4. The aerogel blanket dusting prevention coating of claim 3 wherein the filler is any of alumina, titanium dioxide or tin dioxide.
5. The aerogel blanket dusting prevention coating of claim 2 wherein the wetting agent is one or more of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether, nonionic hydroxyl containing copolymer, polyether modified silicone or ethylene oxide adduct.
