The working principle is as follows: in use, referring to fig. 1-9, firstly, the power supply needs to be started, the rotating rod 202 is driven by the electric motor 201 to rotate, the tea leaves falling from the feeding hopper 12 are scattered by the stirring blades 208, when the rotating rod 202 needs to be cleaned or replaced, the rotating handle 302 is manually rotated clockwise, the fixing disc 301 is driven by the rotating handle 302 to rotate, the clamping block 305 is driven by the mounting nail 301 to rotate on the surface of the fixing disc 301, the spring ring 304 is driven by the clamping block 305 to extend outwards, so that the diameter of the rotating rod 202 is enlarged enough to pass through, then the rotating rod 202 is manually pulled outwards, when the rotating rod 202 is pulled outwards, the stirring blades 208 are blocked, the stirring blades 208 are engaged with the rack 206 with the help of the gear 207 to fold and lay the stirring blades 208 flat, and when the stirring blades 208 are pulled out through the inserting hole 106, the rack 206 is driven by the elasticity of the connecting spring 209 to displace, the stirring vanes 208 are returned by the rollers 205 rolling inside the surface of the guide rail 204, thereby engaging the gear 207 again.
