养殖废液发酵生产黄腐酸的工艺方法,属于农业废弃物利用技术领域。本发明为了解决养殖废液难处理的环保难题,提供一种养殖废液发酵生产黄腐酸的工艺方法。S1.预处理工艺;加入碳源,调节pH,以及加入菌种;S2.生物发酵;厌氧发酵后进行好氧发酵;S3.减压加温初步干燥;离心去除不溶物,减压真空干燥器加热进行水分初步蒸发;S4.离心雾化;把上述经生物发酵和减压加温初步干燥物输送进入离心机进行离心雾化;S5.干燥成粉;把雾化小分子液滴喷撒到热风干燥筒中干燥成黄腐酸粉;S6.降温除湿收集;经风冷降温除湿进入旋风收集器到料仓,然后包装成黄腐酸肥料。本发明解决养殖废液的环保处理问题,把养殖废液利用发酵方法变成优质黄腐酸肥料。

养殖废液发酵生产黄腐酸的工艺方法
技术领域
本发明属于农业废弃物利用技术领域,特别是涉及一种养殖废液发酵生产黄腐酸的工艺方法。
背景技术
畜牧养殖业为人类日常生活提供必需的肉蛋奶等重要营养来源。然而畜牧养殖生产中产生的大量废弃物,包括:粪便、尿液及畜舍清洗废水,固态粪便经堆肥发酵可变成优质有机肥料已有成熟技术和应用,然而牲畜尿液和畜舍清洗产生的养殖废液大都经过沉降池中氧化后排放到农田或河流中,其中含有的机酸(如尿酸和马尿酸等)及尿素、磷、钾等代谢废物的排放不仅造成环境的严重污染,也制约着养殖业的进一步发展。这些废弃物中含有的有机酸及尿素、磷、钾、钠、钙、镁等代谢产物是农业生产中作物可利用的有益物质,在加入碳素营养后利用特制的有益微生物菌群进行发酵,发酵液经离心、干燥后可变为农业生产中的优质黄腐酸进行应用。
所以养殖废液的环保处理,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明为了解决养殖废液难处理的环保难题,提供一种养殖废液发酵生产黄腐酸的工艺方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
养殖废液发酵生产黄腐酸的工艺方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.预处理工艺;加入碳源,调节pH,以及加入菌种;
S2.生物发酵;厌氧发酵后进行好氧发酵;
S3.减压加温初步干燥;离心去除不溶物,减压真空干燥器加热进行水分初步蒸发;
S4.离心雾化;把上述经生物发酵和减压加温初步干燥物输送进入离心机进行离心雾化;
S5.干燥成粉;把雾化小分子液滴喷撒到热风干燥筒中干燥成黄腐酸粉;
S6.降温除湿收集;经风冷降温除湿进入旋风收集器到料仓,然后包装成黄腐酸肥料。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果为:解决养殖废液的环保处理问题,把养殖废液利用发酵方法变成优质黄腐酸肥料,利用生物发酵方法结合离心、减压低温干燥提高固形物含量和初步浓缩,再利用离心雾化成小分子雾滴在热风中迅速干燥方法回收黄腐酸干粉。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的技术方案作进一步的说明。
养殖废液发酵生产黄腐酸的工艺方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.预处理工艺;加入碳源,调节pH,以及加入菌种;
S2.生物发酵;厌氧发酵后进行好氧发酵;
S3.减压加温初步干燥;离心去除不溶物,减压真空干燥器加热进行水分初步蒸发;
S4.离心雾化;把上述经生物发酵和减压加温初步干燥物输送进入离心机进行离心雾化;
S5.干燥成粉;把雾化小分子液滴喷撒到热风干燥筒中干燥成黄腐酸粉;
S6.降温除湿收集;经风冷降温除湿进入旋风收集器到料仓,然后包装成黄腐酸肥料。
养殖废液含有有机酸、尿素氮、磷、钾等氮源和无机盐,向其中添加15-25%糖蜜作为碳源,用KOH调整pH为6.5-7.5,加入酵母菌、纤维素降解菌和滨城豆草芽孢杆菌1﹕1﹕1的复合菌5-10%添加量,经2天厌氧发酵和1天好氧发酵,一方面固形物含量提高至20-30%,另一方面可产生大量黄腐酸,SO2转化为含硫氨基酸。离心去除不溶物,减压真空干燥器加热35-40℃进行水分初步蒸发至含水量45-50%。
把上述经生物发酵和减压加温初步干燥物输送进入离心机进行离心雾化,把雾化小分子液滴喷撒到300-350℃热风干燥筒中干燥成黄腐酸粉,经风冷降温除湿进入旋风收集器到料仓,然后包装成黄腐酸肥料。
其中,通过风冷降温除湿器进行风冷降温除湿。

Claims (8)

1.一种养殖废液发酵生产黄腐酸的工艺方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1.预处理工艺;加入碳源,调节pH,以及加入菌种;
S2.生物发酵;厌氧发酵后进行好氧发酵;
S3.减压加温初步干燥;离心去除不溶物,减压真空干燥器加热进行水分初步蒸发;
S4.离心雾化;把上述经生物发酵和减压加温初步干燥物输送进入离心机进行离心雾化;
S5.干燥成粉;把雾化小分子液滴喷撒到热风干燥筒中干燥成黄腐酸粉;
S6.降温除湿收集;经风冷降温除湿进入旋风收集器到料仓,然后包装成黄腐酸肥料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养殖废液发酵生产黄腐酸的工艺方法,其特征在于:在所述S1中,向养殖废液中添加15-25%糖蜜作为碳源。
3.根据权利要求2所述的养殖废液发酵生产黄腐酸的工艺方法,其特征在于:在所述S1中,用KOH调整养殖废液的pH为6.5-7.5。
4.根据权利要求3所述的养殖废液发酵生产黄腐酸的工艺方法,其特征在于:在所述S1中,加入酵母菌、纤维素降解菌和滨城豆草芽孢杆菌1﹕1﹕1的复合菌5-10%添加量。
5.根据权利要求1所述的养殖废液发酵生产黄腐酸的工艺方法,其特征在于:在所述S2中,厌氧发酵的时间为2天,好氧发酵的时间为1天。
6.根据权利要求1所述的养殖废液发酵生产黄腐酸的工艺方法,其特征在于:在所述S3中,通过离心机去除不溶物,减压真空干燥器加热35-40℃进行水分初步蒸发至含水量45-50%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的养殖废液发酵生产黄腐酸的工艺方法,其特征在于:在所述S5中,热风干燥筒提供的干燥温度为300-350℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的养殖废液发酵生产黄腐酸的工艺方法,其特征在于:在所述S6中,通过风冷降温除湿器进行风冷降温除湿。
