The quick assembly-and-disassembly universal roller fairlead of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The universal roller fairlead of the present invention is particularly useful as a marine roller fairlead.

As shown in fig. 1, the quick detachable universal roller fairlead according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: the cable guide device comprises a cable guide device body 1, a ship body base 2 and a limiting pin 3. The drum 11 may carry a special contact layer 18 for cables and/or hoses 5 of different diameters, materials, functions. Fig. 3 is a structural view of the hull base 2 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the hull base 2 of the present invention is welded to the deck surface 4, and has a space structure of a rail type, which is matched with the geometry of the cable guide base 14. A square-semicircle combined limiting pin hole 22 is arranged at a specific position of the ship body base 2. The ship body base 2 can comprise a guide rail 21, a baffle plate 23 and a limit pin hole 22, wherein the baffle plate 23 vertical to the guide rail 21 is arranged at the forefront end of the guide rail 21, the limit pin hole 22 vertical to the guide rail 21 is arranged at the tail end of the guide rail 21, and the opening is in a square-semicircle combined shape.
The limiting pin 3 can pass through the limiting pin hole 22 on the hull base 2, and the cable guide is fixed after rotating. The limiting pin 3 is used for being matched with the limiting pin hole 22, and can completely fix the cable guide and the deck surface 4 after being inserted and rotated 180 degrees, and the structure is maintained stable. The two ends of the limiting pin 3 are identical to the limiting pin holes 22 in shape, the middle part is a round shaft, the round shaft is inserted into the limiting pin holes 22 and then rotates 180 degrees along the central axis, and the cable device main body 1, the hull base 2 and the deck surface 4 can be completely fixed.
Fig. 4 is a component structure diagram of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, two ends of the limiting pin 3 are thick stoppers with the same size and shape as the limiting pin hole 22, and the middle part is a circular shaft with the same length as the limiting pin hole 22. The roller 12 has grooves at both ends for mounting the stopper, the drum 11 has a cylindrical hole at the center for fitting the roller 12, the cylindrical surface has grooves for mounting the contact layer 18, and the drum 11 rotates around the roller 12 and is provided with a sleeve, a lubrication system, etc.
The first stop piece 15 and the second stop piece 16 are matched in the groove of the roller 12 in the mode shown in fig. 2 and are fixed with the frame 13 by adopting bolt connection so as to realize the limit function of the roller 12. The second stop piece 16 is installed after the roller 12 in the opening adjusting area 6 is placed in the corresponding shaft hole.
The installation process comprises the following steps:
the four handles 17 of the cable guide body 1 are pulled, the side surface of the cable guide base 14 is attached to the opening of the guide rail 21 of the hull base 2, the cable guide base slides in parallel along the guide rail 21 until the side surface is attached to the surface of the baffle 23, the limit pin 3 is aligned with the limit pin hole 22 and inserted in parallel, and then the cable guide body is rotated 180 degrees along the central axis (the state is stable due to the action of gravity), at this time, all the degrees of freedom of the cable guide body 1 relative to the deck surface 4 and the hull base 2 are limited, and the cable guide body is considered to be completely fixed.

The opening size is adapted and/or the material of the contact layer 18 of the drum 11 is changed according to the diameter and function of the cable and/or hose 5, so as to achieve the function of reducing the impact and abrasion of the rope/tube and limiting the displacement thereof.
The opening adjusting process is that the two longitudinal rollers 12 are respectively provided with 1 first stop piece 15 for fixing, the lower transverse roller 12 is provided with 2 first stop pieces 15 for fixing, the upper transverse roller 12 slides in different shaft holes along the track of the adjusting hole 18, then the two second stop pieces 16 are used for fixing, and the four rollers 11 form corresponding openings. Contact surfaces of different materials are arranged in grooves of the cylindrical surface of the roller 11, and the materials include, but are not limited to, polyoxymethylene and polytetrafluoroethylene with self-lubricating function; foam and rubber with shock-resistant buffering function.
