The clothes to be washed can be extracted and sent into the pre-washing area or the rinsing area by arranging the extraction device, and the extraction device is extracted and put down in the washing, rinsing and dewatering areas according to the requirements, so that a whole set of processes of washing, rinsing and dewatering is automatically and orderly carried out, and the washing function is automatically and orderly carried out; and the drying area is matched, the dehydrated clothes can be sent into the drying area to be dried by utilizing the extracting device, and the drying function can be automatically finished after the washing and the dehydration are finished.
In some embodiments, when the fully automatic washing machine further comprises a laundry receiving portion and a first extraction device 29: the laundry storing part includes a laundry storing drawer box 5 and a first automatic shrinkage cover 7, the first automatic shrinkage cover 7 can open the laundry storing drawer box 5 to put laundry therein to be washed, and the first automatic shrinkage cover 7 can also close the laundry storing drawer box 5.
In some embodiments, when the fully automatic washing machine further comprises a drying zone and a second extraction device 28: the drying zone comprises a drying drawer box 4 and a second automatic shrinkage cover 6, the second automatic shrinkage cover 6 can be opened to dry the drawer box 4 so as to put clothes into the second automatic shrinkage cover for drying, and the second automatic shrinkage cover 6 can also be closed to dry the drawer box 4. This is this preferred structural style in drying zone of this disclosure, can put into this drying drawer case with the clothing after the dehydration through drying drawer case and dry, can open drying drawer case when needs through the automatic shrink lid of second, closes drying drawer case when need not add clothing and dry.
In some embodiments, when the first extraction device 29 and the second extraction device 28 are included:
each of the first and second extracting devices 29 and 28 includes a gripping device including a first gripping part 52 and a second gripping part 53, the first gripping part 52 and the second gripping part 53 can move toward each other or away from each other, and the gripping device can grip and convey the laundry by the first gripping part 52 and the second gripping part 53.
This is a further preferred structural style of the extraction apparatus of the present disclosure, and by including the gripping device, the gripping device includes the first and second gripping parts, so that the two gripping parts can grip the laundry or grip the inner drum when moving in opposite directions, and the two gripping parts move in opposite directions to drop the laundry or put down the inner drum.
In some embodiments, the grasping apparatus further includes a first rack 61, a second rack 62, and a gear 63, the first grasping portion 52 is fixedly connected to the first rack 61, the second grasping portion 53 is fixedly connected to the second rack 62, the first rack 61 is engaged with a first side of the gear 63, the second rack 62 is engaged with a second side of the gear 63, and the first rack 61 and the second rack 62 are moved in opposite directions by the rotation of the gear 63.
The clamping device of the present disclosure is further preferred in a structural form, and the first rack, the second rack and the gear are configured to drive the first rack to move in the first direction and the second rack to move in the second direction when the gear moves in one direction, and the first direction and the second direction are opposite, so that the first clamping part and the second clamping part move in opposite directions or in opposite directions.
In some embodiments, the grasping apparatus is a magnetic grasping apparatus, the first grasping portion 52 is a magnetic component, and the second grasping portion 53 is a magnetic component. This disclosure is still through pressing from both sides the device and setting up to the magnetism and press from both sides the device, and two are the magnetic part and can carry out magnetic force adsorption with placing in the inner tube of different functional areas through magnetic force to give the clothing in the inner tube again and transport in other functional areas.
In some embodiments, the first gripping section 52 is an electromagnetic component capable of being energized to generate a magnetic force, and the second gripping section 53 is an electromagnetic component capable of being energized to generate a magnetic force. This is a further preferable configuration of the magnetic member of the first and second gripping sections of the present disclosure, and the magnetic force can be generated by energization through the electromagnetic member.
In some embodiments, the first extraction device 29 further comprises a connecting member 51, one end of the first clamping part 52 is connected to the connecting member 51, and one end of the second clamping part 53 is connected to the connecting member 51. The clamping device can be connected and arranged on the guide rail and other structures through the connecting part, so that the clamping device is transported to different functional areas to clamp clothes or inner cylinders, or the clothes or the inner cylinders are put down.
In some embodiments, when the grasping apparatus further includes a first rack 61, a second rack 62, and a gear 63, the first rack 61, the second rack 62, and the gear 63 are all located within the connecting member 51. The first and second racks and the gear are arranged inside the connecting part, so that the space is effectively reduced while the first clamping part and the second clamping part are driven to move, and the structure is compact.
In some embodiments, the first extraction device 29 and the second extraction device 28 each further comprise a squeezing member capable of squeezing and draining the laundry. The present disclosure also enables effective squeezing out of moisture in laundry by the squeezing part, thereby avoiding a large amount of water drop in the process of switching between the drums.
In some embodiments, when said first extraction means 29 further comprise a connection member 51: the squeezing component comprises a telescopic component 54 and a pressing plate 55, one end of the telescopic component 54 is connected with the connecting component 51, the other end of the telescopic component 54 is connected with the pressing plate 55, and the telescopic component 54 can stretch and push the pressing plate 55 to squeeze clothes. This is the preferred form of construction of the squeezing means of the present disclosure, with an automatic telescoping platen designed on the extraction inner barrel means. Because the clothes contain a large amount of water after being cleaned in the washing and rinsing areas, when the inner barrel is extracted, the automatic telescopic pressing plate extends downwards to extrude the water in the clothes to the washing and rinsing areas, and therefore the phenomenon that a large amount of water falls in the process of mutual conversion between the barrels is avoided.
In some embodiments, the fully automatic washing machine further comprises at least one drum disposed in any one of the pre-wash zone 34, the rinse zone 35 and the dewatering zone 33, and the first extraction device 29 or the second extraction device 28 is capable of extracting the drum from one functional zone of the pre-wash zone 34, the rinse zone 35 and the dewatering zone 33 and transferring the drum to another functional zone. This is a further preferred form of construction of the washing machine of the present disclosure, by the provision of the inner drum, which can receive laundry therein, and by transferring the inner drum in different functional zones, can cause the inner drum to pre-wash and wash the laundry when located in the pre-wash zone, the inner drum to rinse the laundry when located in the rinse zone, and the inner drum to dewater the laundry when located in the dewatering zone.
In some embodiments, the inner drum comprises a first half-drum 56 and a second half-drum 57, the first half-drum 56 and the second half-drum 57 can be combined to form a complete inner drum to contain the laundry, the first half-drum 56 and the second half-drum 57 can be separated to deliver the dehydrated laundry into the drying zone, or the first half-drum 56 and the second half-drum 57 can be separated to extend into the laundry receiving portion and move toward each other to pick up the laundry and deliver the laundry into the pre-washing zone 34 or the rinsing zone 35. The inner drum is a further preferable structure of the inner drum of the present disclosure, and the two half drums can be folded to accommodate the laundry and enter the pre-washing zone, the rinsing zone or the dewatering zone to perform corresponding functions, and can be separated to deliver the dewatered laundry to the drying zone for drying, and the two half drums are separated to enter the laundry storage part to clamp the laundry.
In some embodiments, when the first extraction device 29 and the second extraction device 28 each comprise a gripping device comprising a first gripper section 52 and a second gripper section 53:
the first half cylinder 56 is fixedly connected to the first gripping part 52, the second half cylinder 57 is fixedly connected to the second gripping part 53, the first gripping part 52 and the second gripping part 53 move towards each other to grip the laundry, and the first gripping part 52 and the second gripping part 53 move away from each other to release the laundry.
This is a further preferred form of the present disclosure, and the two half cylinders are fixed to the two gripping parts respectively, and the two half cylinders are moved toward or away from each other by controlling the movement of the two gripping parts, so as to grip or release the laundry.
In some embodiments, when the grasping apparatus is a magnetic grasping apparatus, the first grasping section 52 is a magnetic member, and the second grasping section 53 is a magnetic member: the first half cylinder 56 and the first grasping unit 52 are fixed to each other by magnetic force, and the second half cylinder 57 and the second grasping unit 53 are fixed to each other by magnetic force. This is the preferred configuration of the present disclosure in X, Y and the Z-direction, i.e., the motion of the extraction device that creates a three-dimensional space.

In some embodiments, the apparatus further includes a first Y-direction motor 25 and a second Y-direction motor 24, the first Y-direction motor 25 is disposed on the first Y-direction guide rail 11 and can drive the first Y-direction slider 18 to move along the Y direction, and the second Y-direction motor 24 is disposed on the second Y-direction guide rail 10 and can drive the second Y-direction slider 19 to move along the Y direction. In some embodiments, a first X-direction motor 23 and a second X-direction motor 22 are further included, the first X-direction motor 23 is disposed on the first X-direction guide rail 9 and can drive the first X-direction slider 15 and the third X-direction slider 14 to move along the X direction, and the second X-direction motor 22 is disposed on the second X-direction guide rail 8 and can drive the second X-direction slider 16 and the fourth X-direction slider 17 to move along the X direction. This is a preferred configuration of the present disclosure for driving the first extracting means to move in the X direction, the first X-direction slider 15 and the third X-direction slider 14 can be driven to move in the X direction by the first X-direction motor, and the second extracting means to move in the X direction, the second X-direction slider 16 and the fourth X-direction slider 17 can be driven to move in the Z direction by the second X-direction motor.
In some embodiments, the water in the rinse zone 35 can also be sent to the pre-wash zone 34 for washing; and/or a weight sensing device is also arranged in the prewash area 34.
Putting in materials and prewashing an A cylinder:
when washing is needed, the first automatic shrinkage cover 7 on the right side of the product design drawing is opened, the laundry storage drawer box 5 to be cleaned is automatically pulled out rightwards, washing personnel put dirty laundry into the laundry storage drawer box 5 to be cleaned, and the laundry storage drawer box to be cleaned is automatically pushed in after a washing button is started; after the dirty clothes enter the washing machine, the first extracting device 29 drives the first Y-direction guide rail 11 to reach above the clothes to be washed through the first X-direction slider 15 and the second X-direction slider 16, and then the first extracting device 29 moves on the first Z-direction guide rail 13, and simultaneously clamps the clothes to be washed into the a-drum 31 of the pre-washing area 34 for pre-washing under the action of the first clamping part 52 and the second clamping part 53.
Prewashing of the cylinder B and rinsing of the cylinder A:
after the clothes in the pre-washing area 34 are washed, the second extraction device 28 on the left side of the design product drawing drives the second Y-direction guide rail 10 to move to the upper side of the rinsing area 35 through the third X-direction slider 14 and the fourth X-direction slider 17, so as to extract the cylinder B32, then the first extraction device 29 on the right extracts the cylinder a 31 in the pre-washing area, the pressing plate 55 extends and retracts up and down through the extension part 54 (automatic extension rod) to perform preliminary dehydration treatment on the clothes in the cylinder a 31, then the cylinder a is placed in the rinsing area 35 to perform rinsing on the clothes, and the extracted cylinder B32 is placed in the pre-washing area 34 through the first extraction device 29 to perform pre-washing on the second round of clothes.
Prewashing of the cylinder C, rinsing of the cylinder B and dewatering of the cylinder A:
after the cylinder B and the cylinder A are respectively pre-washed and rinsed, the second left extraction device 28 moves to the position above the dehydration zone 33 to extract the cylinder C30, the first right extraction device 29 extracts the cylinder A31 of the rinsing zone 35, the pressing plate 55 extends and retracts up and down through the extension part 54 (an automatic extension rod) to perform preliminary dehydration treatment on clothes in the cylinder A31, then the cylinder A31 is placed in the dehydration zone 33, the cylinder B32 is continuously lifted from the pre-washing zone 34 through the first right extraction device 29, the pressing plate 55 extends and retracts up and down through the extension part 54 (the automatic extension rod) to perform preliminary dehydration treatment on clothes in the cylinder B32, then the cylinder B32 is placed in the rinsing zone 35, and at the moment, the second left extraction device 28 places the cylinder C30 in the pre-washing zone to perform pre-washing of third round clothes.
Rinsing the cylinder C, dehydrating the cylinder B and drying and prewashing the cylinder A:
after the drum a 31 of the dewatering area 33 finishes dewatering, the second extraction device 28 on the left lifts the drum a 31, the second automatic retraction cover 6 on the left is opened, the drum a is divided into a first half drum 56 and a second half drum 57 by the magnetic clamping device, the clothes fall into the drying drawer box 4, drying nursing is carried out according to the requirements of users, or the clothes are directly taken out without drying, and then the drum a 31 is combined. After the cylinder C and the cylinder B are respectively pre-washed and rinsed, the first extraction device 29 on the right extracts the cylinder B32 in the rinsing area 35, the pressing plate 55 extends up and down through the extension part 54 (automatic extension rod) to perform preliminary dehydration treatment on the clothes in the cylinder B32, then the cylinder B32 is placed in the dehydration area 33, the first extraction device 29 on the right continues to lift the cylinder C30 from the pre-washing area 34, the pressing plate 55 extends up and down through the extension part 54 (automatic extension rod) to perform preliminary dehydration treatment on the clothes in the cylinder C30, then the cylinder C30 is placed in the rinsing area 35, and at the moment, the second extraction device 28 on the left places the cylinder A31 in the pre-washing area to perform washing of the clothes in the next cycle.

the clothes washing machine comprises a pre-washing area (34), a rinsing area (35) and a dewatering area (33), wherein clothes can be controlled to enter the pre-washing area (34) for pre-washing, the clothes coming out of the pre-washing area (34) are controlled to automatically enter the rinsing area (35) for rinsing, and the clothes coming out of the rinsing area (35) are further controlled to automatically enter the rinsing area (35) for dewatering.
2. The full automatic washing machine according to claim 1, wherein:
the full-automatic washing machine further comprises a clothes storage part and a first extraction device (29), wherein the clothes storage part can store clothes, and the first extraction device (29) can extract the clothes in the clothes storage part and convey the clothes into the pre-washing area (34) for pre-washing or convey the clothes into the rinsing area (35) for rinsing; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the full-automatic washing machine further comprises a drying zone and a second extraction device (28), wherein the second extraction device (28) can extract the clothes in the dewatering zone (33) and convey the clothes into the drying zone for drying.
3. The full automatic washing machine according to claim 2, wherein:
when the full automatic washing machine further comprises a laundry receiving portion and a first extraction device (29): the clothes storage part comprises a clothes storage drawer box (5) and a first automatic shrinkage cover (7), the first automatic shrinkage cover (7) can be opened to enable the clothes storage drawer box (5) to put clothes into the clothes storage drawer box to be washed, and the first automatic shrinkage cover (7) can also close the clothes storage drawer box (5).
4. The full automatic washing machine according to claim 2, wherein:
when the fully automatic washing machine further comprises a drying zone and a second extraction device (28): the drying area comprises a drying drawer box (4) and a second automatic shrinkage cover (6), the second automatic shrinkage cover (6) can be opened to dry the drawer box (4) so as to put clothes into the second automatic shrinkage cover for drying, and the second automatic shrinkage cover (6) can also be closed to dry the drawer box (4).
5. The full automatic washing machine according to claim 2, wherein:
when comprising the first extraction means (29) and the second extraction means (28):
the first extraction device (29) and the second extraction device (28) each comprise a gripping device comprising a first gripping section (52) and a second gripping section (53), the first gripping section (52) and the second gripping section (53) being capable of moving towards each other or away from each other, the gripping device being capable of gripping the laundry by means of the first gripping section (52) and the second gripping section (53) and of transporting the laundry.
6. The full automatic washing machine according to claim 5, wherein:
the clamping device further comprises a first rack (61), a second rack (62) and a gear (63), the first clamping part (52) is fixedly connected with the first rack (61), the second clamping part (53) is fixedly connected with the second rack (62), the first rack (61) is meshed with a first side of the gear (63), the second rack (62) is meshed with a second side of the gear (63), and the first rack (61) and the second rack (62) are moved in opposite directions through rotation of the gear (63).
7. The full automatic washing machine according to claim 5, wherein:
the clamping device is a magnetic clamping device, the first clamping part (52) is a magnetic component, and the second clamping part (53) is a magnetic component.
8. The full automatic washing machine according to claim 7, wherein:
the first gripping section (52) is an electromagnetic member that can be energized to generate a magnetic force, and the second gripping section (53) is an electromagnetic member that can be energized to generate a magnetic force.
9. The full automatic washing machine according to any one of claims 5 to 6, wherein:
