Abstract
The invention discloses a scanning pen and a method for protecting privacy according to direction and distance, wherein the scanning pen comprises: the system comprises a user direction identification module, a user distance measurement module, a control module and an active directional loudspeaker. According to the invention, through the measurement of the azimuth and the distance of the user and the combination of the active directional loudspeaker, the direction and decibel of the sound emitted by the scanning pen are controlled, so that the sound of the scanning pen can be prevented from being heard by other people, and the privacy protection effect of the scanning pen is achieved.

Further, in the method, when the orientation of the user is identified, the control module prompts the user to move the hand holding the wand in the set direction, the six-axis sensor senses the movement direction data of the wand and transmits the movement direction data to the control module, and the control module calculates the orientation of the user relative to the wand according to the movement direction of the hand of the user relative to the user and the actual movement direction of the wand.

The method of claim 5, wherein the control module prompts the user to move the hand holding the wand in a predetermined direction during the user orientation recognition, the six-axis sensor senses the movement direction of the wand and transmits the movement direction data to the control module, and the control module calculates the orientation of the user relative to the wand based on the movement direction of the user's hand relative to the user and the actual movement direction of the wand.
