Claims (5)

1. A high-speed paper cup forming device is characterized by comprising a fan blade forming mechanism, a conveying mechanism, a bottom paper stamping and cutting mechanism and a cup opening edge curling mechanism;
the fan sheet forming mechanism comprises a fan sheet placing frame (1), a fan sheet conveying track and a fan sheet forming structure, a fan sheet of the fan sheet placing frame is sucked onto the fan sheet conveying track (2) from the bottom, the fan sheet conveying track (2) conveys the fan sheet to the fan sheet forming structure (3), the fan sheet forming structure (3) extrudes the fan sheet into a paper cup shape, and then the paper cup shape is hot-pressed at an interface position by glue;
the conveying mechanism comprises a conveying cylinder (31), a paper cup turning structure (4) and a paper cup rotating disc (5), one end of the conveying cylinder (31) is arranged at the fan sheet forming structure (3), the other end of the conveying cylinder extends to the paper cup turning structure (4), the conveying cylinder (31) sucks a fan sheet formed paper cup into the conveying cylinder and conveys the fan sheet formed paper cup to the paper cup turning structure (4), and the paper cup turning structure (4) turns the fan sheet formed paper cup and then sucks the fan sheet formed paper cup to the paper cup cylinder (81) through the paper cup rotating disc (5);
the bottom paper stamping and cutting mechanism is arranged below the paper cup rotating disc (5), the bottom paper stamping and cutting mechanism (7) comprises a bottom paper sheet conveying structure, a bottom paper sheet cutting structure (72) and a bottom paper sheet stamping structure (73), the bottom paper sheet cutting structure (72) can penetrate through the paper sheet conveying structure to cut a circular paper sheet from a paper tape, the bottom paper sheet stamping structure (73) penetrates through the center of the bottom paper sheet cutting structure (72), and the bottom paper sheet stamping structure (73) stamps the cut circular paper sheet to the bottom of a fan-shaped paper cup for hot-press bonding;
the cup mouth curling mechanism is used for curling the mouth of the paper cup;
the bottom paper sheet conveying structure comprises a paper tape reel (6) and a paper tape conveying channel (71), a paper tape tunnel (711) and a paper tape cutting hole (712) are formed in the paper tape conveying channel (71), and a paper tape on the paper tape reel (6) is inserted into the paper tape tunnel (711) to penetrate out and is wound by a roller;
the bottom paper sheet cutting structure (72) comprises a cutting cylinder (721) and two pushing cylinders (723), push blocks (722) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the cutting cylinder (721), the two pushing cylinders (723) are respectively arranged below the push blocks (722), and a circular knife edge (7211) is arranged at a port of the cutting cylinder (721);
the paper cup rotating disc (5) comprises a large rotating disc, first air cylinders (51) and paper cup cylinders (52), the first air cylinders (51) are distributed on the large rotating disc in a circumferential array mode, the paper cup cylinders (52) are fixed on an air cylinder shaft of the first air cylinders (51), air suction pipeline structures are arranged on the paper cup cylinders (52), each air suction pipeline structure comprises an air suction main pipe (54) and air suction thin pipes (53) arranged in the paper cup cylinders (52), the air suction thin pipes (53) penetrate through the bottom and the side edges of the paper cup cylinders (52), and the air suction thin pipes (53) are communicated with the air suction main pipes (54);
the bottom paper sheet stamping structure (73) is arranged on the axis of the cutting cylinder (721), the paper sheet stamping structure (73) comprises an outer clamping cylinder (731) and a bottom hot-pressing block (733), a second cylinder (732) is arranged at the bottom of the outer clamping cylinder (731), a third cylinder (734) is arranged below the bottom hot-pressing block (733), and the third cylinder (734) is arranged at the bottom of the in-cylinder axis of the outer clamping cylinder (731) and is fixed.

The high-speed paper cup forming device according to claim 1, wherein the paper cup turning structure (4) comprises a sleeve (41), fixing plates (42) and a rotating servo motor (43), the fixing plates (42) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the sleeve (41), one of the fixing plates (42) is provided with the rotating servo motor (43) and the rotating shaft is fixed on one side of the sleeve (41), and the other fixing plate (42) is provided with the rotating rod and the rotating rod is rotatably arranged on the other side of the sleeve (41).

A process for forming a high-speed paper cup by using the high-speed paper cup forming device of claim 1 or 2, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: the cut paper fan sheets are placed on a fan sheet placing frame (1), and hot pressing is carried out on the bottom of a fan sheet forming paper cylinder and a cup opening curled edge through fan sheet transportation, fan sheet forming paper cylinder transportation and bottom cup paper stamping and cutting, the fan sheet forming adopts extrusion and uses glue hot pressing interfaces on a roller, the bottom cup paper cutting is to cut a circular paper sheet from a paper tape by using a bottom paper sheet cutting structure (72), and then the circular paper sheet is stamped at the bottom of the fan sheet forming paper cylinder by using a bottom paper sheet stamping structure (73) at once.

The process for preparing a high-speed paper cup forming according to claim 3, wherein the paper tape on the paper tape reel (6) passes through a paper tape transport path (71) on the bottom paper tape transport structure, penetrates out of a paper tape tunnel (711) on the paper tape transport path (71) and then is wound on a winding roller, the bottom paper tape cutting structure (72) is inserted into a paper tape cutting hole (712) on the paper tape transport path (71), and the paper tape is cut into circular paper sheets;
the bottom paper sheet cutting structure (72) comprises a cutting cylinder (721) and two pushing cylinders (723), push blocks (722) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the cutting cylinder (721), the two pushing cylinders (723) are respectively arranged below the push blocks (722), a circular knife edge (7211) is arranged at a port of the cutting cylinder (721), the pushing cylinders (723) push the cutting cylinder (721) to move up and down, a paper tape is cut into circular paper sheets by using the circular knife edge (7211), and after cutting is completed, the bottom paper sheet stamping structure (73) immediately stamps the circular paper sheets at the bottom of the fan sheet forming paper cylinder.
5. The process of claim 4, wherein the bottom paper punch structure (73) pushes the circular paper to the bottom of the fan-shaped paper cup on the paper cup cylinder (52) above the circular paper, and then hot presses the circular paper to the bottom of the fan-shaped paper cup;
the paper piece stamping structure (73) comprises an outer clamping cylinder (731) and a bottom hot-pressing block (733), a second cylinder (734) is arranged at the bottom of the outer clamping cylinder (731), a third cylinder (732) is arranged below the bottom hot-pressing block (733), the third cylinder (732) is arranged at the bottom of an in-cylinder axis of the outer clamping cylinder (731), the second cylinder (734) pushes the outer clamping cylinder (731) to move upwards to push the circular paper piece to the bottom of the fan-shaped paper cup, a cylinder opening of the outer clamping cylinder (731) is sleeved on the outer side of the bottom of the fan-shaped paper cup, finally the third cylinder (732) drives the bottom hot-pressing block (733) to move upwards to hot-press the circular paper piece at the bottom of the fan-shaped paper cup, and at the moment, the bottom hot-pressing block (733) is abutted to the bottom of the paper cup (52).
