Abstract
The invention relates to calcium sulfate whisker added polyphenylene sulfide, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-55 parts of polyphenylene sulfide, 10-25 parts of glass fiber, 30-45 parts of calcium sulfate whisker, 0.5-1.5 parts of coupling agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of lubricating agent and 1-3 parts of carbon nano tube master batch. The calcium sulfate crystal whisker with the diameter of 15-25 mu m is used in the preparation process, and the prepared polyphenyl amide has high strength, good toughness and strong impact resistance, and can effectively prevent stress embrittlement.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of polyphenylene sulfide production, in particular to a polyphenylene sulfide added with calcium sulfate whiskers and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS), abbreviated as English, is a high-performance thermoplastic resin and has the advantages of high mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, flame retardancy, good thermal stability, excellent electrical property and the like. It can be widely used in the fields of electronics, automobiles, machinery and chemical engineering. The prior polyphenylene sulfide mainly has the following defects: poor toughness, low impact strength and easy generation of stress embrittlement.

The diameter of the calcium sulfate whisker in the technical scheme is 15-25 mu m.
The diameter of the glass fiber in the technical scheme is 12 mu m.
The coupling agent in the technical scheme is a silane coupling agent.
The lubricant in the technical scheme is octadecanamide.
A preparation method of polyphenylene sulfide added with calcium sulfate whiskers comprises the following steps:
