Abstract
The invention discloses an aerogel felt powder falling prevention coating which comprises, by weight, 30% -60% of a film forming substance, 35% -50% of water, 5% -25% of a filler and 0.01% -5% of a wetting agent. The powder dropping prevention coating is a water-based coating, is safe and environment-friendly, has simple and convenient coating formula components, is compounded with aerogel, does not need substances such as a binder, a hot melt adhesive and the like, is economical and practical, has the vibration mass loss rate of only 0.05-0.07 percent after aerogel felt and coating, and has the heat conductivity coefficient of about 0.02 w/m.K after aerogel felt and coating.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an aerogel felt powder falling prevention coating.
Background
The gel felt base material is a glass fiber needled felt, the surface of the gel felt base material has certain fiber feeling, and powder formed during drying on the surface of a finished product is attached to the surface and is easy to fall off. The felt material is easy to cause dust pollution to a greater degree in the construction process, and a layer of compact protective film is coated on the surface of the felt material to achieve the purpose of preventing the felt material from falling off powder in order to improve the construction environment and the quality of the felt material. The felt body has excellent hydrophobicity and lipophilicity. The paint of the oily system can be absorbed into the felt material to influence the performance of the felt material, and simultaneously, the requirement of water-based property is provided for the coating in consideration of the safety guarantee of workshop production. Because the felt material has super hydrophobicity, the wetting property of the coating on the felt material is required to be higher.

Further, the filler is one or more of a flame retardant, a smoke suppressant and an infrared blocking agent.
Further, the filler is a metal oxide, such as any one of alumina, titanium dioxide, or tin dioxide.
Furthermore, the wetting agent is one or more of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether, nonionic hydroxyl-containing copolymer, polyether modified organic silicon or ethylene oxide addition compound.
When the aerogel felt is used, the surface of the aerogel felt is firstly subjected to wetting treatment, wherein the wetting treatment mainly comprises two methods, namely, the first method is to wet a base material by using a surfactant aqueous solution and then compound the base material with a water-based anti-falling powder coating. The surfactant aqueous solution can be one or more of linear alkyl benzene sodium sulfonate, alpha-alkenyl sodium sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate lecithin, quaternization and stearic acid. The wetting agent can be one or more of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether, nonionic hydroxyl-containing copolymer, polyether modified organosilicon and ethylene oxide addition product.
In the second method, a wetting agent is added into the anti-dusting coating, wherein the addition amount of the wetting agent is 0.01-5%, and the surface adhesion of the water-based paint and the aerogel felt is improved.

Example 1
Firstly, a substrate is treated by a surfactant aqueous solution, wherein the surfactant aqueous solution is a sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate aqueous solution with the concentration of 7 percent. Then compounding with the coating, and finally drying.
The coating formula comprises: 35% of water-based organic silicon modified acrylic resin, 40% of water and 10% of aluminum oxide.
The vibration mass loss rate after aerogel felt and coating is 0.05 percent
The thermal conductivity coefficient after aerogel felt and coating is 0.022 w/m.K.
Example 2
Adding wetting agent into the coating, directly compounding with aerogel felt, and drying.
The coating formula comprises: 42 percent of acrylic emulsion, 35 percent of water, 9 percent of stannic oxide and 1 percent of polyether modified organic silicon
The vibration mass loss rate after aerogel felt and coating is 0.07 percent
The thermal conductivity coefficient after aerogel felt and coating is 0.0215 w/m.K.

1. The anti-dusting coating for the aerogel felt is characterized by comprising, by weight, 30% -60% of a film forming substance, 35% -50% of water, 5% -25% of a filler and 0.01% -5% of a wetting agent.
2. The aerogel blanket dusting prevention coating of claim 1 wherein the film forming material is one or more of an acrylic emulsion, alkyd resin, amino acrylic emulsion, polyester resin, and silicone resin.
3. The aerogel blanket dusting prevention coating of claim 1 wherein the filler is one or more of a flame retardant, a smoke suppressant, and an infrared blocker.
4. The aerogel blanket dusting prevention coating of claim 3 wherein the filler is any of alumina, titanium dioxide or tin dioxide.
5. The aerogel blanket dusting prevention coating of claim 2 wherein the wetting agent is one or more of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether, nonionic hydroxyl containing copolymer, polyether modified silicone or ethylene oxide adduct.
