step two, continuously coating a layer of environment-friendly intermediate material on the surface layer, and drying at the temperature of 110-;
step three, continuously coating an environment-friendly water-based resin layer on the environment-friendly material, then combining the microfiber bass with the water-based environment-friendly resin layer, and drying and separating the release paper at 40-130 ℃ through an oven at the speed of 2-3 m/min;
step four, curing the microfiber bass obtained in the step three to obtain the environment-friendly crease-free microfiber leather;
the environment-friendly intermediate material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of solvent-free environment-friendly resin CX-2010A, 12-16 parts of cross-linking agent CX-B01, 0.05-0.07 part of foaming agent CX-B02 and 0.08-0.12 part of leveling agent 9565.
