a judging unit 46, configured to judge whether the law and regulation includes an accessory according to an accessory identifier after the storage unit 41 stores the order of the clause items of the law and regulation into a preset array; wherein the accessory identification is a unique identification of the accessory contained in the legal and legal regulations;

Further, as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes:
a third determination unit 48 configured to determine whether or not the accessory title complies with a preset law and regulation title rule after the acquisition unit 47 acquires the accessory title of the accessory;
an ignoring unit 49 configured to ignore the accessory when the third determining unit 48 determines that the accessory title does not comply with a preset law and regulation title rule;
a fourth determining unit 410, configured to determine an association relationship between the legal regulation and the accessory when the third determining unit 48 determines that the accessory title complies with a preset legal regulation title rule.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus further includes:
the generating unit 411 is configured to generate a preset matching rule according to the feature keywords corresponding to the compiling, chapter, section, bar and money before the traversing unit 43 traverses the preset array from the first to the last of the entry based on the preset matching rule, where the preset matching rule includes a first matching rule, a second matching rule, a third matching rule, a fourth matching rule and a fifth matching rule; wherein,
the first matching rule is a corresponding matching rule compiled in the laws and regulations;
the second matching rule is a matching rule corresponding to the chapter in the laws and regulations;
the third matching rule is a matching rule corresponding to the legal regulation middle section;
the fourth matching rule is a matching rule corresponding to the legal regulation clause;
and the fifth matching rule is a matching rule corresponding to the money in the law and regulation.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the second determining unit 44 includes:
the obtaining module 441 is configured to obtain the money from the preset array;
a matching module 442, configured to match the preset matching rule with the clause item;
a determining module 443, configured to determine an association relationship between a compilation, a chapter, a section, a bar, and a money in the slip after the matching module 442 matches the preset matching rule with the slip; and repeating the step of obtaining the clause item from the preset array until the last clause item is obtained.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the matching module 442 includes:
the matching sub-module 4421 is configured to match five matching rules included in the preset matching rule with the money;
a first determining sub-module 4422, configured to determine a matching rule matching the clause item from the five matching rules;
the second determining submodule 4423 is configured to determine, according to the determined matching rule, an association relationship between a compilation, a chapter, a section, a bar, and a money in the bar money.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus further includes:
a filtering unit 412, configured to filter the invalid flag in the law and regulation before the storing unit 41 stores the order of the clause items of the law and regulation into a preset array; wherein the invalid mark comprises a line feed character and a space.
Further, the association relationship among the editing, chapter, section, bar and money in the money is the parent-child relationship among the editing, chapter, section, bar and money in the money; and the parent-child relationship levels corresponding to the edition, chapter, section, bar and section in the laws and regulations are sequentially from high to low.
The device for establishing the incidence relation of the law and regulation clauses stores the clause sequence of the law and regulation into the preset array, wherein the clause is the corresponding edition, chapter, section, clause and clause in the law and regulation, the storage positions of the first clause and the last clause in the preset array of the law and regulation are determined according to the law and regulation identification, the preset array is traversed from the position corresponding to the first clause to the storage position corresponding to the last clause based on the preset matching rule, the incidence relation among the edition, chapter, section, clause and clause in the clause is determined, and the incidence relation is stored; compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention establishes the incidence relation among the codes, the chapters, the sections, the bars and the money by analyzing and processing the laws and regulations so as to quickly locate the specific contents of the laws and regulations when a user inquires the laws and regulations of the laws and regulations and improve the retrieval efficiency of obtaining the laws and regulations.

In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). The memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in the process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

Claims (12)
1. A method for establishing an incidence relation of legal and legal clauses and clauses is characterized by comprising the following steps:
storing the sequence of clauses and clauses of the laws and regulations into a preset array, wherein the clauses and clauses are corresponding edits, chapters, sections, clauses and money in the laws and regulations;
determining the storage positions of the first and last items of the laws and regulations in the preset array according to the laws and regulations identification; wherein the legal regulation mark is the only mark information of the legal regulation;
traversing the preset array from the storage position corresponding to the first entry to the storage position corresponding to the last entry based on a preset matching rule, and determining the incidence relation among the edition, the seal, the section, the bar and the money in the entries; the preset matching rules are matching rules for matching the edition, the chapter, the section, the bar and the money in the bar money and correspond to the edition, the chapter, the section, the bar and the money in the bar money one by one;
and storing the association relation.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after storing the sequence of clause items of the laws and regulations in a preset array, the method further comprises:
judging whether the laws and regulations contain accessories or not according to the accessory identification; wherein the accessory identification is a unique identification of the accessory contained in the legal and legal regulations;
if the accessory is determined to be contained in the law and regulation, acquiring an accessory title of the accessory;
determining, according to the law and regulation identifier, storage positions of the first and last items of law and regulation in the preset array respectively includes:
and if the accessory is determined not to be included in the legal regulation, determining the storage positions of the first and the last items of the legal regulation in the preset array according to the legal regulation identification.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after obtaining the attachment title for the attachment, the method comprises:
determining whether the accessory title meets preset legal title rules;
if the accessory title is determined not to accord with the preset law and regulation title rule, the accessory is ignored;
and if the accessory title is determined to accord with the preset law and regulation title rule, determining the association relationship between the law and regulation and the accessory.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein before traversing the preset array from the first to the last of the funds based on a preset matching rule, the method further comprises:
generating the preset matching rules according to the feature keywords corresponding to the editing, stamping, section, bar and money, wherein the preset matching rules comprise a first matching rule, a second matching rule, a third matching rule, a fourth matching rule and a fifth matching rule; wherein,
the first matching rule is a corresponding matching rule compiled in the laws and regulations;
the second matching rule is a matching rule corresponding to the chapter in the laws and regulations;
the third matching rule is a matching rule corresponding to the legal regulation middle section;
the fourth matching rule is a matching rule corresponding to the legal regulation clause;
and the fifth matching rule is a matching rule corresponding to the money in the law and regulation.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein determining the association relationship between the programs, chapters, sections, bars and money in the money item comprises:
obtaining the money from the preset array;
matching the preset matching rule with the clause item, and determining the incidence relation among the edition, the chapter, the section, the bar and the money in the clause item; and repeating the step of obtaining the clause item from the preset array until the last clause item is obtained.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein matching the preset matching rule with the clause item and determining the association relationship between the programs, chapters, sections, bars and money in the clause item comprises:
matching five matching rules contained in the preset matching rules with the money items respectively;
determining a matching rule matched with the clause item from the five matching rules;
and determining the incidence relation among the editing, sealing, section, bar and money in the bar money according to the determined matching rule.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein prior to storing the sequence of terms of the laws and regulations in the preset array, the method further comprises:
filtering invalid marks in the laws and regulations; wherein the invalid mark comprises a line feed character and a space.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1-3 and 5-7, wherein the association relationship among the codings, chapters, sections, bars and money in the entry is a parent-child relationship among the codings, chapters, sections, bars and money in the entry; and the parent-child relationship levels corresponding to the edition, chapter, section, bar and section in the laws and regulations are sequentially from high to low.
9. An apparatus for establishing an association relationship between legal and legal provisions, comprising:
the storage unit is used for storing the sequence of the clauses and the clauses of the laws and regulations into a preset array, wherein the clauses and the clauses are corresponding plaiting, chaptering, sections, clauses and money in the laws and regulations;
the first determining unit is used for determining the storage positions of the first and the last items of the laws and regulations in the preset array according to the laws and regulations identification; wherein the legal regulation mark is the only mark information of the legal regulation;
the traversing unit is used for traversing the preset array from the storage position corresponding to the first money to the storage position corresponding to the last money based on a preset matching rule; the preset matching rules are matching rules for matching the edition, the chapter, the section, the bar and the money in the bar money and correspond to the edition, the chapter, the section, the bar and the money in the bar money one by one;
the second determining unit is used for determining the incidence relation among the edition, the seal, the section, the bar and the money in the bar money after the traversing unit traverses the preset array;
a storage unit, configured to store the association relationship determined by the second determining unit.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
the judging unit is used for judging whether the laws and regulations contain accessories or not according to the accessory identification after the storage unit stores the clause item sequence of the laws and regulations into a preset array; wherein the accessory identification is a unique identification of the accessory contained in the legal and legal regulations;
an acquisition unit configured to acquire an accessory title of the accessory when the judgment unit determines that the accessory is included in the laws and regulations;
the first determining unit is further configured to determine, according to the legal regulation identifier, storage locations of the first and last items of the legal regulation in the preset array when the determining unit determines that the accessory is not included in the legal regulation.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the apparatus comprises:
a third determination unit configured to determine whether or not the accessory title complies with a preset legal title rule after the acquisition unit acquires the accessory title of the accessory;
an ignoring unit configured to ignore the accessory when the third determining unit determines that the accessory title does not comply with a preset legal title rule;
a fourth determination unit configured to determine an association relationship between the laws and regulations and the accessory when the third determination unit determines that the accessory title conforms to a preset laws and regulations title rule.
12. The apparatus according to any one of claims 9-11, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the generating unit is used for generating the preset matching rules according to the corresponding feature keywords of the editing, chapter, section, bar and money before the traversing unit traverses the preset array from the first item of the bar money to the last item of the bar money based on the preset matching rules, wherein the preset matching rules comprise a first matching rule, a second matching rule, a third matching rule, a fourth matching rule and a fifth matching rule; wherein,
the first matching rule is a corresponding matching rule compiled in the laws and regulations;
the second matching rule is a matching rule corresponding to the chapter in the laws and regulations;
the third matching rule is a matching rule corresponding to the legal regulation middle section;
the fourth matching rule is a matching rule corresponding to the legal regulation clause;
and the fifth matching rule is a matching rule corresponding to the money in the law and regulation.
