The invention discloses a mining machinery surface weather-resistant coating which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-18 parts of epoxy resin, 25-30 parts of acrylic acid modified epoxy phosphate ester resin, 3-5 parts of nano zinc oxide, 3-5 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 15-20 parts of alcohol ether solvent, 2-3 parts of adhesion promoter, 0.1-0.5 part of flatting agent, 0.1-0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.1-0.5 part of defoaming agent and 20-25 parts of deionized water. The weather-resistant coating for the surface of the mining machinery provided by the invention has the advantages that the coating film has better weather resistance and corrosion resistance, the hardness and scratch resistance of the coating film are improved, and the normal use of the mining machinery can be protected for a long time.
