Technical Field

Background
The conventional display device includes two circuit boards, one of which is connected to the touch layer as a touch circuit board, and the other of which is connected to the display layer as a display circuit board. And the touch control circuit board and the display circuit board need to be connected in a welding, inserting and connector buckling mode.
It is worth noting that the touch circuit board and the display circuit board occupy a larger space because the touch circuit board and the display circuit board are separately arranged.
Therefore, how to provide a display device with a small circuit board occupation space is an urgent problem to be solved.

Detailed Description
In a conventional display device, as shown in fig. 1, a display device 001 includes a touch circuit board 01 and a display circuit board 02. It should be noted that, the display device 100 provided by the present application adopts a circuit board 10, and the circuit board 10 is separately designed, so that the bending portion B includes the first connecting structure B1 and the second connecting structure B2, which can reduce the thickness of the circuit board 10 in the stacking direction (direction d) of the touch layer 30 and the display layer 20, so as to reduce the space occupation. Meanwhile, the first connecting structure B1 is electrically connected to the display layer 20 to implement the function of a display circuit board, and the second connecting structure B2 is electrically connected to the touch layer 30 to implement the function of a touch circuit board.
In addition, in the display device 100 provided by the application, a related structure of a connector does not need to be arranged between the first connecting structure B1 and the second connecting structure B2, so that on one hand, the material cost can be saved, on the other hand, the preparation process is simplified, and the production efficiency can be improved.
On the basis of the above technical solution, the first substrate 3 and the second cover film 4 are bonded together. For example, referring to fig. 4, the first substrate 3 and the second cover film 4 are bonded by an adhesive layer 7. Meanwhile, the first connection structure B1 and the second connection structure B2 are disposed apart from the unbonded portion of the first substrate 3 and the second cover film 4. It should be noted that, during the preparation, the film layer portion forming the first connecting structure B1 and the film layer portion forming the second connecting structure B2 may be separately prepared, and then the first substrate 3 and the second cover film 4 are bonded and bound by the adhesive layer 7.
On the basis of the above technical solution, please continue to refer to fig. 3, the first connecting structure B1 and the second connecting structure B2 are disposed parallel to the main body portion a. Since the display layer 20 is located on the side of the touch layer 30 facing the main body a, in order to facilitate connection between the first connecting structure B1 and the display layer 20, and to facilitate connection between the second connecting structure B2 and the touch layer 30, the first connecting structure B1 is preferably located between the second connecting structure B2 and the main body a.
With reference to fig. 3, preferably, the first connecting structure B1 and the second connecting structure B2 are separated after the bending portion B is completely bent, that is, the adhesive layer 7 is not adhered to the first substrate 3 and the second cover film 4 at a position where the bending portion B is completely bent. Of course, the separation point of the first connecting structure B1 and the second connecting structure B2 can be located before or at the bending point B, and will not be described herein again.
Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the display device 001 shown in the related art of fig. 1. As shown in fig. 5, the touch circuit board 01 and the display circuit board 02 are partially bent. The bending portion C of the touch circuit board 01 defines a bending protrusion degree. Because the bending angle of the bending part C is large, a large avoiding space needs to be arranged on the machine shell.
With reference to the structure shown in fig. 3, compared to the structure in the prior art, the first connecting structure B1 and the second connecting structure B2 are separated after the bending portion B is completely bent, so that the protruding degree of the bending portion B can be reduced, and the chassis of the display device 100 is provided with a smaller space. On the basis, the display device 100 provided by the embodiment of the application can be narrower and thinner, and the screen occupation ratio is higher.
With continued reference to the structure shown in fig. 2 and 4, the first metal layer 2 is provided with first connections E1 exposing the first cover layer 1. Illustratively, the first connecting member E1 is a gold finger.
With continued reference to the structure shown in fig. 2 and 4, the second metal layer 5 is provided with a second connection E2 exposing the second cover layer 4. Illustratively, the second connector E2 is a gold finger.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the first metal layer 2 and the second metal layer 5 are connected through a through hole in specific setting.
Certainly, the display device 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application further includes a motherboard, and the main body portion a of the circuit board 10 is electrically connected to the motherboard, so as to implement function control of the motherboard on the circuit board 10.

The display device 100 provided by the present application uses one circuit board 10, which can reduce the thickness of the circuit board 10 in the stacking direction (direction d) of the touch layer 30 and the display layer 20, so as to reduce the space occupation.
