Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pressure-sensitive adhesives, in particular to a biodegradable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition.
Background
Since adhesive tape products produced by coating glues and compositions thereof on various substrates have various excellent properties, they have been widely used so far by both industry and general consumers. However, because of the special properties of the glue product, it is almost impossible to recycle it. If the plant is placed in the field, the plant can keep the original shape for a long time, and the risk of environmental pollution is caused. As a method for dealing with this, there have been proposed a method of producing a product soluble in water or an alkaline aqueous solution, a method of using a substrate containing a biological substance such as collagen, and a method of using a tape in which a degradable substrate is coated with rubber or the like. Although an adhesive tape in which a water-soluble glue is applied to a paper substrate has been put into practical use, the field of use of glue products is wide, and there is generally no product in which both excellent adhesive properties and rapid decomposition after disposal are compatible with each other, and thus, there is an urgent need for a biodegradable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a biodegradable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition with reasonable design aiming at the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, which is based on high polymers such as natural rubber, is soft and thick to coat, can be decomposed and disappear when placed in nature, and effectively protects the environment.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of high polymer, 10-200 parts of degradable high polymer and 5-70 parts of degradable softener;
the polymer is natural rubber;
the degradable polymer is natural polymer or synthetic polymer; wherein the natural polymer is prepared by mixing one or more of polysaccharides, Mel, protein and its modified compounds; the synthetic polymer is formed by mixing one or more of polycaprolactone, polyvinyl alcohol, aliphatic polyester and derivatives thereof;
the degradable softener is prepared by mixing one or more of natural oil, natural wax, honey and flowing paraffin.
Furthermore, the weight portion of the degradable polymer is 80-120.
Further, the weight portion of the degradable softener is 30-40.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: after the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is buried in the ground, the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is firstly decomposed under the action of microorganisms, oxygen and water contained in the ground permeate into the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, and oxidation and water decomposition are rapidly carried out, so that the decomposition of the microorganisms is easier to carry out, and the collapse and the decomposition of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition are promoted.
After the components are adopted, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a biodegradable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which is soft and can be thickly coated and is easy to adhere to a rough surface; the degradable pressure-sensitive adhesive tape can be widely used after being applied to the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, and can be quickly and naturally decomposed in nature due to the degradable components, so that the environment is effectively improved.
Description of the drawings:
