Abstract
The invention relates to a movable steel cable rolling vehicle for a ship, which comprises a rolling vehicle frame, wherein a winding drum is arranged on the rolling vehicle frame and matched with a coaxial hand wheel and a brake device, a universal roller with a threaded bolt locking device is arranged below the rolling vehicle frame, a protective baffle is arranged below the rolling vehicle frame on the outer side of the roller, a hole is formed in the protective baffle, a plurality of eye plates are arranged at the daily-placed deck position of the rolling vehicle and correspond to the positions of the holes of the baffle, and the rolling vehicle can be fixed on the deck surface through bolts and nuts. The invention can realize that when the steel cable is not used, the rolling car can be firmly tied and fixed at a design position, when the steel cable is required to be used, the rolling car can be flexibly moved to an operation position, and the threaded bolt locking device is screwed to temporarily fix the rolling car, thereby providing a reliable placing method and being convenient to use, and playing a role in optimizing the arrangement of mooring equipment for the overall design.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a movable steel cable reel for a ship, and belongs to the field of ship towing mooring equipment.
Background
The currently designed ships are all provided with steel cables for towing according to the standard requirements, and are generally arranged on a deck at a position in the ship where the towing operation is easy. According to the marine steel cable rolling machine of the national ship industry standard CB/T3468-1992, the existing steel cable rolling machine is generally directly welded with a hull deck surface or fixedly connected with a hull base through a plurality of bolts. Therefore, the fixedly installed cable reel often occupies a large space in the middle of the deck, which is not favorable for the arrangement of equipment on the deck surface.
For a general ship, the frequency of towing operation by using the steel cable is low, and a set of equipment, such as the steel cable and the steel cable rolling cart, is heavy, and is often hundreds of kilograms, and a reliable fastening mode is required to be tightly connected with a ship body under a high sea condition.
There is a need for a cable reel that is easy to move and that ensures reliable fastening.

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and provides a movable steel cable reel for a ship, which has the advantages of convenience in movement, reliability in fastening and the like.
The invention realizes the aim through the following technical scheme: a movable steel cable rolling vehicle for a ship comprises a rolling vehicle frame, a rolling drum, a hand wheel, a brake device, a baffle plate and universal rollers; a winding drum is arranged on the frame and matched with a coaxial hand wheel and a brake device; universal idler wheels are mounted below the frame, and a protective baffle is arranged below the outer side of each idler wheel and below the frame.

The universal idler wheel under the rolling car frame can flexibly rotate in any direction, the universal idler wheel is provided with a locking device with a threaded bolt, after the rolling car moves to an operation position, the locking device of the universal idler wheel is screwed, and the steel cable rolling car is temporarily fixed.
The locking device comprises a bolt with threads, and the top end of the bolt with threads is matched with a threaded hole in angle steel of a base of the rolling stock frame and a threaded hole in a universal roller wheel shaft. When the rolling car moves, the threaded bolt is lifted upwards and is tightly matched with the threaded hole in the lower bottom surface of the car frame; when the rolling car is temporarily fixed, the threaded bolt is rotated downwards to be tightly matched with the threaded hole in the universal roller wheel shaft, so that the limiting effect is achieved.
Under the condition of not using the steel cable, the baffle plate under the frame and the eye plate on the deck are tightly fixed by using bolts and nuts, so that the steel cable rolling car is reliably fastened on the deck.
When the steel cable is needed to be used, the bolt and the nut are loosened, the universal roller with the threaded bolt locking device can flexibly rotate in any direction, and after the steel cable rolling machine moves to a proper position, the threaded bolt locking device is screwed downwards to lock the roller of the universal roller, so that the roller cannot rotate, and the temporary fixing is firmer compared with a friction brake device.
The invention has the advantages that the cable reel can be reliably fixed on a deck at a position which does not obstruct the passage for a long time, and can be flexibly moved to a corresponding position for temporary fixation when the cable needs to be used, thereby facilitating the use of the cable.

The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings, and the preferred embodiments of the present invention are only for the purpose of illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, fig. 5a is a schematic view showing an unlocked state of the locking device, and fig. 5b is a schematic view showing a locked state of the locking device.
The embodiment of the invention provides a movable steel cable reel for a ship, which comprises a frame 1, a steel cable reel 2, a reel shaft 3, a hand wheel 4, a brake device 5, a baffle 6, a universal roller 7 with a locking device, an eye plate 8 and a bolt nut 9. The frame 1 is provided with a winding drum 2 and a winding drum shaft 3, and a coaxial hand wheel 4 and a brake device 5 are matched; the universal idler wheel 7 is installed below the frame 1, and the protective baffle 6 is arranged below the frame outside the universal idler wheel 7. A plurality of eye plates 8 are arranged on a deck where the rolling machine is placed, a plurality of connecting holes are formed in the eye plates 8, and the connecting holes of the baffle plates 6 correspond to the connecting holes of the eye plates one to one. The connecting holes of the baffle plate are aligned with the connecting holes of the eye plates and are connected by using bolts and nuts 9, so that the rolling machine is fastened at a mounting position, the universal roller 7 with a long-time fixing effect is provided with a locking device with a threaded bolt, the locking device comprises a threaded bolt 10, the top end of the threaded bolt 10 is threaded and is matched with a threaded hole 12 of an angle steel 11 on a base of a rolling machine frame and a threaded hole 13 on a universal roller shaft. When the rolling car moves, the threaded bolt is lifted upwards and is tightly matched with the threaded hole in the lower bottom surface of the car frame 1; when the rolling machine is temporarily fixed, the threaded bolt is rotated downwards to be tightly matched with the threaded hole on the universal idler wheel 7 wheel shaft, so that the limiting effect is achieved.
The invention discloses a using method of a movable steel cable reel for a ship, which comprises the following steps:
the eyelet holes on the deck correspond to the baffle holes under the steel cable rolling car frame 1 one by one, and in the ship sailing process, the steel cable rolling car is tightly fixed with the eyelet plates 8 by using the bolts and nuts 9 (as shown in figures 3 and 4), so that the steel cable rolling car can still be reliably fastened under a high sea condition. The position of the eye plate 8 can be arranged at the position, close to the bulkhead or the gunwale, of the deck surface, so that the deck surface is wider, and personnel passing and outfitting equipment arrangement are facilitated.
When the steel cable is needed, the bolt and the nut 9 are loosened, the rolling machine is separated from the eye plate 8, meanwhile, the locking device on the universal roller 7 with the locking device is in a loosening state, namely, the thread on the pin is matched with the thread on the angle steel 11 at the bottom of the frame, the brake on the steel cable drum 2 is pressed, and the universal roller can freely rotate within 360 degrees of the plane (as shown in figures 1 and 2). After the operator pushes the steel cable rolling machine to a position where the steel cable is suitable to be used on the hand wheel 4 through the double handles, the threaded bolt locking device rotates downwards, threads on the bolt are matched with threads on a rolling shaft of the universal roller 7 (as shown in fig. 5b), the universal roller 7 is locked, the roller cannot rotate, and the steel cable rolling machine is temporarily fixed.
After the steel cable rolling machine is temporarily fixed, the drum brake can be released, an operator mutually cooperates with the steel cable, one person pulls the steel cable, one person rotates the hand wheel to gradually release the steel cable, and after the steel cable is released, the drum brake is stepped on, and the drum cannot rotate by oneself.
When the steel cable is folded, the drum brake is released, operators are matched with the drum brake, the hand wheel is rotated, the drum brake is stepped on after the steel cable is completely folded onto the rolling car, the locking device on the universal roller is released, namely, the threaded bolt locking device is rotated upwards, the threads on the bolt are matched with the threads on the angle steel of the base of the rolling car frame (as shown in figure 5a), and the universal roller can rotate freely. An operator holds the hand wheel and can push the steel cable reel to a long-term fixed position for fixing.
The invention has the advantages that when the steel cable is not used, the steel cable reel can be reliably fixed on the deck through the fixing eye plate; when the steel cable is needed, the steel cable rolling machine can be freely moved to a proper position and can be temporarily fixed on a deck through the universal roller with the locking device.
Claims (10)
1. A movable steel cable rolling vehicle for a ship is characterized by comprising a rolling vehicle frame, a winding drum, a hand wheel, a brake device, a baffle plate and universal rollers;
a winding drum is arranged on the frame and matched with a coaxial hand wheel and a brake device; universal idler wheels are mounted below the frame, and a protective baffle is arranged below the outer side of each idler wheel and below the frame.

8. The movable steel cable reel for ship as claimed in claim 1, wherein the universal rollers under the reel frame can rotate flexibly in any direction.

The marine transportable cable reel of claim 7, wherein the universal roller has a locking means with a threaded pin, the locking means comprising a threaded pin, the threaded pin having a top end that is threaded to mate with a threaded hole in a base angle of a reel frame and to mate with a threaded hole in an axle of the universal roller.
10. The movable marine cable reel of claim 9, wherein the threaded bolt is raised upward to fit closely with the threaded hole in the bottom of the frame when the reel is moving; when the rolling car is temporarily fixed, the threaded bolt is rotated downwards to be tightly matched with the threaded hole in the universal roller wheel shaft, so that the limiting effect is achieved.
