In the manufacturing industry field, in order to ensure the manufacturing quality of parts, each shape element characteristic of the parts needs to be measured, however, in actual work, some parts with complex shapes are frequently encountered, the radius of the incomplete arc section characteristic on the parts needs to be measured, no special measuring apparatus exists at present for the size element, the prior art mainly has two measuring methods, the first measuring method firstly measures the chord length between two points of the incomplete arc section and the chord height corresponding to the chord length, and then obtains the corresponding arc section radius through complex calculation, and by adopting the method, on one hand, the measurement error of the chord length and the chord height is larger, and after the complex calculation, the error is further enlarged, so that the error is easy to occur, the measuring work consumes too long time, and the accuracy and the reliability of the measurement result are lower; the second measurement method is to measure the coordinates of each point of the incomplete arc section by using a three-coordinate measuring instrument, and the measurement method is long in time consumption, the price of the three-coordinate measuring instrument is not good, and the three-coordinate measuring instrument is difficult to bear for small and medium-sized enterprises and high in hardware investment cost.
