, associating the second law and regulation object with the keyword object and storing the second law and regulation object in the law database.
7. A legal data query method applied to a legal database constructed by the construction method of a legal database according to any one of claims 1 to 6, the legal database query method comprising:
acquiring search content input by a user;
inquiring from the legal database according to search content input by a user to obtain the first legal and legal object matched with the search content;
and obtaining the second law and regulation object according to the first law and regulation object and the incidence relation, and displaying the first law and regulation object and the second law and regulation object.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the search content includes a target keyword and the first legal object relates to the target keyword, wherein querying from the legal database according to the search content input by the user to obtain the first legal object matching the search content comprises:
inquiring from the legal database according to the target keyword input by the user to obtain a target keyword object;
and obtaining the first law and regulation object according to the incidence relation between the target keyword object and the first law and regulation object.
9. An apparatus for building a legal database, the apparatus comprising: an object acquisition unit and a first association unit;
wherein the object acquiring unit is configured to acquire a first law and regulation object and a second law and regulation object, the first law and regulation object and the second law and regulation object belonging to the same law and regulation;
the first association unit is used for associating the first legal and legal regulation object with the second legal and legal regulation object and storing the association relationship in a legal database;
the first law and regulation object is obtained according to a first law and regulation text, and the second law and regulation object is obtained according to a second law and regulation text;
the first law and regulation text and the second law and regulation text belong to the same law and are different in version; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the first and second law text belong to the same law, the versions of the first and second law text are the same, and the first and second law text are disclosed differently.
10. A legal data inquiry apparatus applied to the legal regulation database constructed by the legal database construction apparatus of claim 9, the inquiry apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a content acquisition unit, an inquiry unit and a display unit;
the content acquisition unit is used for acquiring search content input by a user;
the query unit is used for querying from the law database according to search content input by a user to obtain the first law and regulation object matched with the search content;
the display unit is used for obtaining the second law and regulation object according to the first law and regulation object and the incidence relation, and displaying the first law and regulation object and the second law and regulation object.
